What's Happening Here are some tips for you:
- Decide divorce is not a solution
- Date regularly
- Fight for your spouse
- Never, ever talk bad about your spouse to anyone
- You are responsible for your actions, take responsibility
- Do things together, but not everything
- Combine your money, you are now one, separate money means separate lives
- Plan outings, we do once a quarter
- Meet regularly, we try to meet once a week, we talk about finances (more often than once a week, but at least once a week), calendar, books and we pray for each other
- Love each other often, your physical relationship is vital to growing together, don’t neglect each other in the bedroom
- Hold each other accountable, be transparent, and be forgiving
