Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. Nancy Pelosi will never give President Trump a platform for the State of the Union address. She knows the president would use it to shame the Democrats for their stubbornness on the wall. The president should rent the Capital One Center in D.C., where the NBA’s Washington Wizards play, and deliver the speech from there. He should invite all America to come so the place is packed with people wearing MAGA hats. There should be 535 chairs set up right down in front, half for congressional Republicans and half for Democrats. The nation could see at a glance which party refuses even to listen to our president talk to the nation about the state of our union. He can then send a copy of his speech to both the House and Senate as his formal State of the Union address. There’s not a single thing Nancy Pelosi could do about any of that.
