I recorded this episode because I want to citizens of Santa Rosa county to be informed about their decision at the polls. On this episode I interview Ryan Moore, owner of Clever Marketing, and former pastor at two of the largest churches in America. Ryan is a serial entrepreneur and is currently building his second marketing company. Ryan has always been a jokester with a rebel streak but his ability to focus in on business practices along with his communications acumen make him a force to be reckoned with. Ryan is a husband, father, lover of jeeps, and was my best man on the day I won the lottery and married my wife. On this episode I interview Josh Nicodemus, owner of Valor Property Group, and coach at the Valor Syndicate. Josh is a serial flipper and as of this episode’s recording was currently managing 14 flips at one time. Josh is a no nonsense go getter and can do any job on a construction site, run a tight business ship, procure private funds like a boss, and loves to play jokes on his crew. Josh is a father, husband, and lover of good beer, cigars, and the Gulf Coast.
