This conference is intended to help Educate honest & responsible "Common People", about the Optimal Use of Modern Computer-Technology, such as "Holochain"; & there-by to apply Principles of Ancient & Obscured Anglo/American Constitutional Provisions of "Due Process of Law", aka "Common-Law"; all so-as-to Organize Them-Selves as "Stake-Holders", to Build a "Consensus", around Specific Lawful Strategies, Plans, & Agendas, for effectively Empowering Their Own spontaneously-formed Communities to "Responsibly Self-Govern". While our beginnings with the Holochain group here will focus on building these Communities as Virtual, Private, & Special Interest-Groups; these technologies should soon be applicable on "Local Levels"; & that with powerful implications for even soon affecting State, National, & Planetary levels of Governing. Modern computer technology has solidly secured mechanisms for guaranteeing "Full Accountability" for every community willing to embrace this organic & open-source technology; & multiple members of the Holochain community who have respectable levels of experience with these concepts, including at least one guru, have agreed to participate in our first conference here.
