4 - In this episode, we find out a little of what is a sovereign citizen movement (after an incident that happen at shunfu market during Singapore's circuit breaker period), and discussed on whether it had a place in society.

This incident also bring to the forefront of social policing (community policing) and doxing. Social policing (community policing), we define it as an action where social media user uses a recording device to record down an offence that is deem as socially not acceptable or against the law, and posting this incident on social media platform.

We explore on this and discuss if this is welcome and is it a responsible things to do? We also talk about our own experience while staying at home at circuit breaker and our ways to cope with prolonged period of staying at home.

We also talk about our general mental health and things that we can do to improve on our own mental health.
