Conversations with Cream, is my take on Self Improvement aka Self-Empowerment (That's what I like to call it) from a personal perspective. There are so many Self-Help "Gurus" that the market seems to be over-saturated and most people don't feel "helped."
I've been a podcaster for over 10yrs, however, my initial podcast no longer served a purpose on my new journey. I took my own advice and decided to start over from scratch.
This isn't a, "You SHOULD do this!" podcast. This is a, "Let's discuss where we f*cked up, acknowledge the issue, outline how we're going to fix it and move forward."
Occasionally, I'll have guests on the show who'll have random, self-empowerment Conversations with Cream.

Growing up there were few people that influenced my life or had some sort of impact.
Most of those people were Black Women. Mary J. Blige was one of those Women.
Watching Mary's 'My Life' documentary gave me the idea to start my open letter series.
Who has inspired, empowered and uplifted you? Who would you write an open letter to?
Kendra Fullmore is a Georgia native who has dedicated her life to inspiring others through her writing and entrepreneurial endeavors. In 2016, this young professional graduated from Georgia State University with her Bachelor's in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Law. In 2018, Kendra advanced her education with a Masters of Business Administration, from the University of Phoenix. While she does aspire to become an attorney, she is currently focused on building her empowerment brand. She began with the release of her first novel in 2018, "I'm that Girl, Only If You Knew", a collection of dialogue based upon her realities as a young college student at Clark Atlanta University. In this novel, she invites people along on her journey through spirituality, relationships, life choices, substance abuse, education, and financial circumstances.
Following a successful release, she was inspired to start her own publishing company. “Kay Jewels Publishing" was established in 2019. That same year she also released the sequel to her first novel entitled, "Now That You Know". The storyline continues the ongoing dialogue of Kendra's spiritual life, career, grievances, and achievements. Kendra loves expressing herself through her writing but she also admires the beauty and cosmetics industry. She is the proud founder and owner of Queen K’s Hair, a 100% Virgin Hair Company established in 2017. In her spare time she utilizes her expertise as a Permanent Makeup Artist and Eyelash Technician to run her business, “Glam by Kay F”.
Kendra is currently inspiring young women and men across the world with her weekly social media inspirational videos and conversations. Through her works and novels, she seeks to help empower, restore, and inspire others by sharing her life experiences. In her life, she devotes her time to God, family, friends, and modestly serving others.

Danielle Black is an American singer, rapper, & songwriter. Born in the Bronx, N.Y she was raised to the sounds of Frank Sinatra, Madonna & Mark Anthony. Through her growth as an artist and an entrepreneur, she is more than meets the eye. Attending Culinary School in N.Y.C she developed a niche that would change her life forever. Not wanting to give up her dream of being a successful music artist she taught herself how to write music by rapping her recipes to old school hip hop beats. She created a character called Musical Chefy who was known for her melodicipes (melodic recipes).
Danielle's EP Solid Gold (2018) the title is self-explanatory. She delivers an eclectic sound from trap, dance to pop proving she is the chameleon in the music industry. Her next project will show the same versatility. It will indicate that Danielle Black is not only a star but a force to be reckoned with.

The Black Lives Matter movement has caused a big division amongst those who support it and those who don't.
Some people have taken the phrase out of context and only see if as a way to promote the Black Lives Matter organization.
The nest big topic in the U.S. is, "To mask or not to mask."
In this episode, I discussed both of the topics with one of Cleveland's small business owners. Dan, co-owner of Cleveland Bagel Co, talked about his brand going viral for believing in the Black Lives Matter movement, defunding the Police as well as masking up while in their shop.

She was a guest #OnTheThrone on #TheEliteRadioShow bringing awareness to the broken foster care system that allows children to sleep in Cleveland Welfare office buildings, not receive proper services or placement. We discussed changes that need to be made, aftercare needs and her planned peaceful demonstration.
