No shaming here, just lots of ideas and laughter with my new friend Sarah from @sarahscreensmarter on Instagram. Tune in, its a good one!

When talking about maternal mental health (a huge component of what this show is centered on!) we usually gravitate towards anxiety and depression. But mental health--and disordered thinking--spans way more things than those too! Today we are learning about OCD--what it is, what it is NOT, how to recognize it and when to know you need help from therapy of some kind. Since my own mental health experience center mainly around anxiety and not OCD, I've invited my friend Tia (@tortillawilson on Instagram) onto the show today to spill the beans on all things OCD. This is such a good episode, but it's also such an IMPORTANT episode, both for those struggling with OCD and those who know little about what it actually is. Come learn with me today in this awesome convo!
