If we created by a Black soul, lived in a Brown principle and energy or treated the land with the respect of any Indigenous culture - the world would be more lovable
I'm not going to link all the material I quote - for once you are going to have to listen to the material closely to follow it!
This is a collaboration podcast I recorded .. hopefully, the visuals will follow soon!
Why do we need labels?
We never stop to reflect on the blueprint formed in education with the church - especially Christianity. 75 million views later and Sir Ken Robinson has not changed how schools kill creativity - there must be a bigger hook...
I recorded this for the lattice (star set) but I'm drawn to put it out publically briefly ...

As promised a podcast with an off the cuff - wing it conversation on already dismantling egos in education.
Don't tell us what we can't do - we are already doing it!
A lot of sound advice to 15-year-olds there who've been told they can't do it!
I wish the audio was better - we are both maxed out and needed to do this via zoom which is never ideal and I feel it didn't do Graham's tone justice! Sorry!

I don't want to go back and edit this as the energy is there for what I want to talk about and I don't talk enough about the demon of white money ... and when I say Black people are doing well, thriving it's all relative and a totally uneven world. I'm aware of that but I want to keep the energy of the passion in what I do talk about and not overlook my mistakes or the assumptions you might think I make that I don't in fact - I just feel there is a greater richness in the world than white money.

I will not sit on the fence anytime soon - I will call out in hate the aspects that ironically facilitate Hate and your fear of it.
Why we need to have compassion for those who behave badly.
There is a tiny glip in the recording because someone texted me and the recording stopped briefly! But the rest was so much in flow I've just left it!
What is missing in the audio;
*Split Personalities or Borderline Personalities or what I call Duality (a positive outlook) - means that we don't have a strong sense of self - of who we are. We are afraid to stay as that person so we borrow roles and identities from those around us and try to become those people. In every way - become a character of a person. You can see the pedestal placement and displacement as a child would lead you to think - what do I need to be for you to reward me?
Why we need to change to have transformation as a society
Why I feel humans are not butterflies - we don't transform we change.

Our obsession with measuring in terms of education - what I'm going to endeavour to achieve in this podcast series.
How I feel the Transgender Journey is the penultimate development journey.
The article I speak about in relation to the Paralympics opposed to how we just normalise males or females in the Olympics. Do we really know the impacts of certain drugs on performance?
https://www.irishtimes.com/news/classification-explanation-understanding-the-paralympic-codes-1.544612
To sum up the Oscars read about the Oscars during World War 2
https://www.vulture.com/2019/02/how-the-oscars-went-austere-for-world-war-ii.html
If you want to create something different - if you want the world to stop measuring - you need to be in the world differently and ironically I'm going to talk about the only part of a book I don't agree with .. participation... It's ok to not belong in the room.
Two books I want to recommend you read
One I have shared in the past:
Belonging: From Fear to Freedom on the Path to True Community
by Angel Kyodo Williams
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/55384181-belonging
The one I speak about in this podcast:
Teaching to Transgress: Education as the Practice of Freedom
Bell Hooks

This proves Louise Hays thinking that Thyroid conditions are due to suppression of expression. Why I focus so much on giving people a way to express themselves.
Why I don't agree you have long term inability to form good relationships. Why were you bullied in the first place? What did you have to offer?
Article:

Wow, this has been the most difficult podcast to record for quite some time ... I don't know what I have said that is so difficult but someone doesn't want it said out loud!
You will notice two points where the voice patterns change because I have to splice in new recording snippets ... the wind and rain have beat off the windows ... all of this is beyond my control but I have persevered!
The Crossing Book: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/55371169-the-crossing
Why I dislike labels - the legacy left behind after the reports and the assumptions.
The judgements that are thrown out by people who don't have your processing challenges. Who have no idea how your brain works or how to actually support you.
We only ever focus on what we can't do.
But increasingly the personality content online is inaccurate and doesn't represent Myers-Briggs's work. But the limitations we often apply and our conditioning.
How we become something new because of the assumptions and expectations of education.
In reference to Black writers who speak to me in relation to this.

I hate labels but I want you to find this so I'll use the well known markers.
How this makes you feel. How I can go from whole to feeling useless after 5 days.
How the stored trauma in my body will help me meet my students better.
Why are we Bullied?
A journey through the reasons we are bullied and how to reach peace with this so the patterns truly change for humanity. So it's no longer beneficial to bully.

Mary Haskell - principle of a school in Boston
When the mist overwhelms the “I” in me, I take two or three letters out of the little box and reread them. They remind me of my true self. They make me overlook all that is not high and beautiful in life. Each and every one of us, dear Mary, must have a resting place somewhere. The resting place of my soul is a beautiful grove where my knowledge of you lives.

A very reflective podcast since it's 13 years yesterday since I got the keys to my school. Thinking about how I don't need the person opposite to be me. To even shut down aspects of myself to be less reactive in order to be of more help to others. Feeling my way through why my own report at 16 wasn't very helpful to me.
*it's mercury retrograde so of course, there is a tiny little blip in the audio I can't edit out!

The disconnect we now have between instant gratification - instant response and the natural course of development and how long change creates.
For years I have done a task with students to compare Rosa Parks and Dr Martin Luther King Jr.
Both in terms of difference of personality to both create an impact as the best of themselves but also the length of time change takes.

My main task - what it is most said to me at the end of a teen session - or any session really regardless of age
“I feel seen" - “I feel you get me"
Being seen - ironically it’s only when we feel seen that we bring the best of us to a group or a collective.
So why is this generation living in turmoil? Not feeling enough?

Introduction to season 7 of the podcast - why did I pick to focus on teens for this series? Why is the world harder to grow up in right now? That's going to be the focus of this series.
Bad patterns don't just continue - they are about the choices people feel they can make. What they deserve.
The simplest way for teens to change is to ask for help - but they learn at home if this is too shameful or not.

This is a podcast in lessons on looking to biographies to find yourself.
I prescribe biographies for everyone I work with regardless of age.
This is also a lot of what I don’t talk about living in the gap because when I do I feel projected at ... so I thought it would be good for me to walk the talk for you all. These are the sorts of simple podcasts which feel like jumping off a cliff for me. Finding yourself in others and not wanting to compare to those so great.
It's a very difficult podcast to record - to record your truth - what drives you. What values do you really care about? How you hope that by your choices you enable others to be better versions of themselves.

The dates were all a year out in my last podcast - why? hat relationship do I have to time? What are cycles and development so much more important for me?
I forgot to add that in fact, I feel these are the roots of ageing concerns - people who focus on cycles and development don't worry about ageing. They live for growth to the day they die - they don't stop changing/growing/evolving and wait to die as many do.
This is an introduction to series 6 of the podcast. It is about working with all the levels of development. What do I mean by levels? I have shared two systems below to view them differently. Why are people stuck on different levels of growth? This is what this series is about. Why are we following people who are sharing such conspiracy content to the world?
As usual, this is a journey for me to embark on too - I'm sure the path will unfold. it always does.

There are always themes to my work and the current one is being translator - sometimes I work very closely with the 'students' but other times I work with their environments. I translate what unconditional love is which was the purpose of my first book Journey to Unconditional love hosted on my Patreo. I have watched the change in people's relationships - people they never thought they'd be able to get on with and be close too. Even being traped with them for the pandemic.

The uses of looking at the whole and what it brings up for you.
We can't simply avoid words or quotes or work left by those with darkness - we need to see what we can learn from their journey and why they behave the way they do. I use a number of Carl Jung quotes listed below.
”One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light but by making the darkness conscious.”
Jung
“Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people.”
Jung
“Your perception will become clear only when you can look into your soul.”
Jung
“Everything about other people that doesn’t satisfy us helps us to better understand ourselves.”
Jung

There are limitations when we are so set to leaving behind structures/methods rather than principles
Developed in the backdrop of the Pandemic.
Individual - wholeness - core - emptiness - consciousness all go together.
We confess development of an individual with self -
Ego - self - control - greed - self-serving all go together
We need individuals to develop to speak for the whole and the collective to express itself.

I'm more worried now than I have ever been about people's mental health. The transition back to the world is proving just how much we were in escapism and not secureness. We need to seriously take stock for small children of the safe virtual worlds they are happier in than real life and the controlling dangerous behaviours they are developing.
We muddle worthiness, success, unconditional, needs, conditions, and expectations all the time in society
What is your measure of yourself dependent on? Are you whole worthy secure in your core?
Why do you take actions? - be honest
Are your expectations for you or for others best?
It’s funny this is number ’66’ - as it’s said to be the number of unconditional love
I would argue that if you truly support people from an unconditional place they can’t even trace back what is helping them .... It’s as hidden and subtle as walking through a spiders web....

A podcast that ranges from my experiences on a German exchange trip the year after the Berlin Wall fell to my research on Druids. I want you to look out for the souls who have come together from opposing backgrounds that have caused such trauma but have not compromised their identity. Why pain matters - why you have to feel it - it's not about comparison to what you know - it's about what you feel. When you feel, you heal. There must be no compromise in identity.

(This is an especially relevant dynamic for daughters)
This podcast is aimed at teens as I explain in the intro and I also decided to use 'parent' as the gender-neutral term when I started talking it out! I decided that masculine and feminine energy is an overall complex adult viewpoint...There are enough complexities without this in the mix at 16 - thought if we get these dynamics right ironically they grow to create the balance I decide as being so important! Even if it is aimed at teens it's a very important podcast for parents to listen to especially if the relationship has ended due to a traumatic abusive event. I try to weave through the complexity of these relationships but show that it's very simple to actually create lasting change with a few simple insights. The quote I use is: "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” Leonardo da Vinci.
This amazing woman had the unique experience of being the 'adult' observer while I worked with a teen who was supported by my Patreon.

An introduction to a rare interview episode I'm going to record next .... 'the fly on the wall' episode which may finally answer the question - what do I do... ?
Our limitations in thinking are the reasons for the injustices in humanity - when we understand our need for boxes - we will understand how to create change. A secure individual is not in a box!
PS I get 3s and 5s confused (and 'f's, 'r's and 'c's for some strange reason) - so this should be speaking about the 25th of May and for some reason the universe has determined it will go out early not after as I intended...
Patreon - intro to this book: If I wrote a book in advance to feel content, secure and happy going into Lockdown last year .. this was the book. It's the book I have shared over the year with many of my soul tribe ... it's an unusual book in that it talks more bout the conflict I have always felt between science and spiritualism - which I covered in my podcast only last week in the Religion Episode. I hope as we emerge back into the world or in some cases go through yet another spin of the Labyrinth you will find it helpful...

Energy, belief, my own religious journey...
Poem Meaning by Czeslaw Milosz.
When I die, I will see the lining of the world.
The other side, beyond bird, mountain, sunset.
The true meaning, ready to be decoded.
What never added up will add Up,
What was incomprehensible will be comprehended.
– And if there is no lining to the world?
If a thrush on a branch is not a sign,
But just a thrush on the branch? If night and day
Make no sense following each other?
And on this earth there is nothing except this earth?
– Even if that is so, there will remain
A word wakened by lips that perish,
A tireless messenger who runs and runs
Through interstellar fields, through the revolving galaxies,
And calls out, protests, screams.

Principles of Theosophical Society (inspired by Koot Hoomi/Kuthumi)
1:To form a nucleus of the universal brotherhood of humanity without distinction of race, creed, sex, caste, or colour.
2:To encourage the study of comparative religion, philosophy, and science.
3:To investigate the unexplained laws of nature and the powers latent in man.

Retrospectively I see how these two podcasts (religion episode) go together - even though I arrived at them from such different thinking!
This is when a personality not only survives abuse but makes the experience a strength...
What are split personalities - What creates them? Why are they negative for families (and humanity) - what is possible? How can integrating your life experiences make you a unique highly functioning being for the betterment of humanity?
Comparing Harry Potter and Nevile Longbottom. Why acceptance is the most important part of unconditional. We shouldn't need to lose our own self worth for unconditional love.
* why Mother's Day is different in Ireland - it's Mid-Lent - from google "Historians believe it evolved from the 16th-century Christian practice of visiting mothers in the season of Lent. The date changes every year because it is linked to Easter, and Easter varies depending on the lunar calendar."
A follow on from the podcast before - understanding the impacts and differences of internal noise versus external noise. Also an extension to the thinking in the Maslow/development podcast
How we create egos by desensitising ourselves - how we need to lose our view that sensitivity is bad - that we need to use the tools to create secureness, not numbness. We need to understand how energy is carried through generations.
These next two episodes are a double bill even if they don't seem so initially!
How I fundamentally don't like our obsession with labelling people with ASD (Asperger's syndrome/Autism)
It's as if we build education to create industries to fix the damage.
A general simple background to Alan Turing - https://www.britannica.com/biography/Alan-Turing
A rambling podcats on the worrying trends in humanity. Do we pay for our sins every 400 to 500 years? One slight important note I want to make - I have presented the number for the deaths of the Indigenous Peoples from Small Pox brought by European settlers. I have deliberately not commented on this as I'm researching it at the moment along with Druids (oddly) and I feel too uneducated at present. So this is why I present it in such a mere numbers way!
A weird journey into my brain this week and how I can finally describe something after a year of thought. I needed to realise you drag the centre of the labyrinth up out of the page 3D to form the top of the pyramid! The out of my comfort zone links to some energy readers who inspired my random thoughts .. I take inspiration from a whole host of random places! https://youtube.com/c/AwakeningToSpirit (It was the oak men reading about the Rhinos)
https://youtube.com/channel/UCi3wWQtEY9JtRxLsvqKe8Kg (The pyramid reading - can't remember the name and the one about the cosmic egg)
I don't know what to call this podcast - being a muggle - being in a zone where I feel so overwhelmed that I have a new reference place for trying to discern a way through humanity this week. Have you ever questioned where your ancestor's wealth comes from? What they took part in? If you passed a row of images and sculptures depicting the barbaric past actions - would you represent, teach and protect others from a different place? *Disclaimer - I am not a medical doctor and none of my advice is to replace that of consulting medical advice and help. And the second disclaimer - some of the content is upsetting.
If we viewed all relationships and connections as growth how different would the world be? If we saw that we all contain masculine and feminine energy to be balanced - how would the conversations around roles, identity and gender change? Why does each person cross our path and how do we help each person's growth? What difference does this make in a true balanced romantic partnership? How would women be supported in the world?
What motivates some people to be more responsible outside of themselves? How does sensitivity to the world play its part here? How do roles associated with the masculine change the outcomes?
Play White Rabbit, Red Rabbit written by Nassim Soleimanpour *I think I may have reversed the words!
I’m sorry to my younger listeners - I pride myself on having a podcast that is listened to by every span of age groups and with gender freedom ... Quotes used in podcast;
"To become a brahmachari means you are ecstatic by your own nature. You can be married and still be a brahmachari. It is possible because you are joyful by your own nature; you are not trying to extract joy from your husband or wife. This is how it should be. The whole world should be brahmachari. Everyone should be joyful by their own nature. If two people come together, it should be a sharing of joy, not extraction of joy from each other." Sadhguru
"The Virgin (and I’m not speaking here of a sexual virgin) is the one whose search springs from her complete independence, and everything she learns is the fruit of her ability to face challenges alone.
The Martyr finds her way to self-knowledge through pain, surrender and suffering.
The Saint finds her true reason for living in unconditional love and in her ability to give without asking anything in return.
Finally, the Witch justifies her existence by going in search of complete and limitless pleasure” Paulo Coelho, The Witch of Portobello

I mention; James Baldwin - Nobody Knows My Name - In Search of a Majority
Mark Twain - "Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority it’s time to pause and reflect"
The Writer Fannie Flagg
What is the context I use the word? Why do we need so much consideration in its use?
The concerns I have as move away from developing the individual. Why we need this understanding to overcome our inabilities inside for whatever reasons which never leave.
The benefits - why are you drawn to certain books? Why you can't just re-read my own books - the words seem to change and the benefits of using a poetry style in places.
People whose names I use in the podcast and I mangle some of them (sorry): Paulo Coelho, Fannie Flagg, Anna Gavalda (Hunting and Gathering), Toni Morrison (Beloved), Alice Walker, Zora Neale Hurston, Lorraine Hansberry, Madeleine L'Engle (Wrinkle in Time), Frederick Forsyth (The Day of the Jackal)

Valentine and Saint Marius aided the Christian martyrs and secretly married couples, and for this kind deed Valentine was apprehended and dragged before the Prefect of Rome, who condemned him to be beaten to death with clubs and to have his head cut off. He suffered martyrdom on the 14th day of February, in either 269 or 270.
“You must love in such a way that the person you love feels free.”
― Thich Nhat Hanh
Kahlil Gibran
The Prophet (extract)
Our children are not your children.
They are the sons and daughters of Life's longing for itself.
They come through you but not from you.
And though they are with you, they belong not to you.
You may give them your love but not your thoughts.
For they have their own thoughts.
You may house their bodies but not their souls,
For their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow,
Which you cannot visit, not even in your dreams.
You may strive to be like them, but seek not to make them like you.
For life goes not backward nor tarries with yesterday.
You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth.
The archer sees the mark upon the path of the infinite.
And He bends you with His might that His arrows may go swift and far.
Let your bending in the archer's hands be for happiness;
For even as He loves the arrow that flies,
So He loves the bow that is stable.

I use two quotes form Toni Morrison's Beloved;
“That anybody white could take your whole self for anything that came to mind. Not just work, kill, or maim you, but dirty you. Dirty you so bad you couldn’t like yourself anymore. Dirty you so bad you forgot who you were and couldn’t think it up.!"
“His first earned purchase made him glow, never mind the turnips were withered dry. That was when he decided that to eat, walk and sleep anywhere was life as good as it got.”
I've played spot the racism in Agatha Christie for Christmas. How is this related to the horrible posts lacking understanding or compassion for a Black man who lost his life in Ireland on the 30th December?

My 100th Podcast recorded since lockdown - A very personal podcast about my writing mind spaces and how they have developed since I first started writing. How I now have this 'no-man land' space (odd nickname!) but also the 'experience space' I go into to create journeys for others. Book quoted: Imagine: How Creativity Works by Jonah Lehrer
When competition is helpful to get over perfectionism. But is a hindrance in creativity and especially group collaborations.
Why I admire John Lewis and Dr Jane Goodall so much. The idea of being 'in this world but not of it' as spoken about John Lewis. Reading others, questioning your work but not yourself and your true Core. Working with others to reach a place of true equality and support. the cloak of compromise we vail our Core with.
John Lewis quote used: “You are a light. You are the light. Never let anyone—any person or any force—dampen, dim or diminish your light. Study the path of others to make your way easier and more abundant. Lean toward the whispers of your own heart, discover the universal truth, and follow its dictates.”
*sorry one day I will find a chair which doesn't 'click' in the podcast!
Anxiety is an externally created process. It's one of the easiest ways for us to see our differences and our different needs. Anxiety is created by not being met by others as we are.
I have recorded the intro to this podcast 3 times as I have messed up 3 times in new ever-increasing ways!
I used the word 'minority' originally which is accurate in an Irish context. The challenge with our own frame of reference. Then I made it worse. And now I don't know what to call it.
Why the pain as a white person not being able to read and write in school does not have the same generational patterns as it does for a student who is not white.
Understanding how having a core gives you security but also the knowledge to know where your pain stops and someone else starts. How this prevents polarisation.
Why we create moody, uncooperative and secret teens. How parents and older people can embrace the joy. the discovery and not contain it. As an adult are you still hanging on to the baggage you grew up with? The inability to be different from your family?
The equal and opposite reaction to growth. Why you need to have pride in what it has taken for the reaction of the red mass. How those people are trapped in those red squares and you are not. The equal and opposite reaction that has taken place in every sense. Where this week has taken me back to personally. My own empathetic pain.
Why we need the elder tress to protect the young saplings and encourage their growth to their true possibility.
Quotes used: Post Of Gloria Steinem (Instagram) "...change always grows from the bottom up, like a tree, not from the top down. So look at each other, trust what you know is right - and keep going!"
Now Is The Time To Open Your Heart - Alice Walker
".. the young trees coming up had no shade to protect them from the blistering sun that backed the earth to ash. They were as brittle as matchsticks and unable to grow tall. They would never know the grandeur of the parents and grandparents who proceeded them. How would they ever guess what their true nature was?"

As we enter the second lockdown in Europe and others have not been so fortunate to have a break between waves - what has the pandemic thought us about our society and how we need to live differently?
A master class on why business people can't create humanity or have the patience for change - proper change.
I quote John Lewis book 'Across That Bridge' and Martin Luther King Jr. - "I guess one of the great agonies of life is that we are constantly trying to finish that which is unfinishable." from his "Unfulfilled Dreams Speech"
Migration is going to continue - especially with Climate Change. When are we going to stop using education to judge people? And cashing in on foreign students. What did the homeless project in Vancouver show us?
Why are women juggling it all? What started when my mother's generation returned to work?
The two names I can't pronounce properly Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Guy Kawasaki. Article shared on Guy Kawasaki's Twitter.
Why are people struggling so much? Why are we now using schools to create society instead of education?
What message is the young not getting to protect the older generation? Reasons the older generation are struggling. Why is there is a sense for everyone left out in society that it's survival of the fittest to be out here?
The dance show I mention is Kontakthof by Pina Bausch which you will find clips of on YouTube.
Quote New York Times, October 2014 "she brings us closer to humanity. Even in her absence, she makes us see ourselves for what we are."
Why are the middle ground of people happy to wait for herd immunity in a pandemic?
What do secureness, unconditional love and awareness and acceptance of difference have in common?

How these debates are acting as a very useful master class is finding truth and lies in a modern world. All the information that we have to digest daily.
Quote used "If you want to know what a man’s like, take a good look at how he treats his inferiors, not his equals."
—Sirius Black, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling
Why Introverts and Extroverts are different on social media. Why Extroverts need to share their pain. Stop judging them.
What are the assumptions of Black masculinity based in? Why is it so easy to judge? How are we goign to change these assumptions? If we change them for America we change them for the world.
I mention Toni Morrison's Beloved and Barracoon by Zora Neal Hurston.
How we develop cores - a strong sense of achieving beyond ourselves? How we go through the Jung stages of development to feel good enough to take actions beyond us and for others. How if you have not had the privilege of achieving for yourself you don't feel good enough to be picked by the team for humanity. Those who have achieved need to be mindful of how they address these people who are still on stage 1 of development and make them feel as if they are good enough. I mention John Lewis and the Civil Rights Non-Violence Workshops run by Rev. James Lawson.
How do you expect women to find the confidence to go out and vote after such a demonstration of abuse on national prime time TV? To find their voice to vote against people abusing them at home in the same way?
The legacy of the church in education. We don't read to learn or to find the words to express ourselves.
Gaslighting effects in the election campaign. How to find your truth right now - some simple strategies to help you.
I mention - His Truth Marching On by Jon Meacham and Why I Write by George Orwell. The Voting Rights Act of 1965 and Stokely Carmichael speaking to the unresolved pain of the African American in 1966. How people fall off the pedestal for me. How John Lewis continued to believe in Gandhi's philosophies of non-violence to the end. Wholeness could change the world.
This episode is about everything from roles, effects of social media, cancel culture, younger voting age, banning books. But most especially why there is a huge generation gap - the lack of compromise.
We need to stop making so many assumptions about what others can see, hear, read and process. We need to stop press pause and match people where they are rather than shouting at them aggressively. But as I once wrote - it's always easier to judge than it is to understand.
I wrote a piece called 'Scales Of Literacy' on drnaosieoreilly dot org

I don't want to continue to read limited mindset articles on what is not possible this year... So many global projects are taking place online. Dr Jane Goodall's Back To Kind, Ailey Arts In Education & Community Programs, The virtual March on Washington, Centenary of women's right to vote - there is so much happening now. Suddenly if you have a computer and an internet connection in school so much is possible. It's the biggest equality we have had for some time.

I don't have all the answers in this podcast but I'd like to talk out the patterns I have seen between 1st and 2nd generation to university in families. What are we losing? Why is a 2nd generation so lost? Unfulfilled?
What is gaslighting and narcissism? Why are they so effective currently during the American election? This can be used for all relationships but I thought a practical example of the election would be a good context.

I think it is really important to credit others work – what has gone before you. And to allow your readers/listeners and so on to form their own opinions of the work. You don’t have to love or agree for them to inspire you – but many of these are my heroes. Not in any order – just as they came to mind. I seem to add to the list weekly as I continue to learn.

How to turn this around so you don't just hit a wall. How to have a political debate without it being a debate. What matters right now? What is a date beyond the 3rd November which everyone cares about? - Thanksgiving. I promised to still focus at least one episode on the American election in the run up to November. This has huge implications for the whole world as I have already recorded in previous episodes. NOTE: Of course, the origins of Thanksgiving are ironically not positive - but for everyone, this is a landmark day. As many of the Native Americans have especially suffered during this pandemic it marks an especially poignant moment.

Why do I feel this is the greatest inequality in education? Why does it not build learning goals or character? Who is affected by our constant pressure system? Why does this feed inequality in education?
Why are we viewing distance learning as difficult? Possibly because we have lost the purpose of education in the mix. Why can't we look at other models such as the Open University in the UK which have had a blended learning model since 1969? Will we finally decide to look at inequality in education?

A journey into my thoughts from the legendary Rep. John Lewis, non-violent workshops of CORE and the legacy of Alvin Ailey. The dance shows from Alvin Ailey Dance Theatre, Green Wood and Lazarus. My own trauma and my challenges of not being able to dance. My final understanding of how much it takes for us to be physically secure in order to be vulnerable. We can only be vulnerable from the inside out, form having a strong core. And others can only connect with s through our vulnerability.
Where it all began for me - my goal starting my own school. To take literacy and intelligence out of the same sentence. But what I have realised how we need to build others up in order to achieve this goal. Everyone needs to feel secure and whole in order to meet others as equals. I'm very worried about the legacy of our associations of literacy and intelligence in the mass media for the last few years which is growing daily.
How has this changed now that we look to go back to normal? Or has it? Should it? Have we really learnt the difference between education, school and learning? What are my wishes for a new tapestry of education? Can you still find yourself without college?

A follow on to the podcats around what girls need from their fathers which I recorded around fathers day. What boys need is slightly more complex as it is more role driven both in their own identity and how they treat women.
Why are we now seeing open letters asking for the right to speech? I always worried about the powerful legacy of insinuation that the '#MeToo' campaign highlighted. I've seen how teens struggle in this world - I know the complex layers to communication, especially those through a text-based world. It's taken me years to find the people to exchange communication with so openly on these platforms in a pure way. How dance theatre represents my core. Inspiration from Alvin Ailey, Judith Jamison, Pina Bausch.

The origins of my own fears of dancing.
Could you imagine if we were taught to swagger down the street with our unique voice? To not all learn to march to someone else’s shape?
Inspired by Lorraine Hansberry's play Les Blancs. What are the scars? What are the generational patterns you are trying to overcome in any mixed relationship? Regardless of backgrounds, cultures or religions? What are the scars all around us in our cities? You can be in an interracial relationship and still be racist.
This is an idea I first saw/heard Music by Loah talk about - the hate scale. How small acts of racism add up to the maximum end of the scale where your life is in danger. I introduce the origins of European racism and American. The cultural experiences which allow us to absorb these; Alvin Ailey's Greenwood, Small Island by Andrea Levy, A Rasin in the sun by Lorrain Hansberry, Barracoon by Zora Neale Hurston, 12 years a slave. The writing of Alice Walker, Toni Morrison and James Baldwin.
How it's not enough to just say you are not racist or anti-racist. That you don't have these assumptions - you have to take actions that allow the realties of others lives to change.
Now that lockdown starts to lift I see many nervous unsafe and unhappy employees. We now have hard evidence of how the virus transmits and know how to create safety. But I fear many mangers are being driven by their personalities and the perception of customers over the reality of what needs to be done for everyone's happiness and safety.
The reality is ceratin personalities make better decisions on safety and protocols that can be followed easily by others. Maybe we need to pick the people within companies to have these roles? Hint they are not the usual extrovert sensing personalities that often rise higher in these roles - they are the quieter workers who pause more before actions.

We need to understand that there is a hidden energy need in all successful social media posts - unless you have lost all privacy for other reasons. And that comes with a responsibility too. We all need to look at our part we play - how we need to privately support people. How we need teens to understand this is not a measure of self and validation or how much impact they can make in the world.
I use the Alice Walker quote from a Color Purple - “I try to teach my heart not to want nothing it can't have.”
From a piece Soul Level, I wrote; So I must apply the wisdom of Alice Walker - I can't crave something that I can't have. I can't judge myself based on a world which doesn't operate at a soul level. Well, at least not publicly. I must hold all those private worlds dear. Know they mean so much more than any meaningless fan base. That the level of public engagement never can tell what they have meant privately to the soul of the reader.

People often say to me that parenting has become harder in this generation. Has it? Why do we feel this way? What are we being asked to match and unravel in ourselves? What part do roles play?

Why I have begun to hate the idea of success and creating success - how I have adapted this to be about helping to create secure people instead.
Everyone has biases, idea and opinions - if you say you don't you are either lying to yourself or not self-aware enough. It's impossible to create change and support others form this place. Once you are secure you can have a voice for other people.
Why others see personality theory as limiting. They are only trying to put you in a box not give you the tools to navigate through life. My own journey my work has taken to hopefully being obsolete.
Personality has the potential to total change self-understanding and community understanding. It is the most palatable form of difference. I get annoyed when I read anyone who talks about personality theory in a limiting way - those are their limitations, not yours.
How do we rise above judgement and validation? Why do we listen to people with little blue dots beside their names? What I resonate within the biography Gwendolyn Brooks and the words of James Baldwin from 1960 Fifth Avenue, Uptown: a letter from Harlem.

How to break controlling patterns in children. How to restore balance in the home. How to break the cycles that didn't break for their parents.
What consistent behaviours do you need to have as a parent? What to expect fallout as a result.
How is this relevant to what we are watching unfold across America currently? Why have we had generations of controlling people who are drawn to professions where they can abuse this need? why my books are starting to feel like manuals for a better humanity.
Some parents are really struggling in their own homes to raise very controlling children and we are not talking about it. Society rewards their behaviours outside the home and they are struggling to find the balance within.
Why do Black writers speak to me on a level like no others? Why is there a correlation for me in illiteracy and race? Why have I spent years using examples from Black history and culture to show difference in every way? Why we have to want difference to finally have history.
