We offer support when people are impacted by a life-changing illness, after a terminal diagnosis, when death is imminent, or even after death—to help with light grief support. Q: How do we heal addiction? This sounds like a very simple question to one of the most complex problems that plague our society today. Over the last 10 years, this question is showing up more often with the clients I serve. When the pandemic shut-down out the world a few years ago I realized that I was spending most of my sessions helping others who were suffering to find the answer to this very question, as well as talking to spirits on the other side who wanted to share their addiction experience and perspective. In Spiritual terms, we're talking about our awareness or what is conscious or unconscious, and let us not forget our sub-conscious thoughts which make up 80-90% of our reality. The 4 ‘Clairs’ Of Intuition
Clairaudience Clairaudient messages sound like someone talking to you in your mind. This ‘voice’ of intuition will usually be straightforward. It says things like ‘not now’ or ‘yes, this is the right way’. Importantly, clairaudience comes across in short messages which are sometimes even one word.
Clairvoyance The term “clairvoyant” is often interchanged with the word psychic. Clairvoyant messages arrive as an image or scene in your mind. When this happens to me, sometimes I will see something I can describe to a client, but other times it can be more metaphoric. When I see a cake, for instance, I know Spirit is acknowledging a birthday.
Clairsentience Clairsentient messages are the most common of the four Clairs and come as a feeling. This is why so many people identify with being empathic. Gut feelings, being able to experience others’ emotions, or sensing the collective energy of a room all fall under this umbrella.
Claircognizance This is the ability to ‘just know’ without understanding how or why we know. I describe this as our brains receiving an immediate download from our higher self or Spirit Team. We receive information much like computer downloads, only much faster!

The scary part is If you don't deal with your trauma it seems to stay with you and attract more of the same energy until you do, or at least that has been my experience. The Moon represents your fears and illusions and often comes out when you are projecting fear into your present and your future, based on your past experiences. You may have a painful memory that caused emotional distress, and rather than dealing with the emotions, you pushed them down deep into your subconscious. Now, these emotions are making a reappearance, and you may find yourself under their influence on a conscious or subconscious level. For example, if you had a car accident when you were young but didn’t deal with the emotions, you may get sad or anxious every time you get into the backseat of a car. To remedy this, connect with your subconscious mind and release any fears or anxieties holding you back. Hypnosis, therapy, and shamanic healing can support this process.

The Moon can indicate a time of uncertainty and illusion when nothing is what it seems. Be careful of making fast decisions when The Moon appears because you may later realize you only had half the information you needed. You need to listen to and trust your intuition so you can see beyond what is in front of you. Feel into situations rather than think about what they mean. Let go of your conscious mental blocks or negative self-talk and allow your intuition to guide you.
Your dreams, intuitions, and inner guidance lead you forward toward higher levels of understanding if you listen and use your judgment to help interpret the messages of the subconscious.

This is a gift straight from my heart to you. This End of Life Interview can bring so much peace & love to a loved one at a time when they need it the most. People have different levels of knowledge about dying. People may or may not want to know what happens when someone dies. There are things you can do to prepare for a person’s death. There may be spiritual matters to consider when a person is nearing the end of life. There are some common signs when a person is nearing death. This first step can be the hardest one, but it’s also absolutely necessary. You can’t overcome a fear that remains hidden in the dusty regions of your subconscious. You must face it. When you turn your face toward a person, you see that person and learn what he looks like and how he is acting. When you turn toward your fear (rather than away from it), you notice things about your fear that you didn’t know before. This awareness helps you overcome it. What exactly is the Great Ascension and what needs to happen first is such an important topic and question to be asking ourselves right now in the world. Over the last few weeks/months, we’ve been dealing with massive changes on an energetic level – a combination of planetary changes, our awakening, and an upgrade of our vibration level. Remember, we are all energy and as we evolve and become better people, we start vibrating at higher levels. A somatic movement, generally speaking, is one that is performed consciously with the intention of focusing on the internal experience of the movement rather than the external appearance or result of the movement. In order to be most effective, a somatic movement should be performed as slowly as possible. The human nervous system, which controls our posture and movement, must learn new things very slowly. With practice, we are able to gradually speed up and perform movements more quickly while still maintaining form and control. When we do movements quickly, we are not learning anything new—we are simply reinforcing existing learned patterns. A somatic movement must also be performed consciously, with our complete internal focus and attention. Conscious attention is key to the learning process; we can’t learn something new if we aren’t aware of what we’re doing.

WHAT IS THE EMOTION CODE and HOW & WHY can these trapped emotions make you sick? Welcome to an Introduction to the Spiritual Modality of The Emotion Code with my Guest Tenya Eickenbery. The Emotion Code is a powerful method of finding and releasing trapped negative emotions that have been stored in the body through our subconscious minds' desire to protect us from further suffering. That's how energy healing works to potentially improve physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, & life-related ailments!
A little bit about my Guest Tenya Eickenberg is a natural healer, she has been in the healing industry for a little over a year, but has always been attracted to holistic forms of healing. She helps her clients to put their anxiety and depression into remission while teaching them the value and techniques for self-care. She has been married to her husband for 24 years and has 3 adult children. The modality she uses most is called The Emotion Code. It works on the basis that because we are all energy, she is able to facilitate her clients in releasing negative emotions that contribute to physical and emotional pain.

What is Compassion to you? Most people try to be compassionate but fall short. What gets in our way and do we really know how to fully show up for someone in NEED? These are just some of the Questions I dive into answering in this video. 💕Compassion 💕 literally means “to suffer together.” Among emotion researchers, it is defined as the feeling that arises when you are confronted with another's suffering and feel motivated to relieve that suffering. 💕Compassion 💕 is not the same as empathy or altruism, though the concepts are related. A little about Becca: She grew up watching two parents who really knew how to WORK: Her dad was an entrepreneur at 14 years of age and her mom was in the healthcare field Becca's true nature loves structure and being organized, so as a kid, her playtime revolved around stocking up school supplies, playing teacher, and cleaning the house. She always knew she was destined for an analytical career… so it was no surprise to her when she decided on going to college for Engineering. As she was studying to become an engineer, she kept pushing herself to do more. Society told her to keep pushing onward. She ignored all the signs that said slow down. Eventually, she was overworked so much that she came down with a terrible intestine infection. It was in her being stopped by illness and through her healing that she found her the new direction for her life and began her journey to helping others in her Time Management Coaching Business. DIVINATION is the practice of seeking knowledge of the future or the unknown by supernatural means. Using divination tools such as Oracle & Tarot Cards, Pendulums, and Runes, (to name a few) are ways to access information from "source" for introspection and divine guidance for self and others. For the first twenty-five years of her life, she felt as though she just existed. She found herself with two small children, at the age of 20. Spending most of her days alone with no friends, no family, no support structure she was suffering from postpartum depression, and did not know it at the time after her life fell apart and her husband received full custody of her daughters, she found herself on a journey of self-discovery.
It would take the next 25 years of soul searching, reading hundreds of books, taking numerous courses, to discover that I was an empath, intuitive healer, Oracle reader; I achieved Reiki Master Teacher status, numerous other courses, and certificates in Holistic healing and have added Akashic Record readings as a Soul Practitioner to my offerings.

Smith" to symbolize the "SMITH" in all of us, when we find ourselves at a crossroads or a difficult time in our life where we're not sure which way is UP? (Pun intended).

Lisa Murdock received a B.S. in Psychology from Arizona State University. She studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture for three years at the International Institute of Chinese Medicine, and for one intensive year, she facilitated inner child workshops at the Orion Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico. For the past ten years, she has been immersed in Druidry, shamanism, and meditation, and is a graduate from the Green Mountain Druid Order. The druid journey for her was one of looking inward at the darkest places in oneself, healing, and discovering the inner light, stillness, beauty, and spacious part of oneself. In recent years, she has added to her repertoire, Access Consciousness, and Bars Facilitation which has proven to be a very powerful way of expanding and creating positive change. All of her studies and life experiences have enabled Lisa to live her passion for assisting others in creating the lives of their dreams.

MIND-BLOWING COINCIDENCES is the last of a 3 Part Mini-Series. Understanding that everything that happens in our life is so much RICHER when we're open to witness the beautiful synchronicities that take place every day, especially when our EYES are OPENED enough to experience the Divine Order to the experience.
CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE DIVINE KIND. Years ago I ran into a close friend of mine at the most difficult time in his life. At the time he and his beautiful wife were facing one of the hardest decisions in their life. The decision was to continue or stop their daughter's life-saving cancer treatments. At the time they were not sure she was strong enough to endure the last round of her chemo. We spoke briefly about his choices and I told him I would continue to pray for him and his family. (Fast Forward -15 year).
I never knew what decision they made and what became of his daughter's treatment. When Michael and I made the decision to move to Florida This Man was added to my shortlist of people that I wanted to make sure I reached out to before I moved. I had always wondered if all of our PRAYERS had been answered. In this Video is that STORY! A true Story with a HAPPY ENDING that will also BLOW YOUR MIND enjoy J:)

MIND-BLOWING COINCIDENCES- MAJOR RUN-INS is the second of a 2 Part Mini-Series coming to my channel. Everything that happens in our life is so much RICHER when we're open to witness the beautiful synchronicities that take place every day when we 👀 are open enough to see them. Major Run-Ins is an amazing story of a coincidence that took place when my boyfriend Michael spotted a group of EMTs come into the grocery store when we were out shopping. The EMT's had saved his life 25 years earlier when he broke his neck during men's hockey league pick-up game.
A player on the opposing team came out of nowhere and slammed into Michael causing the accident. In a random act of kindness, Michael wanted to thank them for their efforts. On his way over to greet them, a gentleman came out of nowhere and smashed into Michael's cart. Imagine Michaels’s surprised when he realized it was the same man who slammed into him breaking his neck 25 years earlier. The only thing Micahel could say to the man was "I can't believe you're running into me, AGAIN!" haha Coincidence? I THINK NOT!

WHAT IS A COVERT NARCISSIST? A covert narcissist is someone who craves admiration and importance as well as lacks empathy toward others but can act in a different way than an overt narcissist. A covert narcissist may be outwardly self-effacing or withdrawn in their approach, but the end goals are the same.
