Welcome to Episode 15 of Season 1 of the Pulse of HR with your HR Practitioners Angela Hooper-Menifield and Robin K. Butler.
(RECORDED MAY 2021)
This episode explores the fact that over the past year plus, over $12 billion dollars have been pledged in the name of Social Justice, $8 Billion of which came from companies. While we embrace and love the fact that so much money has been 'pledged', it begs us to question, what has happened "Beyond the Pledge"?

Where has that money been allocated? Over what period of time? Which organizations? What has been the impact?

Join us as we dig into this matter.
