When our hearts grow foggy and we fear we’ve failed or been forgotten, Jesus reminds us that we are safe and secure in Him—His heart is gentle, His grip is sure, and He never casts out those who come to Him. Rest returns when we remember this simple truth: I am my Beloved’s, and my Beloved is mine.
When we stop letting our emotions lead and instead remember who our Beloved truly is, intimacy is restored—because the same Savior who calls us His bride also meets us with forgiveness, gentleness, and unwavering love. In marriage and in our walk with Jesus, healing begins the moment we turn our eyes from ourselves and back to the One who never stopped pursuing us.

Just as a husband tenderly prepares and loves his bride, Christ is washing His church with His Word so she will stand before Him radiant and without blemish. Every one of us is being shaped into a beautiful bride for Jesus, and the only proper response is to come to Him, leave our fears behind, and be fully with Him.
Just as the bride gets ready for her groom on her wedding day, so should we be ready for the Lord when he returns to take us home. Just as the groom gets their new residence together, so is the Lord preparing a place for us. Celebrate today for the celebration yet to come!

It's been over a year since Israel was attacked, and God continues to protect His people and His land.

Joseph had a dream about a butler and a baker. Both stories are important, and you can't teach one and not the other.
Water is one of our most valuable resources, AND the water that Jesus gives us is even more valuable to our spiritual life.
"Therefore, when they had come together, they asked Him, saying, “Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?” And He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority. But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” Acts 1:6-8

Do you feel like you are in a "Time Out?" You have a heart for service or ministry, or maybe you have a vision, but it feels like nothing is happening. Paul can relate, and he will tell you that God has a plan!
The Lord used the least likely candidate to spread the gospel and grow the Church. Saul was a persecutor of the Church but when He met Christ his life was transformed and he was given a new name. Paul repented and became the spokesperson for the Church, proclaiming the name of Jesus. God picks the ones no one would expect as visible proof of what God's grace can do. The Lord used Paul for great things in His name, and the Lord wants you too! Follow God in obedience and be ready to go!
The Gospel was mean to be shared. Spread the good news in obedience to the Lord! Share in the Love of Christ!
We live in a world that is used to supply and demand. What happens when this "consumerism" mentality enters the church? Or our hearts?
Despite Persecution, the Church grew and spread over the Earth. Be careful not to speak ill will, or harm others for their sins. Spread the Love of God to everyone and let His light shine!
We serve a God of second chances who pursues us over and over again. Have you said yes or are you pushing Him away?
What does it look like to live out your calling in Jesus? Everyone is given spiritual gifts, but you may not know what they are until you take the step of faith to try them out. That's what Stephen did, and he earned a crown.
It takes "superhero" strength to be bold for the gospel. The apostles rejoiced as they were counted worthy to join in the sufferings of Jesus.
Does your life ever feel dumped over like a box of puzzle pieces? What if the mess is a perfect puzzle orchestrated by God?
The Lord always knows our hearts and the motives behind what we do. How can you guard against being a pretender? The best lessons can be learned in digging graves.
The Holy Spirit gives us the boldness to share the Gospel with great power and great grace. Together in unity, the Lord will do great things! Thank you, Lord, for the power of the Holy Spirit!
Jesus is The Christ, but what does that mean? In Acts 3, Peter and John lay down the Gospel to those who sentenced Jesus to be crucified, but our sins also caused His suffering. Much like the people of Jerusalem, we also must accept what we have done and follow Jesus The Christ.

We get Holy heartburn when we read the Gospel. The Word of the Lord speaks to us and reveals Himself to us. Search for Jesus from cover to cover and celebrate the fulfilled prophecy of the resurrected King! He is risen!

Truth binds Christians together and we revere both truth and love. You can't separate truth and love. Without Truth and Love you can't have grace, mercy, and peace. John Pleas with us to love God, and to love one another. Let's walk in truth and love as God's Children and Disciples.
We call on His name, and he answers. Maybe not in our timing, but he answers. God has blessed Grace Church over the years, but He is not finished! Let's make sure the next generation continues to seek Him!

We have free will to accept the free gift of salvation in Jesus. More than the gift of salvation, He desires a relationship with us. He wants to be loved by us and for us to stand firm on who He is. We can grow together as the Body of Christ in unity with one another through praise and worship and fellowship with other believers. Together we can lift our hands in praise and joy as we celebrate our Lord and Savior. We bless God in worship and He blesses us in our daily lives. Walk in Joy!
We pray for a great revival, for an awakening in our present times. We pray for the Spirit to fall upon us, for a generation to cry out to our Father God! The Lord is moving!

We were once in bondage, but are now set free through Jesus Christ. We are called to love each other and walk in the light. Our spirit and our flesh are at war with each other, and we are called to live and walk in the spirit.

We are Chosen by God to walk in His Light. We can experience the Lord and understand our Savior through His word, through His community of Believers, through our identity in Christ, and through our testimonies. The Word of the Lord is God Breathed. How will you experience the Gospel in 2023?
What does it mean to be "shrewd?" Are you putting more effort into laying up earthly treasures over those placed in eternity, safe from the moth & thief?

Hope is a person, his name is Jesus. Christ died for us so that we may have the hope of eternity. We are justified by faith and we can stand and hope in the Glory of God.

Discipleship Priority Luke 10:38-42 Disciples of Jesus must prioritize listening to the words of Jesus.

Beware of those who invite you to be their friend, it may actually be an invitation to the valley of O No.
Because God’s Word will not be received or bear fruit through casual hearing, we must intentionally listen and live out God’s Word.

Jesus loves the city of Jerusalem. Nehemiah dedicated the wall to God with praise and worship. However, Nehemiah had to clean house from those who were corrupting it. In order to have the joy, you have to make sure your temple is clean. There will be a day of no more sin and darkness, and we will be made pure as we rejoice in the New Jerusalem with the light of the Lord shining upon us.
Jesus wants our hearts. He loves us so much that he was willing to die for us. He was beaten, bruised, broken, and bloodied to the point of being unrecognizable. He experienced this all for us. He was despised and rejected as he bore our griefs and carried our sorrows. He was wounded and bruised for us, and by His stripes, we are healed! Our Lord reigns!
The joy of the Lord is our strength. We are called to offer up our bodies as a living sacrifice holy and acceptable to God and not conform to the world. Like Israel, we gather together as one body to rejoice and worship our Lord. Take time to separate from the world and find quiet time with God. He restores, He revives, and we rededicate ourselves to Him.
In a world bombarded with bad news and despair, come and hear the Good News of hope and life! Death does not have the final say—the tomb is empty. Jesus has risen. He has risen indeed!
“My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” These were the words Jesus cried out as He died on the cross. Betrayed by one of His disciples and abandoned by the rest. Called a king by the crowds and then only a week later condemned by them as a criminal. Yet, being forsaken by God was what caused this great cry of agony. Why was Jesus forsaken by God on the cross? What does this mean for you and me?
Because doubt can be an invitation into deeper faith, we must not suppress doubt or spiral in doubt but honestly seek God with our doubt.
God has given us the duty to oversee our "gate". No matter what that "gate" may be, we are to oversee and do the work of our "gate" as to the Lord for all play a part in His story.
Nehemiah knew that he needed to do something for God. He prayed, fasted, and used his position for the glory of God. There is something God has called you to do. Pray, fast, and allow him to use you!
Nehemiah was a cupbearer but felt led by the Lord to do something to help the kingdom. Everybody has a story, and God is prompting you to do something too!
Because the heart of the matter is the matter of the heart, we must experience and participate with God’s inside-out transformation in our lives.

Some things are happening the world today that make you want to look at the prophecy of the Bible. But what are we supposed to do? Tell people about Jesus!
Make sure that you aren't entering into problems and wars that aren't yours. You could be yanking on a dog's ear. Focus on your personal walk with Jesus!
As followers of Christ, we are guaranteed peace and prosperity, but peace and prosperity are not defined by the world!
Jesus laid the foundation for His church and because of this, we must build on His foundation using His methods.
The Lord is FAITHFUL! Don't stray from Him. Keep pressing toward the goal, and stand fast in Him! We can learn from Asa more about how we run our race for Jesus.
A church infected by legalistic religion will refuse to help those who suffer. A church that follows Jesus’ example will care for those who suffer.
Because Jesus is the ultimate authority, we must submit to His Lordship and human legalism.

When the Syrians we surrounding Isreal in II Kings and it looked bleak, Elisha wasn't worried because he could see how God was protecting. Elisha's servant was worried, but Elisha prayed that he could SEE... Are you able to SEE how Gog is working? Has he opened the eyes of your heart?

God loves you so much He wants to draw you away to the "wilderness" so that He can renew the intimacy you once had. Be obedient to walk away from the things that separate you from God, and allow His discipline and his forgiveness to wash over you.
No matter what you've done in your past, it doesn't matter. Our salvation doesn't depend on us. It's all on HIM. He loves you and pours out His amazing grace on you!

In Judges chapter 6 we see that the people were oppressed by the Midianites. Then we are introduced to Gideon. A man that was "the least" in his father's house. But he is visited by the Angel of the Lord (a Preincarnate Appearance of Jesus) and told he will deliver the Israelites from the Midianites. This is an incredible message of God's Sovereignty.
We are always doing things to prepare for the next generation. The Bible is the same. Judges is an important period in the Bible that eventually transitions us to the KING! We must ensure that we making God known to the next generation!

The Israelites are learning to follow God and to look to Him to provide. But there are thieves among the Israelites and there are con-artists in the land. Only by looking to God and praying to Him for answers will the Israelites be blessed. We need to be Prayer-Warriors, giving God what is His and looking out for con-artists.

God Promised the Israelites the promised land, by FAITH they had to claim it! It wasn't easy. It came with challenges and tribulations. They had to WORK to claim it! Rahab aided Joshua's Spies in FAITH. She believed that the Israelites were God's people, but not only did she believe it she acted on it. She did the WORK. Have FAITH that God will go before you, and do the WORK that He gives you!

God created the old covenant in order to bring you to the NEW covenant. The laws in the old testament will leave you feeling depressed! You cannot keep the 10 commandments, you can't live a perfect life, BUT through Jesus and the Holy Spirit, your heart can be changed!
Our entire Bible is important. You might look at the book of Deuteronomy and think, "This is a bunch of stuff I'll never need." Well, Jesus quotes this book to the devil! If it's good enough for Him, then I think it's good enough for you!

God doesn't allow His people to be cursed! He'll send a talking donkey before He lets that happen! BUT beware you can be deceived! Look to Jesus and His Word!
In Numbers 21 there God sent poisonous snakes because the Israelites had spoken against Him, BUT he also created a way for the people to be saved. All they had to do was look to the bronze serpent that God had Moses create and they would be saved! Like the Israelites, you have sinned, but God created a way for you to be saved. All you have to do is look to the cross!

When a storm arises, Jesus comes to the rescue. The story of Jesus walking on the sea to the Disciples is a great illustration of how Jesus rescues us every day!
The enemy is always looking for a way to talk you out of God's will. You need to keep your focus on the promises of God and not the lies of the Devil! When the Israelites spies when to the promised land to scope it out, they found huge grapes (The Promise), but they also saw huge people (The Lies). When you take the test of the 10 Commandments, what grade do you get? The best you can get is a 90, but that's still a failing grade. We are all guilty of at least one (probably more). The good news is JESUS!

Joseph had enemies! His brothers tried to kill him and sold him into slavery. As a slave, his master's wife falsely accused him of rape. In prison, his new friends forgot about him. But Joseph persevered, and even when his brothers came back into his life, he forgave them.
When Abraham sent a servant to find a bride for Isaac the story was an amazing order of events that was so important is was repeated 3 times. Why? Well, this search for a bride is much like our relations ship to Jesus.
God promised Abraham that many nations would come from him, but when he was very old and still had no children, he had to ask God about that promise and to help him with his faith. At times we need to do the same. Ask God to remind you of his problems and when we lack faith ask Him to give that to you too!
We see things spiritually by faith! In Genesis 4-11 God continues to watch as his creation continues to spiral out of control. God decides to destroy the earth. He takes one faithful man and his family and saved him from this destruction. God Saved Noah with the ark. He was faithful to build it, but more importantly, he was faithful to get in. Be faithful and get in the "Ark" of Jesus.
God loves you so much that he gave you the choice to love Him. He gave you the choice to follow Him or your flesh, and even when we make the wrong choice he still loves and protects us! Adam and Eve were punished, but they were also protected, and ultimately promised JESUS!
