The primary calling of the great commission is to make disciples. We are called to be intentional. We are called to be accountable. We are called to be disciples that make disciples.
Jesus was serious about community. So much so that he spent nearly every day of his life building one. He didn't stop there, he commanded us to be like him. To make relationships and break bread together.
"The Lord your God is a jealous God."
Jealousy is an attribute of God, albeit one that many people find confusing. How can the all powerful creator be jealous of us? Isn't jealousy a petty human emotion? Shouldn't God be more secure than that?
In this message we take a look at the jealousy of God, how it differs from anything we have ever experienced before, and how it actually assures us of his great love for us.
Part Two of "God Is," was done by Pastor Daniel today. He talked about believing in God and not living in greed. He used John 6 to illustrate his sermon.

Many people are uneasy and fearful after the bombings in Paris, so Pastor Larry talks to us tonight about trusting in God. He uses a story from the bible as a backstory for why we should put our faith in God.

Pastor Larry recently visited Italy for a mission's trip where he imagined how nice it would be to plant a church in such a beautiful place. After seeing how people there wanted to leave the city, he realized people try to focus on things other than God. Today he talked about appreciating what you have and not thinking the grass is greener on the other side. He said the best way to overcome those desires for more is to focus on spiritual growth, realize how good you have it, and stand your ground. "I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am."

Tonight Brother Marco teaches us that sharing the gospel is important and that we only have one live to live so we need to live it for Jesus.
The term "religious" is often represented with pictures of Jesus or stained glass windows. In this message, Pastor Daniel defines religious people as people who do not have a healthy view of others or their relationship with Christ, but they go through the motions and condemn others on issues that are one track minded or hypocritical of others. Pastor Daniel goes through a list of ways you can identify yourself as being religious. A lot of people in the church have a mentality that others need to do what they do in order to be considered holy, but the church needs to reflect Christ. Jesus came to the earth not for strict ritual and religious followers, but for eternal purposes and to have a relationship with all of us.

This Friday Stephen spoke a message for the youth group's sermon series No Filter. This week we're taking the filter off of lust. The topic is very difficult to address but it is an issue that effects everyone at some point in their life. Pornography and sex are the two major aspects Stephen touches on, with definitions provided by Siri.
