The Prison Experience Of Women is about women who have come home from prison and there challenges of finding. Employment. Additionally, we will be talking to various employers and their Human Resources Department’s and ask them directly if they hire ex-felons and if they do, what’s their criteria from minimum to maximum exceptions to getting hired. More specifically if the company doesn’t hire ex-felons we want to know why.?The Prison Experience of Women will make the attempt to try and get these employers to hire non-violent offenders and explain the benefit to them.
