Our2Pence is a fun conversational podcast where hosts Vivian and Leah give their two pence on a range of topics. If you enjoy listening to young women voicing their opinions and just figuring things out, then this is the podcast for YOU!

This week Leah and Vivian delve into the recent protests in Nigeria regarding police brutality and #ENDSARS. Following increased violence against protestors imposed by the Nigerian government and paid hoodlums, SARS (Special Anti-Robbery Squad) has been disbanded but there is still work left to be done. In an attempt to find light moments in the world we discuss our existence, housewife duties and how everyone is pregnant!!

Sparked by the recent killings of Ahmaud Arbery, George Floyd and Breonna Taylor, the Black Lives Matter movement has been catapulted into the consciousness of the international community. This resurgence in global interest has opened the eyes of many and re-lit the fire in the bellies of others. To honour the importance of this very important topic, and the many discussions it must inspire in order to illicit change, Vivian and Leah are taking this episode to share some of their experiences with the subject matter and add their voices the mix.
