"Sister, Speak LIFE!" podcast is dedicated to being a source of inspiration, encouragement, and support for women that are desiring to walk in purpose and wholeness. My hope is to affirm and inspire women to live a spiritually balanced life in wholeness.
In this episode, we have a conversation with Dr. Terisha Lee.It was such a joy to have this conversation with Terisha. Ericka and I had so much fun getting to hear the story of her motherhood journey. She is such a multifaceted and inspiring woman of God.
Bio.
Terisha Lee, Ph.D. is an International Speaker, Purpose Advocate, and Success Development Consultant.
Dr. Lee uses her professional and inspirational strategies and experiences to help the cusp and well-established decision-makers achieve the benefits of increased faith, identified purpose, and unlocked success.
Dr. Lee holds degrees in the areas of practical theology, psychology, religion, philosophy, and family studies.
As the Founder of a speaking and consulting firm, Propensities by Terisha Lee, which focuses on results-oriented programming for Churches, Colleges, Corporate clients and Small businesses.
Dr. Lee has recently completed research on the resiliency of African American women and has been a public speaker since the age of 14.

In this episode, we have a conversation with Pamela Thomas.It was such a joy to have this conversation with Pamela. Ericka and I had so much fun getting to hear the story of such a wonderful woman of God.
Bio.
Pamela is a Bible teacher, missionary, worship leader, inspirational speaker, author, consultant, and prayer warrior, describes herself as an aspiring Proverbs 31 woman, old enough to be a Titus 2 lady, who still has plenty of Psalm 51 moments. Mother of 3, “bonus mom” of 2, grandma to 4 (2 of them in Heaven), and spiritual mom to many, her life-giving personality radiates love and grace, while her encouraging counsel delivers unflinching Biblical truth and exhortation.
Her authentic and sensitive way of sharing from her life experiences will have you laughing, then crying and laughing until you cry. From adventures on the mission field, to “mom truth bombs,” from lessons learned living with a chronic illness and personal anecdotes of God’s grace and redemption in her own life, Pamela’s messages are relatable and memorable.
Pamela is passionate about helping people realize their God-given purpose and empowering them to walk it out. Starting & catalyzing ministries, faith-based nonprofits, and small businesses. Also, walking people through the process of spiritual Restoration.

From Alabama to Colorado, a place I would have never thought I’d be. But here I am 15+ years later with my husband and 2 Colorado-born kiddos. At first, I did not like leaving everything and everyone I knew to come to a place that I knew nothing about and I knew not a soul. When we follow God, we know firsthand from personal experience that His ways and thoughts are on a whole new level. Moving to the
The Rocky Mountains was one of the best things God did for me, my walk with Him, my marriage, and my kids.
Over the years I have had to learn what resting in God truly looked like, how to stop “doing” in my own
strength, and how to walk in the freedom that comes from trusting God’s will, His plan, and who He created me to be. If that was not enough, I have had to walk some dark and lonely roads, learn some painful lessons, forgive, ask for forgiveness, obey, die to this esh HARD, and leave the rest to the Lord.
Much of my process has not been easy but I would not trade it for anything. It is my heart’s desire to see everyone experience God's rest in every area of their lives. It is pure joy I get when someone comprehends the beauty and blessing of rest that paves the road for God's grace, power, and freedom.
This is the assignment that the Father gave me sitting in the carpool line for pick-up at my children’s school and I have grown so much since then. You will learn more about my story when you subscribe to my content and updates. My process and journey are not over, and I don’t proclaim to be an expert. But what I will say is that I love my Jesus like crazy. My heart is for anyone who has an ear to hear to experience God's REST.

Lenja Lassegue is a God-fearing and loving woman of God. She is both a fashion designer and fashion instructor. She is the owner and founder of AJNEL Designs and The D.O. Fashion Camp. She is an instructor, a worshiper, and a lover of people. Lenja has had the opportunity to be invited to participate and present her original pieces in fashion shows across the globe.
Lenja is dedicated to sharing the gospel in what others would believe is an unconventional way, she makes every opportunity to encourage models and other designers about their purpose and hope in Christ Jesus. Four years ago, God gave her the privilege and mandate to prepare and pour out into the next generation of young ladies ages 4-17, through The D.O. Fashion Camp.
This camp offers courses, summer sessions, travel experiences in Fashion, etiquette, modeling, designing, etc. through the foundation of the word of God, Ephesians 2:10, reminding them that they are God's original masterpieces. Designs formed and fashioned for His glory.
Lenja believes that both girls and women today should be encouraged and content in who they are and not what the world or society detects that they should be. Daily they should be reminded that they are God's best and He makes no mistakes with His beloved.
In our conversation was so enjoyable. Lenja encourages us to see ourselves as the Designer Original. She encourages us to look Godward and inward to see who God created and fashion us to be.

This episode is a conversation featuring Tomeka McCulloughTomeka McCullough, was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She has been following Christ from the age of nine years old. She is a certified minister through the Assemblies of God. She is a member of Spirit of Life ministries under the leadership of Apostle Jonas Clark and Pastor Rhonda Clark.
Before getting involved deeper in minster, She graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Studies with a minor in Accounting. She worked in the logistics field for about 10 years.
Though there have been many ups and downs in her life, the year of 2010 was the beginning of her transition into the prayer warrior, God chaser, and peacemaker that she is now. Her passion is for people who are broken and want to be delivered. As for her vocation, she has been in a career transition to becoming a teacher/counselor. She is in the process of publishing my first book by the end of 2020.
In this episode, Tomeka encourages us not to fear, God is in control, and we are to trust God even in the midst of singleness.

This episode is a conversation featuring Tonika JulienTonika Julien is a proud wife to Adler Julien and a mother of two growing boys ages 5 and 7. She is an assistant principal of an alternative school which consists of Early Head Start, Head Start, Teen Parents, at-risk Middle and High school students, Adult-GED students and Adult ESOL students.
Tonika actively leads Thursday morning prayer for her church prayer group. She is a passionate and ambitious woman who strives to equip others to grow spiritually and improve academically to ultimately become a missile for His kingdom. Her compass in life is God's Word and her pulse is the voice of God.
I was very encouraged to have this conversation with my dear friend. She reminds us that God is a miracle-worker and that in a situation that looks dire, he is still in control and he is still moving.

This episode is a conversation featuring Dr. Jamila Rauf JacksonDr. Jamila Rauf Jackson is a Christian woman who has dedicated her life to serving the Lord. She is married to Pastor Alphonso Jackson, Jr., and they have two daughters, Angelina and Allyson Jackson.
God is first and foremost in her life, and she strives to serve Him by serving His people. She directs a program at St. Thomas University the provides ministerial development for senior pastors in the South Florida community. She also leads a community of women’s ministry, Graceful Transformations, which she founded in 2018.
Dr. Jackson earned her Ph.D. in Practical Theology from St. Thomas University. She worked in the Miami Dade for 10 years, and she served as an adjunct professor at Broward College, St. Thomas University, and Florida Memorial University. She has been a conference speaker, guest lecturer, and panelist member throughout her career and ministry. She is the author of Worth the Wait (2014) and Blooming Believer (2019).
She lives by the Word of God and delights in communicating the Word to all who desire to listen.
I truly enjoyed my conversation with my dear friend. She encourages us to develop consistency in our relationship with God because this the heart of everything pertaining to our lives. She spoke on how in speaking life, it has to begin with working on the inward path of us, so our heart takes hold of our faith. She finally implores us to not give up on developing our spiritual relationship with God. Even if you fail, just get back up and continue to develop your spiritual muscles.

Dee Anne Barnard is a gospel singer, actress, motivational speaker, and host. The foundation of her talents began in church serving in the house of the Lord. She has sung background for up and coming gospel artists such as Ron Kamar, Zenaide Barnard, and Nikia Woods. While in ministry has hosted the women's ministry events at Theos Ministries as well as participated in productions, written scripts, and was an overseer of the worship and art department. Her goal is to bless the body of Christ and to do the will of the Father with the gifts He has given her.
I truly enjoy my conversation with DeeAnne. She shares her experience working in the healthcare field amidst Covid-19 and speaks of how she tries to bring hope to those she works with.
Overall, She stressed the importance of taking a posture of prayer as we go through stressful and uncertain times and also speaking God's words back to him and over ourselves and others.

Ebonie M. Mukasa and her husband Samuel are the Founding Lead Pastors of Experience Church International. Ordained ministers, together they’ve been taking the message of God’s unrelenting love outside the walls of buildings, to the people, right where they are. In parks, on beaches, in coffee houses and homes.
Pastor Ebonie’s passion is to connect the hearts of women to the heart of God. For over 9 years she has hosted haven of rest, workshops, Talks, seminars, and gatherings for women to be renewed and revived. Today, she pursues that ministry passion through Adoration Gatherings, the women’s ministry of Experience Church International.
In our conversation, Ebonie shared so many nuggets of wisdom. One of them is that we need to give God the room to direct us clearly because everything comes to developing our personal relationship with God.
She implores us to stop chickening out and say yes to the assignment that God has on your life. When God Word goes forth, God says it doesn't return void. AMEN!
She also encouraged us to "Calm down" and allow God to use you.
She stated that we can find rest and confidence that despite the circumstances or problems that it is not the end of the story for us. God has the final say.
Overall, she urges us to have a heart of courage in our lives. Especially, when it comes to things concerning you in the area of self-care and things that refresh you. God desires for us to be restored and renewed. Allow God's words to wash over you and guide you in steps that you can take to self-care and soul-care.

Imani is such an encouraging woman. She is a Young Moms’ Advocate and Legacy Activator, which basically means she empowers and encourages women to become all that God made them to be and change the world.
In our conversation, she encourages us that even in our busy seasons that we enjoy the pockets of time that we are able to spend within devotion with God and not feel guilty. We are called to pray without ceasing, so speak to Him throughout the day.
Imani also stressed the importance of going to God with our “Stuff,” acknowledge them and allowing Him to guide us in them. He is truly the only one that is able to bear all that we are carrying. Many times we can go to friends that can carry our stuff and she advocates the benefit of seeking professional help when we do need that extra support.
Overall, Imani shared that do not let your stuff or emotions affect how you reflect God to those around you and you should speak life over areas that you or others may have spoken death over.
