With the Mets...uh...not in the playoffs according to our notes, it's going to be a sparse news week for Episode 244 of For All You Kids Out There, so Jeffrey and Jarrett turn the agenda over to the listeners. We do have to employ Rob Mains for a particularly complicated financial question, although Jarrett is far more qualified to handle that one than the one about bands of the 2010s.

Both on-field, which we cover by going over all 52 players on the 2017 Mets, but also off-field as you may now be aware if you have been even vaguely paying attention. So we talk about the end of the Terry Collins era, future Mets managerial candidates, and the schism between ownership, front office, and the field staff. The Mets didn't have the worst week in the NL East though, and we also discuss the Atlanta front office scandal that unfolded in large part while we were actually recording.

In the second half of the show we are joined by David Roth of Deadspin to discuss Jonathan Franzen novels (sort of), Todd Frazier local car dealership ads (obviously), and the Im/Ex Bank (yes, really).

In the third half of ths show we answer your correspondence as briefly as possible, but not as briefly as Jarrett hoped.

In Episode 73 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey displays the bare minimum of fiduciary responsibility, Jarrett swoons over J.D. Martinez, neither of us sticks to sports, and Craig talks about his two favorite teams. There's also a long wrestling segment, but not as long as last week.

In Episode 72 of For All You Kids Out There, like the Mets we are playing out the string. Also like the Mets is takes us three hours to finish the job. In the first half of the show, Jeffrey and Jarrett chat about a Thor sequel we aren't really looking forward to, make some offseason plans, and discuss the latest revered Met feuding with the team. In the second half of the show we are joined by Meg Rowley to talk about fandom, "our guys," and how this all changes in your thirties. Then in the third half of the show we answer your e-mails, riff for a while on Shohei Otani, and indulge in a very long pro wrestling segment.

In Episode 71, Jeffrey and Jarrett have an easy, laidback show: Under two hours with no guests, a lot of reliever prospects, and way too much talking about the Survivor Series main event. How many more weeks of Mets baseball are there? Well, we will be here for all of them I guess.

In Episode 70 of For All You Kids Out There, the Mets season is limping to the finish, but the podcast soldiers on. Not before spending the first 15 minutes debating where Luis Guillorme will land on the 2018 Mets Top Ten Prospects list though. There is still plenty of time for This Week in Matt Harvey, 40-man call-ups, Jeffrey's baseball playing hipster twin, and Tim Tebow. In the second half of the show we talk about the AL Wild Card race with Mariners fan and Our Good Friend Meg Rowley, who is much less excited about Gabriel Ynoa's call-up than Jeffrey is. Then in the third half of the show we answer your e-mails and somehow discuss Dom Smith again, two weeks after Jeffrey said there wasn't a real need to check back in on him for a bit.

In Episode 69 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett try to have a nice show, but it's been a not nice week of Mets news. We chat about more injuries and This Week in Matt Harvey before bringing on a very special guest to properly celebrate the occasion. Then we answer your correspondence, briefly become a Phillies prospect podcast again, and wrap up with some Mayweather/McGregor chat.

In Episode 68 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey's evening went awry, and the podcast followed soon after. Nevertheless, Jarrett and he discuss more waiver trades, more pitcher injuries, and some scouting philosophies before inviting our good friend Nick Stellini on to ambush him with a BP Annual comment and also chat about the more successful New York team. Then we wrap things up with your correspondence and some Summerslam weekend thoughts.

In Episode 67 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett are back in separate rooms to talk about the Mets August waiver trades and accompanying New York GM pissing contest. Then we chat about the Dom Smith callup and the Yankees Wild Card game strategy for some reason, before wrapping up the first half of the show with the weeks in Amed Rosario and Matt Harvey. Then it is a very long e-mail segment where we get sidtracked even worse and a very long wrestling segment. Normal service has resumed. Even down to the dodgy technical issues.

In Episode 66 of For All You Kids Out There, we are in Boston for SaberSeminar so after a night of cocktails it is time to podcast about the Mets with friends. Jeffrey doesn't screw up recording it this year, but does underestimate how sleepy we all were going to be after a night out at Lion's Tail and Eastern Standard. Nevertheless, Jeffrey, Jarrett, Kate Morrison, Skyler Kanfer, and Matt Yaspan discuss Amed Rosario's first week in the majors, when Dom Smith will arrive in Queens, the very exciting August 31 waiver trade deadline, the state of the Mets system, and answer a bunch of questions from you, the listener.

In Episode 65 of For All You Kids Out There, we are back in high...well, medium-fidelity to talk about the Mets trade deadline experience. Do you like relievers? Because we are mostly talking about relievers. We also take a closer look at the Sonny Gray and Yu Darvish deals, access the current state of the Mets farm system, and answer your questions on Michael Conforto, Pete Alonso, and Tim Tebow.

So we probably should have re-recorded the first and third halves of this, and the second half got cut short by Jeffrey's laptop dying again, but...we didn't.

In Episode 63 of For All You Kids Out There Jeffrey takes you on a tour of fine New York City Cocktail bars before we can even get into the meat of the show. But in the first half, we talk the trade market and recent Mets trade rumors and who the real clubhouse cancer is on the 2017 Mets.

In the second half of the show, our good friend David Roth returns to chat about crushing blows to neoliberalism, sports talk radio, Manny's of Moonachie, philanthropy, and Jason Jordan Angle.

In the third half of the show, we answer your correspondence and live chat the Zack Sabre jr/Hiroshi Tanahashi G1 match.

In Episode 62 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett "preview" the "second half" of the "baseball" season. The first half ambles a bit and we recorded it Monday night and honestly I don't remember much of what is in it. In the second half of the show we chat with Craig Goldstein about our Midseason Top 50 prospect list over at the mothership. In the third half of the show we answer your emails (again in some cases) and talk to Brady about the pro wrestling. For an hour. They say records are made to be broken. The record for longest episode of this podcast probably shouldn't keep getting broken though.

In Episode 61 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett discuss seltzer preferences, recap Citi Field Day, debate if the Mets will be playing meaningful games in September, and make the case for Travis d'Arnaud. In the second half of the show we talk about the midseason Mets prospect list (while ending up talking about Phillies prospects again somehow), examine the short season roster, and talk about Jeffrey's recent Binghamton look. In the third half of the show, we really did answer your correspondence and talk to Brady about G1, but then something happened...

In Episode 60 of For All You Kids Out There, it is just never a slow news week in Flushing is it? After a digression about Jeffrey's wedding (mostly winery) excursion in Virginia, we dive right in to the Asdrubal Cabrera kerfluffle. There may be some rants. We also hash out Michael Conforto's playing time, Zack Wheeler's injury and Jacob deGrom's return to form, before wrapping up with some thoughts on Dan Warthen, pitching coach.

In the second half of the show, there is actual Mets analysis as we look towards the Mets trade deadline strategy and discuss minor league promotions.

In the third half of the show, there isn't much correspondence. this week, so we plug the BP Citi Field Day one last time and preview the G1 Climax instead.

In the second half of the show we are joined by Skyler Kanfer of BP Mets to discuss the 2017 Mets draft class.

In the third half of the show we answer your e-mails and go over first half storylines in the Mets minors.

In Episode 58 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey had a long day at the park and a long drive back so he allows Jarrett to do the heavy lifting. We also discuss prospects we have seen recently and spend two minutes previewing Monday night's draft.

In the second half of the show we are joined by Kate Morrison to supposedly talk about the Rangers, but mostly end up talking about the Cubs, we guess? Oh, and Brewers prospects.

In the third half of the show we answer your correspondence and spend roughly forty minutes discussing Kenny Omega vs Kachuzika Okada and its wider implications.

In the second half of the show, we are joined by Craig Goldstein to check in on the machinations in the minors, contemplate Gleybermania, and swoon about Juan Soto. Plus, Craig talks about tango.

In the third half of the show we answer your correspondence, and end up spending a half hour talking about Backlash after Jeffrey said we weren't going to talk about Backlash in our last episode.

In the second half of the show, we chat with Meg Rowley of Baseball Prospectus about the Mariners, Pitch, and preview the FOX Fall TV upfronts.

In the third half of the show, we answer your e-mails and sort of preview of a wrestling pay-per-view we were vaguely aware was occurring.

In Episode 53 of For All You Kids Out There it sure feels like a lot longer than a week since we last recorded a podcast. It's only been a week though, and we know this because in the first half of the show we go day-by-day through the last week in Flushing. It's been...busy. On the agenda is Syndergaard's lat, Gsellman's struggles, very good prospects (not Mets), very good prospects (a certain potential Mets shortstop), not-a-victory-lap about Paul Sewald, definitely not-a-victory-lap about Paul Sewald, somebody on the Mets' martial aid, and of course...This Week in Matt Harvey.

In the second half of the show we are joined by Matthew Callan, author of Yells for Ourselves to discuss his book about the 1999-2000 Mets squads. We break down the Mike Piazza trade, spend almost as time on the Mike Bordick trade, and even more time on 20th century atonal opera.

In the third half of the show we answer your correspondence, and there is a lot of it so the pro wrestling segment is actually pretty brief, we promise.

In Episode 52 of For All You Kids Out There we are live from pork roll country--or is it Taylor Ham? Jeffrey can never remember. Anywho, Jeffrey and Jarrett are here in Jarrett's apartment to go over a weird week in Metsland. We will break down the Mets injury communications as every Met is, uh, breaking down. One Met who is not breaking down is Michael Conforto. It's almost like he's an emerging superstar when not dealing with a wrist injury. We also discuss Andres Gimenez's surprise promotion to Columbia and the dire state of the Mets bullpen...again.

In the second half of the show we chat about the Lakewood/Kannapolis game we saw on Saturday and both of us wax poetic about Daniel Brito.

In the third half of the show we answer your e-mail and wrap up with the usual wrestling chat. It's a normal length podcast--well probably still 20 minutes too long--but either way, don't get used to it.

We also wonder if Amed Rosario is ready for the big leagues (SPOILER: probably).

In the second half of the show we are joined by David Roth of Vice Sports to talk Atlantic League rosters, the 2007 Cy Young Award voting, Eric Thames, Wade LeBlanc, and the segment ends with our just reading out the names of KBO players.

In the third half of the show, we answer your correspondence, discuss A-ball pitchers, and Jarrett reports in from a New Jersey wrestling show.

Well if you haven't figured that out 25 episodes in, we can't help you. On the docket in the first half, Jeffrey and Jarrett talk Jon Niese (for the last time?), Jose Reyes (for the last time), and survey the Mets farm system as we head into prospect list season.

In the second half of the show, we are joined by Kate Morrison to preview the 2016 World Series and mostly talk about Kyle Schwarber of Jarrett's second-favorite team, the Chicago Cubs.

In the third half of the show we answer your e-mails on minimum salaries, the Mets injury management, and trading for Paul Goldschmidt, before the usual wrestling chat wraps things up.

In Episode 24 of For All You Kids Out There, we have a lot of time to kill until there will be any actual Mets new of import to talk about. And it is even longer until pitchers and catchers report. Sigh. So what to do in the interim? Well, in the first half of the show we will make do with the scraps of a fallow news cycle. Terry Collins might be retiring, Tim Tebow might be really bad at baseball, and Neil Walker might be getting a qualifying offer (this is really somehow a discussion about Bartolo Colon).

In the second half of the show, BP's Minor League Editor Craig Goldstein joins the show to talk about the Dodgers/Nats series, where the Nats go from here, and MLB conspiracy theories.

In the third half of the show, we answer your e-mails, and eventually the podcast devolves into, per usual, Jeffrey and Jarrett just listing off wrestling matches.

In Episode 23 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett put a bow on the 2016 Mets season by going through the team's entire roster, finding time for digressions (as we do) on Wilmer Flores' hamate, Jeurys Familia's future, Cespedes' opt-out, Bartolo Colon's greatness, and Jon Niese's 2017 contract status. We also chat a bit about Tim Tebow's impending Arizona Fall League debut before answering your emails on Andrew McCutchen, bad drafts, and the best pitches in the Mets organization.

"On the day that i become so forgetful that all of this melts away, I will burn all the calanders that counted the years down to such a worthless day."

It's nobody's fault really, but here we are. Time for Jarrett to write a bunch of the stuff for the Annual and figure out how many dudes he needs to cut from the 40 to add Marcos Molina. Assuming he ever gets out of the Citi Field parking lot of course. Jeffrey will be trying to figure out how much he needs to drink to write about the Marlins system. Life goes on.

The Mets are in the playoffs, sort of. So this is a playoff preview, sort of. In the first half of the show we are joined by David Roth to reflect on the 2016 Mets season, the snack options in Wilmington DE, and the Justin Ruggiano experience. In the second half of the show, Jonathan Bernhardt from Today's Knuckleball comes on to discuss the rest of the playoffs, dish out some trolls, and read out bad Orioles drafts. Finally in the third half of the show, we answer your e-mails and bicker about the Wild Card game roster.

We didn't really feel like doing a podcast honestly, but there is always baseball to talk about, and that is why it is the best, even when it is also the worst.

In Episode 20 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett aren't quite ready to be discussing playoff rosters yet, but are very ready to discuss Noah Syndergaard, Jacob deGrom, Gabriel Ynoa, and multiple Riveras in the first half of the show. In the second half, Toby Hyde is here to discuss the development of Robert Gsellman, Seth Lugo, and solar energy projections. And in the third half of the show we answer your e-mails, and then talk pro wrestling for an hour with Tom Holzerman. Consider yourself forewarned.

Roughly around when Montero was left in to give up a bomb to Mat Latos (who has a cat named Cat Latos), Jarrett gchatted Jeffrey to demand a podcast. Once Gabriel Ynoa was removed from the game, Jeffrey acquiesced, we called the Kates, and this is the result.

In Episode 19 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett are joined by noted Florida woman, Kate Feldman, as they discuss the NL Cy Young race, the Giants and Cardinals stumbling in September, and when we might finally see Gavin Cecchini actually play. Next, in the second half of the show, it's...sigh...Tebow Time. Finally, in the third half of the show, we answey your emails and Kate extracts her revenge of Jeffrey for 18 episodes of wrestling talk (and a previous CM Punk digression in Episode 19, but commandeering the end of the show to discuss the Pitch pilot.

The Mets are still in a playoff race as we record our 18th episode. We are as shocked as you are. In the first half of the show, we zoom out and look at playoff and award races across baseball, at least when not getting distracted by the usual stuff. Jarrett had to go to Trenton to watch a game, so in the second half of the show, we just let David Roth (in case you couldn't figure out he might be appearing from the title) riff on ethnomusicology, Seth Lugo, and Korean baseball. Then in the third half of the show, we talk spin rate, Nabil Crismatt, and relievers.

In Episode 17 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey is mourning the lack of a This Week in Gabriel Ynoa, Jarrett is recovering from a four-hour indy wrestling show, and there is a lot to cover in Metsland.

In the first half of the show, we break down the week that was, going day-by-day through the Mets series with the Cardinals and Phillies while examining our frustrations with the Collins and Alderson administration, pleading for a Cespedes extension, grousing about the difficulties of providing new analysis every week, wondering about the Mets rotation, and expressing befuddlement at the Mets handling of Michael Conforto.

In the second half of the show, we are joined again by good friend Greg Karam to review the Mets minor league season. What is going on with Robert Gsellman, how about Seth Lugo's spin rate, is Andres Gimenez a top 10 prospect in this system? All these questions, and a cheeky Dom Smith e-mail,will be answered.

And in the third half of the show we discuss indy rock, playoff odds, sunk costs, and then a whole lot of professional wrestling with The Wrestling Blog's Tom Holzerman, or TH if you will.

We return with regular programming, which means a two-plus-hour podcast with too much pro wrestling talk. In the first half of the show we chat about when and if to shut down Syndergaard and Matz, if Travis d'Arnaud is now underrated again, and what the Mets should do this offseason with Neil Walker. In the second half, Mike Vorkunov of BP Mets and everywhere else on the interent joins us to break down exactly where the 2016 Mets season went wrong. And in the third half of the show, we chat about Mets prospects Ali Sanchez and Luis Carpio (and eventually, inevitably, Dominic Smith) and then wrap up the show with about forty minutes on NXT Takeover II and the general future direction of the WWE. Like we said, back to regular programming.

So somtimes you start out to record the second half of the show with some friends and it spirals out of control into a whole show because it is one in the morning in Boston and you have had a few beers. And sometimes you realize only fifty minutes of that audio is usable because it is one in the morning in Boston, you've had a few beers, and Kate Morrison has spilled beer all over the floor of your hotel room. And then, you have packed your podcast mic in a box for ytour move, but you don't remember what box,

Anyway, in Episode 15 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarret are joined by Kate Morrison and Jon Choiniere of Baseball Prospectus and Pitch Info to discuss SaberSeminar, Gabriel Ynoa, the continuing saga of Terry Collins and Michael Conforto, Tim Tebow (apparently), 80-grade hair, and Andres Gimenez.

In Episode 14 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett dissect the tire fire that is the NL East Second Wild Card race. The Mets are still in it, we don't know how. But in the first half of the show we examine Cespedes' DL stint and what it might mean for the Mets playoff hopes and the Mets outfield alignment (and Cespedes' golf game). We also take a look at the fifth starter candidates with Logan Verrett potentially on the outs.

In the second half of the show we answer your e-mails about first base gloves and Japanese pro wrestling crowds, before Jarrett sidedrains the podcast into a long A-Rod chat.

In the third half of the show we talk Mets prospects and Jeffrey brings back the IFK Goteborg update, because if the pro wrestling chat hasn't scared you away, might as well roll out the soccer talk.

In hindsight, we definitely should have recorded after the deadline. Nevertheless, enjoy this round up of the wheelin' and dealin' from Monday. Jarrett is much less angry than we were promised though.

It's the For All You Kids Out There trade deadline spectacular. In an ideal world we would have recorded this after the actual trade deadline, but Jeffrey has to bowl, and Jarrett has another podcast. Fortunately there is no way anything in this podcast will look foolishly behind the times by the time you listen, right?

In the first half of the show, we try to figure out what is going on with the Mets and Jonathan Lucroy, why in the world the Mets are interested in Jay Bruce, and where the hell Justin Ruggiano came from. AND WAIT A MINUTE JEURYS FAMILIA ISN'T USING "DANZA KUDURO" ANYMORE?????

In the second half of the show, we are joined by Emma Baccallieri of Baseball Prospectus and FanGraphs to break down the Indians active deadline dealings and swoon over Francisco Lindor.

In the third half of the show, we answer your e-mails, Jarrett gets sad about Daniel Murphy, Jeffrey gets excited about Thomas Szapucki (again), and we wrap up with some ECW chat (by request).

It's one of those weekends where it is too damn hot to turn off our air conditioners while we record, but we did make sure to re-record the guest segment so there wasn't blaring Latin music in the background (we'll explain within). In Episode 12 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett talk about the Mets outfield alignment and the ever-shifting market for pitching.

In the second half of the show, we are joined by old friend and Amazin' Avenue writer Greg Karam to discuss Mike Piazza, Hall of Fame catcher, and Carlos Beltran, future Hall of Fame outfielder. We also find some time to rave about Cyclones pitcher, Thomas Szapucki, and get a Yelp review of Tampa Bay.

And in the third half of the show, we wrap things up with your e-mails and then the show peters out with Jeffrey just listing various Japanese pro wrestling matches from the 2000's.

It's all-star week here on For All You Kids Out There (and we imagine elsewhere in the baseball world as well), so you'd think there wouldn't be much to talk about. You might be new here, it's only Episode 11 after all, so we assure you, there is always too much to talk about on For All You Kids Out There. Jeffrey and Jarrett talk about the trade market for starting pitching on the heels of the Drew Pomeranz deal, and what that might mean for the Mets quest for more arms. Next, Jarrett wants to talk about Yuliesky Gurriel signing with not-the-Mets for some reason, even though Jeffrey knew exactly how this was going to play out. Then we wrap up the first half with a chat about Wilmer Flores' future and Giancarlo Stanton hitting a lot of dingers.

In the second half of the show, we are joined by Craig Goldstein, Minor League Editor at Baseball Prospectus, to discuss our midseason top 50 prospect list, and, uh, the other list we published this week.

In the third half of the show, we answer your correspondence, discuss some prospects we've seen lately, and go in deep on the latest pro wrestling news.

In Episode 10 Jeffrey issues a mea culpa to the Pirates before Jarrett and he dive into one last baseball-related This Week in Matt Harvey for 2016. There's more bad news on the starting pitching front as well, so we discuss if the Mets should be buying starting pitching at the deadline and what a deal might look like. One starting pitcher who we imagine is available is Wade LeBlanc, but that isn't why we are talking about him with Vice Sports' David Roth. We never need an excuse to talk about Wade LeBlanc with David. We also touch on Moby Dick, Daniel Murphy as Mike Trout, and how expensive game-used jerseys are. At some point the 2005 Binghamton Mets roster gets b-ref'd, but at this moment we don't remember why. In the third half of the show, we have new lists, a new prospect list, your correspondence, and some Brock Lesnar chat. This one is almost as long as Mellville's tome, and features a narrative only slightly more under the author's control.

In Episode 9 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett tackle the most prominent issue in Metsland: that ridiculous Cespedes third tank home run. Okay, it's all downhill from there, but man that was a lot of fun. We discuss balky elbows, the wild card race, and soft selling before welcoming on Kate Morrison and Russell Carlton to talk about major league front offices and Saving America's Pastime. Then we revisit potential Mets All-Stars, investigate the curious case of Seth Lugo, get way off topic with a look at recent goings-on in the NYC baseball media, and wrap things up talking Nick Williams and false hustle.

It feels like it has been weeks since our last episode, so there is a lot of ground to cover in Episode 8. We start with a discussion of new Met, Jose Reyes, before moving on to happier topics, like the Mets plethora of arm issues. We also talk about Michael Conforto being optioned for Brandon Nimmo before delving in deeper on Reyes with Sports Illustrated's Emma Span. Then it is time for your e-mails, some well-earned praise for Hansel Robles, a long digression on the 2016 Brooklyn Cyclones, and finally some pro wrestling and PED chat.

Saturday is usually the day Jeffrey and Jarrett make their notes for the show. Instead, they recorded in a hotel room in Bethlehem, PA between games in a split International League doubleheader. On the plus side, this is the shortest episode yet, on the minus side, it is still as disorganized and bogged down in pro wrestling talk as usual. In the first half of the show we discuss Noah Syndergaard's continued maturation into an ace generally, and his usage in the Pirates game specifically. We then chat about Travis d'Arnaud's short term future with the Mets, and go in-depth on Jarrett's BP Mets article last week on Jacob deGrom. Next, the BP Mets big boss Bryan Grosnick joins the show to talk David Wright and potential future third basemen for the Metropolitans. Finally we wrap things up with two(!) lists (one David Wright, one pro wrestling), and kibitz about Triple-A baseball.

Jeffrey and Jarrett talk the Mets floundering offense, curious closer, recent draft with Alex Nelson of Amazin' Avenue, and then Jarrett talks about Japanese Pro Wrestling for the last twenty minutes until even Jeffrey completely checks out of the show.

In Episode 5 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett debate the Mets infield alignment, check in on This Week in Matt Harvey, talk Mets prospects past, present, and future with Toby Hyde, and spend way too much time on Gilmore Girls and the UFC. This is probably an overly pithy summary of another three hour podcast, but it is getting late.

View Details

In Episode 4 of For All You Kids Out There, Jeffrey and Jarrett had their agenda thrown into disarray with the Mets acquisition of James Loney. So we bring on Kate Feldman, Tampa Bay Rays expert, to discuss the new first baseman, and some old first baseman as well. We also chat about Matt Harvey, again, and tanking baseball teams. Next, Kate Morrison of BP and WFAA joins the show to talk about the new Texas stadium and their bumper crop of prospects. Finally we wrap things up with Jeffrey's five favorite Mets, Jarrett's five favorite pitches, and some babbling about Chase Utley and pro wrestling before our skype connection mercifully cuts out.

In Episode 3 of For All You Kids Out There, the BP Mets podcast, Jeffrey and Jarrett have a reasonable, sobering (but not sober) discussion about what ails Matt Harvey. Is it just a matter of physician, heal thyself, or does he need an, uh, actual physician. Fortunately the Mets bullpen has been good even as the starting pitching has underperformed a bit, but Jeffrey isn't convinced this is going to last. Next, we chat with Erik Malinowski about recent Bartolo Colon news and recent David Wright walkoffs, Finally we wrap things up with your missives and a long discussion about David Ortiz and the Hall of Fame, because Jeffrey stupidly got Jarrett wound up about Mike Mussina.

View Details

Normally 33% shorter wouldn't be a selling point, but when your first episode was three hours, it might be? In Episode 2, Jarrett and Jeffrey discuss how much to read into a bad road trip, how much Noah Syndergaard makes it move, and how much Eric Campbell we'll be seeing in the coming weeks. Next Corinne Landrey of Crashburn Alley and The Hardball Times joins the show to talk about the second place (?!) Phillies and if any of this is remotely sustainable. Then we answer your e-mails and introduce a fun game called "How Well Do You Know Your Co-host" before wrapping up with the likely soon to be de riguer wrestling and soccer talk.

It's the first episode of For All You Kids Out There, a baseball podcast from BP Mets. Hosts Jeffrey Paternostro and Jarrett Seidler talk about the first month of Mets baseball. Jarrett breaks down Noah Syndergaard, Jeffrey yells about dingers, David Roth of Vice Sports joins the show to talk about Bartolo, and much, much, (too much) more.
