The latest release of Música Para El Pueblo -my little label for reworks and remixes of songs I love- is READY.
This time I wanted to bring back to life one of the first house anthems ever: the mighty 'Good Life' by Kevin Saunderson's project Inner Life. This club ready version is based on Steve Silk Hurley's remix and as always, the pitch has been fixed, the structure re-arranged, the beat re-constructed and everything has been remastered for DJ's to have fun.

Here's my rework for the amazing african disco hit by cameroonian legend Eko. I made this remix for the dj's and clubbers out there. It's based on COEO's edit and also added some fragments from Martin Solveig's "Jealousy". More energy, more JOY.

Hace exactamente un mes estuve poniendo discos en el Club Muelle de Bilbao, amenizando el vermú del domingo con música diferente a la que pincho habitualmente. Temas que me flipan, de estilos y épocas variadas que me acompañanan siempre. De St. Germain a Kokoroko y de Womack & Womack a Jungle by Night. Además, como tenía pendiente darle un podcast a mi querida gente de Sevilla que llevan el tinglado de Sonidos Distintos, aproveché la ocasión para grabar parte del set en directo y prepararlo para que podáis escucharlo en condiciones.

Ry X released his second album a few weeks ago and I decided to finally rework and remaster the remix I did back in 2013 of his masterpiece "Berlin". I've had so many requests to release it during all these years, but I wasn't 100% sure about the work i did then. However, the remix brings me some beautiful memories of a very special trip to Berlin that year and now, with those little fixes here and there, is the right moment to put it out.
Diving in the internet I found this amazing artist based in New York called JKNART who makes acrylic pieces based on songs. The artwork for this release is the one she did for "Berlin"
I hope you enjoy it and if you like it, play it LOUD. Yes, LOUD!
