A Rochester Institute of Technology graduate he shares his journey through college pursuing to his degree and what he had to do to get to it. He also shares why he made his big move down to Atlanta and how that gave him more opportunities for his career. Nate has crazy and amazing stories as a guy behind the camera recording history. Our next guest on The E&T Podcast, we got to sit down via zoom with Joey Anderson. A native of Roseville, Minnesota, the land of 10,000 lakes. Joey shares with us his upbringing and how it was growing up in the state of hockey. From playing Minnesota high school then getting the call to get the chance of playing for the United States Hockey Development Program. He shares with us his time playing with the US Program, playing u16, u18, and playing in the World Juniors in Montreal for the u20 USA team and winning the goal medal in the weirdest fashion. He is also a former University of Minnesota-Duluth Bulldog where he played for two season capturing a national championship before turning pro. During his first year pro, he was given the chance to play in the NHL for the New Jersey Devils. What an experience Joey has gone through so far, he ends off with his new journey of playing for the Toronto Maple Leafs organization. Our guest today on the podcast we have Stu Cliburn. A Mississippi native that has been a part of America’s favorite past time for over 50 years. Stu shares his journey playing baseball in the south with his twin brother Stan Cliburn. He also shares his amazing stories of his time playing college baseball at Delta State University. Drafted in 1977 MLB Draft by the Pittsburgh Pirates, he shares his journey through the minor league system and how the his perspective of how baseball has changed throughout his playing career then into coaching at all levels until he made to the MLB with the California Angels in 1984. Stu talks about his first MLB appearance and how his teammates told him to take his time to get settled in with his first time being on an MLB mound and this happening immediately after Reggie Jackson’s 500th career homerun. Fresh off yet another championship, Stu took his pitching expertise to Taiwan and became the pitching coach for the Wei Chuan Dragons. He shares with us his experience there during this global pandemic and how the league was able to have a season and concluding on another ring to go on Stu’s hand. Hope you enjoy! Happy New Year everyone, this episode E and T are hitting the road from Utica, NY back down to Atlanta. The guys reflect back on there 2020 with the biggest thing to top it off with Tyler getting Covid-19. Don’t worry T recovered fully from this terrible virus and his family is fine and healthy. The boys share some 2020 stories and give some pretty cool updates from their journey back down to the ATL. 2020 was fun and all we guess but The E&T Podcast is ready for the new adventures and guests that we have coming up in the future, so stay tuned!

A native of Saint Nicolas, Quebec, we a get to sit down over zoom and talk with him about his interesting upbringing where the first decade of his life he spent living 3 different countries in Europe. Groleau gives us how the hockey culture is different from Europe to Quebec then also to the United States. He shares some junior stories and how playing in the QMJHL differs the other CHL leagues in Canada. Nick shares his stories on battling against all odds of being a smaller athlete but that never stopped his motivation to succeed. He also shares his road to how he got his chance to play college hockey and also transferring to Kings College where he experienced its first year as a hockey program. After college playing in the Federal Prospects Hockey League and during the summers he trains at Next Level Rochester.
