In this episode, Joe welcomes his brother, the great Brian Sheffield to the Lounge. Shef is a Senior Noncommissioned Officer in the United States Space Force with more than 22 years of service. He’s currently serving in the Department of Defense’s Legislative Fellowship program as one of the select few Enlisted fellows and has the honor of being assigned to House Minority Leader, Kevin McCarthy. During their discussion, they talked about how Shef was able to rebound from some early missteps in his career, the importance of taking accountability, and he educated us about his experiences on Capitol Hill as an Enlisted Legislative Fellow.
