After serving 11 years in the Royal Corps of Signals, Tim Jones founded Positive Transition Limited to help those leaving military service reaccustom to civilian life.  His years of experience in the service have informed all parts of Positive Transition from the business model to the solution he offers to veterans.  Now, he sits down with James Taylor of Roaring Mouse Public Relations to discuss how the skills he honed during his military service have translated to business leadership.  Together they covered leadership values instilled as early as basic training, chains of command and compared leading under pressure to leading a business through the challenge of Covid-19.
