It's tempting to believe that questions about right or wrong are simply a matter of opinion. This view has caused a moral fallacy that pervades our society in every aspect along the way. Is it a subjective matter? Or are questions about right or wrong just missing a certain type of lens? An objective lens?

No one, not even the universe, can answer an invalid question. Why search ceaselessly when there is nothing to find? Upon introspection, it's easy to notice that the sense of purpose so many of us are in search of, is nothing more than an illusory and idealised sense of a possible future we desire.

Prior to Covid-19, most of us were probably not accustomed to the idea of remote work. Naturally, as we progressed through 2020, working or studying remotely became the norm. However, there are some of us who've been working remotely for a different reason, for much longer than just a year or two. For these individuals, working remotely is not a compulsion, but rather a choice.
Today, I'm joined by Jordan Carroll. Founder of The Remote Job Coach Blog & Business, Jordan has lived in over 15 different countries, built a six figure coaching business and has featured in various publications, podcasts and conferences. Having experienced the true benefits in terms of personal growth, health and independence by working remotely, Jordan aims to help others with their journey towards self-actualisation.
Key discussion points:
Location independence: Remote work is not just about working at home, but rather about choosing where you want to work from
Freedom: Working remotely can lead to more time and opportunities to learn and grow outside of our comfort zones
Translated benefits: How working independently can improve your wellbeing, as well as help foster better relationships

One of the many technologies trending just as much in the news as it is during dinner conversations is that of cryptocurrencies; and like most hot topics that trend in the news, cryptocurrencies have also been subject to misinformation, misconceptions and scams over the past few years. Today, I'm joined by Michael Fioretti, a software engineer and blockchain enthusiast who has been in the cryptocurrency space since 2014.

'Travelling' can mean different things to different people. Some may choose to travel as a way to unwind and take some time off the usual busyness of life. Others may enjoy the idea of actively visiting new places, meeting new people and cultivating new cultures. Some may enjoy both. If done right, travelling can be a truly humbling experience and bring forward new ideas and experiences.
Today, I'm joined by Caitlyn Lubas as we talk about travelling and why there's so much more to it than what we see online. Caitlyn is a full time travel author, content creator, and startup founder. She has worked at Facebook, Instagram, IBM and other big tech companies before quitting to become a full time entrepreneur by the age of 23. Her debut travel memoir titled 'You are Where you Go' is a collection of stories about she visited 70 countries and all 7 continents, all during college. She is also working on a startup idea called Travel by Womo, that aims to connect travellers with experts who can give personalised recommendations based on their experiences.
Key discussion points:
Caitlyn's story (3:10): Transitioning from the corporate world to becoming a travel entrepreneur
Things about travel (11:30): Everything we know, don't know, love and celebrate about travelling
Travelling with purpose (23:25): How to make the most out of your trip

What's it like working in a big company? Or, what's it like leaving that company to pursue something of your own? Many of us at university intend on applying for a job once we graduate. The term 'Financial Literacy' is often used in today's day and age across various industries. While the term is typically associated with anything to do with banking, investments and money, there's a lot more to it. Cultivating financial literacy can not only help students better manage their expenses at university, but allow for much better clarity as they approach graduation.
My guest today is Riley Oickle, an experienced entrepreneur whose recent venture focuses on teaching people how to manage and purchase income properties profitably and passively.
