Josh is a young and wise marine biology student, living in the beautiful Trinidad & Tobago, talks about he coped during long lock downs in 2020. Though at times it was a very low time for him, through studying, working out and playing basketball he started to find his energy again. But not only: He also started a podcast called "Life Keys" and he talks about how loving what you do, can keep you grounded during isolating times!

Ashley is a very inspiring, fun and talented young woman based in Florida. She started her own YouTube channel called "The Breakup Diaries" as well as thought-provoking live interviews with artists, musicians and creative people on her Instagram page called "theauntofdragons".

Ashley talks about how she has been managing throughout this pandemic, living with her mother, learning from others, coping with a breakup and staying active by following a good morning routine: smile - meditation - workout!  Also, reflecting on what does it mean to be an adult? How do adults behave and what are people really thinking?

Farhina based near Manchester, UK talks about how 2020 has been yes challenging, but also about how much she has learned and got through this year. She has formed new friendships online, being inspired by people that were strongly driven and with a positive mindset and that's what she suggests doing if you're feeling a bit low. "Don't be afraid to reach out and trust people, even if you've only known them for 5 minutes!"

Owen, originally from Malta is a passionate food lover! He talks about how he has managed lockdowns in Paris by starting a cooking project: doing lives on Instagram with people around the world, breaking food "barriers" and how food can unite us all!
