There are times that we genuinely do not hear from, much less interact with people from different generations. Maybe it’s because we haven’t f ully considered the valuable differences within each intersection. Although Gen X’ers are slowly sliding into the realm of Baby Boomers, they possess a focus and appreciation for financial and social stability. On the other hand, Millennials (Gen Y) are fearless risk takers, making many strides within real estate and overall investment/entrepreneurship. Now we have Gen Z who’s full of questions, intrigued by old school culture.
