Lots of life stuff this past week has knocked the wind out of my sails and I've been rather blue. I didn't have any ideas in mind for a theme or topic and didn't feel like putting an episode out. I decided to just hit record, and talk about it. (I promise the episode isn't nearly as sad or depressing as this makes it out to be). Whether or not anyone actually reads these episode descriptions I do not know. However I do know, that after talking to myself for 30 mins I felt a lot better, and even managed a few laughs here and there! Just goes to show that sometimes the thing you're resisting most, is just what the doctor ordered.
