Relaxation session, live from our sailboat Yndeleau. We are in lock-down, in Le Marin, Martinique. Our sailing-the-world trip has changed drastically since the virus started spreading, and we decided to make the best of it. That’s why we record these relaxation sessions, to help you find calmth and happiness and these turbulent and confusing times. This too shall pass, let’s just hang in there and keep calm.
In deze meditatie deel ik een korte momhack met je die je helpt om beter om te gaan met moeilijke momenten. Hint: het heeft te maken met onze perceptie over verandering. Je kunt hier direct mee aan de slag! Succes kanjer 😘 (Image by @gmosley_)

Final session! Let’s relax together for one more time. Sending good vibes to all, where ever the wind blows us these days. Take good care & stay healthy 💜
“Buhh” stands for any negative emotion that you’d rather not feel. But these emotions do come, probably more frequently these days... and that’s okay. You’re fine, you’ll get through this. We’re in this together, be nice to yourself (and others, because they struggle in their own way).
Movement is so beneficial for both body and mind. Every tiny movement helps. Movement is also present all around us: how can that help us deal with the virus?
Patience... that’s something that many of us could go without in our busy society. In lockdown, however, we need A LOT of it, so let’s practise together. Bonus: it’s easier to be patient when you’re relaxed! Enjoy.
Your emotions can go crazy in these special times. Can you sit with them? Can you be your own best friend? We’ll practise together.
“For the first time in history, we can save humanity by chilling & doing nothing! Let’s not screw this up.”. Perfect moment for some relaxation then, right? But why is it sometimes just só hard to relax? Let’s explore.
During this lockdown, there is a lot of uncertainty and we all face our own challenges. But life is always changing and challeging us in new ways. We’re brave, we’ll get through this too. Hang in there!
This lockdown time can be so frustrating, and so many emotions can be present. How to stay sane?! This session will teach you a very simple but effective exercise to still the worrying mind.
“A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor.”. It’s during difficult times, that we learn the most. Discover things about ourselves that we had no idea of. What did you learn and discover during this lockdown period? Enjoy this session of relaxation and contemplation.
It’s relax’o’clock, and this episode we are focussing on... gifts! For you, no shopping needed ;) what can you give yourself?
Relax! If you can’t go out... go in! Let’s take some breaths together, and I’ll guide you through a body scan.
The very first relaxation exercize, recorded from our sailboat Yndeleau whilst we’re in lockdown in Martinique. It’s far from perfect, but I’m learning and trying to make the most of this time by sharing some relaxation techniques and exercizes. Share your feedback or questions via info@yndeleau.com
