Nico is originally from Romania. We wanted to discuss together and find out more about Nicoletaβs decision to leave her home country behind and become part of a new country (France). She talks about her transition at a young age, learning a new language, leaving her family behind and her adaptation to a brand new country with new opportunities. Immigrant life is always hard, and hearing peopleβs life stories are always inspirational.
Nicoleta currently works at a big pharmaceutical company in France she loves to travel around the world. She also use to play volleyball at a high competitive level both in Romania and France.

Jessica Pegula is one of my dearest friends and a professional tennis player. In 2019, Jessie reached 55 in the world when she won her first career WTA singles title, defeating Camila Giorgi in the Citi Opening in Washington DC. This year, in Auckland she made semi-finals, to beat Caroline Wozniacki (former number 1 in the world) in three sets to set-up a first meeting with the great champion of all time Serena Williams in an All-American final. She has also been part of the FED CUP TEAM playing for the U.S.A in 2019. Jessica is also the founder of a skin care brand called Ready 24. Her products are cruelty free, vegan and well designed for athletes and active people that want healthy and clean skin. Join us in a lovely chat with our special guest.
In tonightβs episode George & Lee Nickell sit down with former professional tennis player Michael Joyce. Michael turned professional in 1991, reaching his highest ATP singles ranking of World No. 64. George & Lee have the pleasure to speak with Michael about his childhood, the influence of his father on tennis and many more interesting topics. He also talks about his experience on tour, and his transition of becoming one of the most famous coaches on the WTA tour. Michael is currently working with TΓmea Babos, lives in Florida with his sweet daughter Mia, and beautiful wife Jenna.

New York University College of Dentistry fourth year student πΊππππππ πͺπππππ speaks to us about the COVID pandemic and dentistry. Shivali discusses the current situation and how it had affected dentists in New York. The coronavirus currently is thought to be primarily spread through respiratory droplets. We do not know enough about the virus to come to definite conclusions but if a dentist is treating a COVID positive patient, they are putting themselves at a higher risk of contracting it. All dentists working should utilize the proper PPE following the CDC guidelines. You can always find more information on the CDCβs website about guidelines or further information.
Our second guest is international dentist π«π. π¨πππππ πΊπππ πππ who joined the show from Romania, sharing with us how Romanian dentists are dealing with the pandemic.
George shares his experience as a young athlete, Division I Player and Assistant Menβs Coach at University at Buffalo. He talks about his career journey along the years and the transition into the world of finance. George was interviewed on the Quarantined Coach Podcast With Lee Nickell. Lee is the Men's Tennis Head Coach at the University at Buffalo.
