The Floor Mic Podcast is where we open the floor to hear what is going on in the lives of those around us and our community. Our desire is that this podcast would be a place where listeners and participants feel invited, loved, and sought out as we provide a platform for stories to be heard, passions to be discussed, and connections to be made. So while each episode may look a little different, we hope each one grows us.

Rob Young joins Josh this week to continue the conversation around injustice & racism in our nation. Rob speaks of his own experiences while highlighting the hope that we have for reconciliation and peace.
Our friend Ben Riggs joins us this week to talk about his experiences with the concept of justice. Ben speaks of how his view of justice was forever changed years ago when he was given the opportunity to see injustice play out in front of his own eyes while serving as a staff member in Cancun Mexico with Back2Back Ministries. Ben speaks about lamenting injustice, recognizing and repenting of our contribution to that injustice, and asking compelling questions that cause us to be people who pursue justice in a meaningful way.
Our friend Kyle Gunn joins Josh this week as they have a transparent, raw and informative conversation around the racial injustice that the black community has felt for generations. Kyle shares his own experiences as well as providing a clear definition of justice as well as a clear picture of the God of justice that we see throughout the Scriptures. A huge thanks to Kyle for being willing to share his voice in a time in which many of us simply need to listen.
