The smartphone has become the most powerful and most distracting device we own. But does it really have to be that way In this episode of the How I Tech series, I explore my relationship with the device that’s always in my pocket. From notifications and social media to Focus Modes, CarPlay and grayscale screens, I explain how I turned my smartphone from a distraction machine back into a tool that serves a purpose.

We’re focusing intensely on digital intentionalism: optimizing your workflow with precisely chosen tools, not just collecting gadgets. Each episode will unpack the gear I utilize daily from keyboards to mice, tablets to headphones and why I chose to dumpster-dive my laptop, just for the fun of it. A talk about how I leverage them to maximize efficiency and creative output. It’s a series about not only tuning, but taming technology to work for you.

streamlined workflows, I’m continuing this personal quest for digital simplicity, minimal distractions,
