For this week's episode we are joined by Charlie Schuyler, someone who has had quite the unique golf background. Schuyler played collegiately at Penn State and is a member on the Indiana Golf Foundation Board of Directors. One of his most impressive accomplishments includes his stop at Augusta National, where he served as an Assistant Pro for four years. Tune in to hear about how this opportunity arose, his encounters during his time within this position, how Augusta National was one of the most educational and inspirational experiences of Charlie's working life, and some interesting facts about the club itself.
This week's podcast highlights two recent Indiana Golf Major Champions, Nick Bienz and Kayla Benge! Bienz is our Indiana Open Winner and on this episode he discusses where this win ranks on the professional level, the importance of confidence as a professional player, and his other experiences in the past Indiana Opens. Benge joins in to talk about her experience winning the IWGA Amateur and how much this win means to her. She also tells us what her game plan was going into the final round and what is was like playing with 5X Champion, Julia Potter-Bobb.

Our first guest is Clemson University's Annabelle Pancake, the first American runner-up of the British Women's Amateur in five years! Pancake talks about adapting to the different course conditions, the ability to get creative with her shots, her love for match play, and her plans to go pro after graduation.
Our next guest is our recent #INPGAWomensOpen Champion and the Assistant Golf Pro at The Sagamore Club, Rachel Johnson. Johnson talks about her experience playing on a mini-tour and how that impacted her play at the Open. She also discusses what made her choose to become a PGA Professional and what her future plans will include.
This week's episode of #NowOnTheTee brings us a conversation with IndyCar Driver, Scott McLaughlin and 2023 Indiana Amateur Champion, Connor McNeely.
McLaughlin became a huge golf fan at a young age and speaks on some mental similarities between the two sports, as well as his experience playing in the Arnold Palmer Invitational with 2x Major Champion, Zach Johnson.
McNeely walks us through his performance in the recent State Amateur event and what this win means to him. He also talks with us about his freshman year at Butler and what his goals are going into his sophomore season with the University of Cincinnati.

Mike Whan is the current CEO of the USGA. Prior to joining the USGA, Whan served as the commissioner of the LPGA from January 2010 until June of 2021. Under his leadership, the LPGA experienced unprecedented growth, with significant increases in the number of tournaments, purses and television coverage. He also oversaw the expansion of the LPGA to include both the Symetra Tour and Ladies European Tour, as well as a nearly 50 percent increase in membership of LPGA Professionals.

JoJo Gentry grew up playing golf at the Gongaware Junior Golf Academy, under the instruction of Coach Roger Lundy. As her game developed, so did her passion for golf. While attending Butler University, Gentry decided to try to walk on the Women’s Golf team during her sophomore year of college, and ended up playing her remaining three years (’13-’15).

Ted Bishop was the 38th president of the PGA of America and was removed from office 29 days before his term expired. Despite his early removal from office and the fact that to this day, six years later, the PGA of America doesn’t recognize Ted as a Past President, Ted has some fantastic stories from his presidency and there were some significant accomplishments for the Association during his term in office.
In part 1, Ted talks what first got him interested in a leadership role, his idea to choose Tom Watson for Ryder Cup Captain in 2014, and his hand in creating the Deacon Palmer Award.
Gary Gant has been a PGA member for 40 years and is still going strong as the head professional at Chestnut Hills Golf Club in Fort Wayne.
