Today we welcomed Matt Swope and David Genest together they've teamed up to make up the company Motor Performance Experts LLC. Matt has been on the staff at the University of Maryland for the past 11 years and he's been a coach for the last 5 years. His business partner David Genest Have been a baseball coach since the early 90's and he's studied Motor Preferences for many years and is recognized as one of the leaders in this space particularly in the baseball world. Not only did Steven play an extremely high level for a long time, but he also played with some of the best hitters of the past 20 years. To list a few of the hitters he's played with, Paul Goldschmidt, Mookie Betts and Bryce Harper. We discuss Steven's career path and his approach to the game. Kurt Interviews his old coach Bob Godlewski. Coach Godlewski is currently the head coach at Bryant Stratton College in Albany, NY. He has had a long career in baseball, he was a scout for the Rays, he's been the head coach at St Joseph's College in Vermont where he won 2 USCAA National Titles, Columbia Greene Community College, SUNY Adirondack. He coached me at Castleton State College (Now Castleton University). Bob has had a huge impact on me as a person, and a coach. I hope you enjoy the podcast.

He's entering his 5th year of professional baseball in the Kansas City Royals organization and he'll be attending his first big league spring training this coming spring. Logan produced at a high level in his few years of pro ball and hopefully will get a shot in the big leagues soon. Kurt and Logan discuss his path to where he is now, the contrast between small town Vermont baseball and what it's like to play in Arizona, and his mentality when it comes to approaching the game.
Today we welcome Austin Bibens-Dirkx, he played in the big leagues for the Texas Rangers in 2017 and 2018, he pitched professionally for 14 years, and is now a coach in the Toronto Blue Jays organization. Head Coach of the Harford Community College Fighting Owls, Tom Eller is the guest on this Podcast. His team has had some amazing offensive years in the recent past. In 2016, the Owls made the NJCAA World Series and were only a few games away from the National Championship.
