Came up with a new "stat" since everyone seems to like making up stats these days! Inspired by the Cubs bathroom logistical problems and the Marlins relying on weather apps, I came up with the term "Franchise Loss" It was originally "Total Loss" (meaning that a team had to lose on the field and something stupid/bad had to happen. That did not make any sense. So after much thinking, "Franchise Loss" seemed to be the better term. Things that do not have to do with the actual team but rather the franchise that are so bad and generate so much negative buzz.
Like the reverse of Who won baseball but on a franchise level.
Franchise Losses for the week of 4/5
1) Cubs - Bathroom Horror
2) Angels - Bad reaction to no suspension for Hamilton
3) Marlins - 50 million dollar retractable roof and they have a rain delay
4) Braves 1/2 Loss good for getting rid of Melvin (formerly BJ) but why trade away Kimbrel?
Top Stories - Recorded on Monday... Cubbies might want to flush their opening night experience (and all reviews of said game experience), Padres do it again with the Kimbrel/Melvin Upton trade, When is opening day not opening day?
