The Fertility Series: I worked with Jeanne Rebeiro, part of the Raashi Chowdhary team, for about 4 months, at the end of which - we conceived. I knew nutrition had to be a part of my fertility journey, aware of the excess weight I had gained through Covid and general nutritional overhaul I needed to clean up my diet. Additionally, with a PCOS diagnosis, I wanted to learn about a supportive diet, insulin, blood sugar spikes and more.
In this episode, you will learn:
The 5 essential ingredients to prepare your body for conception
How to manage blood sugar spikes
What is PCOS and how to support it with nutrition
The role of nutrition on fertility
To learn more about the customized nutrition program I used, contact Raashi Chowdhary directly.
This fertility series is a way for me to document my experience while it's still fresh in memory, tapping into my experiences, journey and expert advice I gained working with various professionals. I hope it serves and supports you. And if you are supporting a friend or family member on their journey of conception, please share this series with them.

and hint...its not a candle!
Hi loves. This episode is straight-from-the-heart. I sat down feeling an immense need to use my voice and the words just found their way out.
This revelation came to me after years of struggle and sadness, while simultaneously exploring the self-love journey. I was bombarded with all the things that I could do to love myself...and yet...it fell short.
Because it was THIS magical ingredient that was needed to gain that perspective and rebuild that relationship with myself.
I dont always have it, I dont always practice it but after years of practice and training, it is deeply embedded within.
No matter your relationship status, or your love journey with yourself or others, may this episode serve you.
Love & Light,
Aasheekaa

The overturn of Roe v Wade is a direct attack on women's rights and basic freedoms that we as human beings deserve. As a space holder for women on their journey of self-growth and personal development, these conversations are centered around the basic fundamental idea that a woman is free enough to live her life in a way that supports her best. When that is taken away, pursuit of self actualization becomes all the more challenging, if not impossible.
I am tired. And you may be too. But let this episode, the resources and actionable next steps provided, light that fire within so that you may consider to join your fellow women in this fight in reclaiming our freedoms and independence.
In this episode of Always Aligning, host Aasheekaa speaks with Ashni Mehta, a civil rights activist and public policy expert. For the last 7 years, Ashni has worked to build public support for reform in voting rights, women's rights and criminal justice policy. Ashni is also the founder of Incite Social, a marketing agency helping brands with purpose to grow their impact.

As we wrap up another year, this is a great time to reflect on the last 365 days. Reflecting helps contextualize the time that was, connect with what served your greatest good, when you felt most in alignment and review the areas that you want to improve upon next year.
In this episode, your host Aasheekaa guides you through ten reflection questions. There are two ways you can follow along. The first is to grab a journal and a pen and pause the episode after each guided prompt to reflect and journal. The second way is to listen to the episode and then refer to the prompt questions below to go through your own session of reflection. Either way, ideally you will need 60 minutes for this exercise.

Have you ever dreamed of writing a book. Of having said book represented by an agent. And then published to raving reviews? If so, let Annika's story of alignment inspire you.
In this episode of Always Aligning, our host Aasheekaa speaks with Annika Sharma, author of Love, Chai & Other Four-Letter Words, on her journey from working in healthcare to writing her own manuscript and then some. Her second published book, "Love, Chai & Other Four-Letter Words" is the perfect cuddle-up-on-the-couch-with-a-warm-mug-of-chai-and-get-cozy and feel all the feels experience. She takes you on a journey of love in all its facets - romantic love, family and friendship love, love for your city and most importantly, love for your self. The book is the first in the series Chai Masala Club, with two more books on the way!
Annika is also co-host of the popular podcast "The Woke Desi." When asked how she does it all, she shares her truth with utmost grace and vulnerability, washing away any myths about her journey being a walk in the park.
From your Host - Aasheekaa:
Less than 5% of published authors in the US are non-white. It is time we see ourselves represented and let our stories be heard. The best and only way to change this narrative is to buy books from BIPOC authors.
You can purchase your own copy of Love, Chai & Other Four-Letter Words at a local bookstore, Bookshop and Amazon.

The timing was brilliant; while her first stand-up comedy show was on Feb 2020 at Carolines in Broadway, the circumstances of March 2020 forced her to venture on to a different stage - Tik Tok. As of today, Zarna Garg has amassed over 45million + views on TikTok, performs stand-up comedy live, digitally and for her social media community.
This episode is for anyone who has ever hesitated to take the first step. Been told that after you are a SAHM, there is nothing left. That Indian women don't write or perform stand-up comedy. That TikTok is just for Gen Z. That creativity has a limit. That reinventing yourself is impossible. This episode is for you!

Ep. 9: Do you show up authentically on the internet?
In this episode, I chat with Lisette Calveiro - content creator, coach and consultant of “all things influencer marketing”.
Lissette's intro to the world of social media involved taking on debt to fund a lifestyle and sharing content that was similar to what she was seeing online - cutesy travel pics with catchy one liners. As she began to grow as a person of influence - she had a reckoning. If she was going to share the highlights, she was also going to reveal the low lights.
Through this revelation, Lissette learned what it meant to show up authentically and create impact. Through her brand, Influence with Impact, she helps others explore how to do the same.
This episode is for you fellow content creator, business owner and social media user.
In this episode, you will learn from Lissette on

Have you ever spotted those paperback novels, with photos of a really attractive man with chiseled abs, or a stunning woman with beautiful, lush flowing hair and eyes to kill. If you ever took a peek inside, you would know that those romance novels offer way more than just romance. They are seductive, alluring, mysterious and thrilling.
In this episode, you will hear from USA Today bestselling author Sienna Snow. Author of romance novels, Snow published her first book after 40. That her background is South Asian and that she includes South Asian characters in a racy genre of novels where we are supremely underrepresented is just one of the many fascinating things about her.
The introduction of this episode is dedicated to highlighting a humanitarian crisis - the Covid crisis in India. I mentioned links to verified organizations supporting the fight on ground and live.
