It's time to stop showing up with an apologetic energy because it's keeping your ideal clients from trusting that you ARE in fact good enough.
You have nothing to prove.
The reason you're projecting this in your content it's because you're not validating yourself - this is the work I do with my clients that changes the way dream clients flood into their world & offers because the second you're willing to recognize your own worth other people will too.

What are you doing every single day that actually scares you?
The truth is, we never all of a sudden lose our fear - and if you do, that's a sign that you're not growing.
If you want to radically expand in your business & life, you're going to have to make sure that you're constantly pushing the edges of your comfort zone.
Feel the fear and move anyways.

Most people will never actually have the capacity to think bigger than where they are right now.
Which means that MOST people will also never have or create more for themselves.
What if you found the bravery to actually expand what you think is possible today?
The people who have what you want are also the people who aren't sitting in shame or embarrassment about wanting it in the first place.

Low quality recording, high quality content. I'm getting a mic for my walks, I promise.
Come with me on my evening walk & let's chat about what happened today when I challenged the women in my Content Activation Minimind to create story slides on Instagram about their journeys and sell.
Inquires, DM's about feeling "empowered" and criticism.
These women are making moves & it's evident.
So when one of them has a potential client starting a conversation and the other has friends giving unsolicited feedback about their content - I had to tell them about the "do not die" muscle.
It's time you learned about it to.

Here's what we talk about:
Authenticity and being true to oneself are key to unlocking success and fulfillment.
Let go of comparison and focus on your own values and vision.
Prioritize what you truly want and be more of yourself.
Validation from others is not as important as self-validation.
Embrace transparency as a core value, not just a trend.
Holding yourself to your own highest personal standard means being true to yourself.
Embrace your raw form and connect with others on a deeper level.
Be confident in your opinions and perspectives, and don't censor yourself.
Focus on what truly converts in your business: you as a person and leader.
Reconnect with your true self and let go of societal expectations.

Wow. What a fantastic follow up this episode was to our initial equestrian panel! Thank-you so much to the lovely professionals that participated in this panel discussion to answer your (the listeners') questions. We covered an array of topics such as horse shopping and selling, working smarter not harder, dealing with the emotional side of client turn over, aspirations as riders and business challenges as well as so much more. These questions led to honest and vulnerable discussions around the behind the scenes being young professionals, trainers and just being involved the industry in general. I cannot wait to bring more of this to the table on a platform where everyone is willing to share their perspectives. I am even more excited for you to hear it!

On today's episode I got to chat with Canadian rider Nicole Walker. Nikki is heavily involved in the world of horses growing up with racehorses and a family full of horse people! We talked all about the development of her career and goals she has for the future. She told me about the horses that she is super excited about currently on her roster, and we went over how she formulates a game plan when walking some big tracks! Nikki trains with Cian O'Connor and shared some of the things she's learned under his tutelage. We also discussed the challenges of coming back from an injury and I know you guys will leave this interview feeling inspired! On today's podcast episode I had the opportunity to chat with Maya Markowski, owner of Equest Dressage. Maya is a Canadian Dressage trainer, competitor and coach based outside of Guelph, ON. We covered so many topics I know that you are interested in - such as developing young horses and discussed the nuances around how to learn and teach "feeling". Dressage is such a technical discipline which is why Maya and many others believe that it can be helpful for all horses to learn. We also spoke about how she appreciates being able to have riders feel the way movements and well-trained horses are undersaddle, and some of the differences between how riding is taught differently in Europe versus North America. I asked her all about her business, current mounts, plans for the future and how she handles the inevitable obstacles and setbacks of being in the industry. Maya had some great advice for anyone interested in learning about the discipline of dressage and I can't wait for you to hear this episode!

Maddie and Julien have both worked with top professionals in North America and Europe. They started their own business in April 2020, currently providing lessons, training board, sales and consignment. They had an abundance of great advice to share with the listeners and aspiring equestrians. We discussed training horses, riders and developing important relationships with others in the industry and how that has helped them in their own business. They had unique perspectives given their varying backgrounds coming up in the sport and have some really exciting entrepreneurial endeavours currently on the go! I can't wait for you guys to hear what they're all about.

On today's episode I spoke with the lovely Carly Campbell-Cooper. Carly is an accomplished professional rider, coach and trainer who has joined forces with her husband John Jamieson at Endless Journey Farm in Ontario to continue pursuing their performance horse sales and training program. Carly has a wealth of knowledge having run her own client-based business for several years and spoke honestly about her journey navigating the industry. She has had many accomplishments in the big classes both in her junior and professional career, and I was grateful for the opportunity to ask her about some of the topics we're always interested in hearing about! We discussed developing horses, riders, dealing with competition nerves, confidence, the ups and downs of running a business, and so much more. I also had the chance to ask her about buying and selling high level prospects. Carly is so down to earth and I am excited for you guys to hear all of the inspiring things she had to say!

On today’s podcast episode I had the privilege of speaking with Beth Underhill. Beth, among many other accomplishments, is a veteran of Pan American, Olympic and World Equestrian Games. Not to mention one of the top coaches in Canada for juniors, amateurs and upcoming professionals alike. She has travelled the world and accomplished a multitude of titles in the sport of show jumping. We spoke all about her upbringing and junior career in the equestrian industry, some of the creative networking she did as a young professional to get her foot in the door, techniques she prefers to develop horses and riders plus the ways in which she uses organization as the key to success. I had the opportunity to ask all about her experiences, opinions, methods and how she has navigated the pressures of being one of the riders consistently at the top of the sport. She was so articulate and inspiring to listen to - I know you will take away so much value from this episode!

You asked and you shall receive! What a fantastic episode today with Christine Reupke. Christine holds a senior officials card for the equitation, hunter and jumper divisions with Equestrian Canada. She is also the Director of Equestrian & Breed Sport at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. Christine has spent many years as a professional in the industry and has extensive experience judging multiple levels of the sport. I was given the opportunity to ask all of your burning questions and learned so much during this episode I know that you will too! Christine and I discussed the judge's perspective, her personal preference, do's and don'ts, scoring, rules, good and bad habits in the show ring plus so much more. If you observe, participate, coach or are involved in any equestrian competitions this episode will get you up and out to the barn to practice!

On today's episode I spoke to Christian Lowe of Christian Lowe Leather Care. Equestrian entrepreneurship IS one of my favourite topics and this interview was extremely interesting! We covered his unique line of products (available at many tack stores across Canada) and how they are created, designed and properly used to sustain all of your horse related items. On top of this, I asked Christian a lot about the journey of starting his own business and running an equestrian side-hustle. I was very inspired by Christian's passion for what he is creating and entrepreneurship in general. There are many other exciting ideas coming down the pipeline so be sure to follow him @christian.lowe.100 or visit the website at www.christianlowe.ca.

Today on the podcast I had the pleasure of speaking with Lauren Hayes! Lauren grew up heavily immersed in the equestrian industry (her father Jay Hayes being a two-time Olympic and Canadian Team member) with an extensive junior and national career as a professional. Lauren and I discussed the importance of willingness when it comes to equine partners, the differences in characteristics one would look for a GP level horse versus a partner for a less experienced rider. We covered topics like motherhood, work-life balance and feelings of self-doubt. She also shared her schedule as a trainer and the realities of working in a busy profession. I appreciate Lauren's perspective on many of the topics we spoke about in this interview and I know that you guys will get a lot of value out of it.

Today on the podcast I chat with Olympic eventer Ian Roberts! I was so interested to hear Ian’s background coming up in a relatively new discipline at the time. We also spoke about how flatwork is the foundation of all horse training - plus some of the walls that amateur riders come up against in their riding careers. I asked Ian some of the ways he trudges through when parts of being in the industry get difficult - and he had some wonderful advice. Ian brought a great energy to this interview and I know that you will love this episode! On the podcast today I had the chance to chat with Peter Gisborn. Peter is a professional rider and coach that was born into the equestrian industry following the footsteps of multiple generations in his family. We covered topics such as his approach when it comes to what makes a successful rider, the fundamental basics he likes to instil in young horses, the structure of his personal business, the service areas of the industry he likes to focus on and much more. Peter has had great success in his own career and also enjoys coaching his students at the national level. I really appreciated hearing Peter's opinions on some common areas of interest because he brought some new perspectives to the table. We covered a myriad of discussion points including training and developing horses, confidence, competition, the student-teacher relationship plus some "taboo" topics. These ladies gave such amazing advice and wisdom when reflecting on their journeys in the horse world and I can't wait for you guys to hear it!

Today on the podcast I spoke with the founder of MadBarn, Scott Cieslar. We had to chance to cover some hot topics such as equine ulcers, bone and joint health and development, metabolic horses and more. I asked Scott's opinion on how environments can truly affect our horses' health, and he left us with some great pieces of advice regarding the way horse owners can make small changes with big impacts. We also discussed what proper body condition really should look like, and how supplementing for behavioural issues can at times become an issue in and of itself. There were so many interesting areas of conversation surrounding nutrition and our horse's health in general - I can't wait for you guys to hear this episode!

In today's episode we finish the interview with Chris Delia of CDS. I can't thank Chris enough for being so open and vulnerable about the hard lessons he's learned navigating the equestrian industry. This episode is all about putting your ego aside and setting yourself up for success by truly knowing your heart. Chris gives such valuable advice about overcoming big mistakes as a professional and offers some of the notions he has carried with him from his mentors through to this day. Isn't success really more about failure and having the courage to get up to do it again with more knowledge for the next time? Prioritizing what really matters in life most? In the end, as Chris would say, the horses have a funny habit of always finding their way back to you.
