Most people shop online at Amazon these days. So it's tempting to list your products on Amazon and benefit from the billions of visitors and millions of buyers over there. It's even mor einteresting if "all you have to do" is list your product on amazon, send your inventory to Amazon, then Amazon will deal with all the inventory, logistics and customer care.

Print On Demand is very popular when it comes to selling products online. Simply put, POD providers allow you to print your design on different supports (Tee shirt, hoodies, aprons, glasses,popsockets, ...). Production is only triggered oce a customer has bought. Here again, this is a very promising business model as there's a low barrier-to-entry: you don't need to invest in huge inventory.

Like most people attrcacted by the MakeMoney Online business model, I also lurred into dropshipping. Simply put, dropshiping is a model where you hold no inventory, and only order from your provider once the customer has bought. Sounds nice? No upfront investment. You "only" have to setup an online store, and do the promotion (usually through paid ads: Facebook Ads or Google Adwords)

Parents of autist kids know that our kids have this sensory overload specific attrait. Add to that the fact that Lucas didn't like to be touched, especially by other people. Now imagine the doctors prescribing a check for Lucas so as to verify if he is not deaf. The ultrasound inserted into his ears, the scream he did while the doctor was trying to send some ultrasound (or whatever it is) into his ears ... That was painful.
Just because Lucas didn't react to the instructions we talked him to, doctors thought maybe he does so because he is deaf.
Just wanted to share with you this painful experience. Maybe you've had similar experience, maybe not. Anyway, glad enough we could get through it.

Remember that Steve Jobs's commencement speech at Stanford? At some point, he was mentioning a concept that resonates with me. "Eventually, the dots will connect".
At some point of our life, we all do things that doesn't seem to make sense, that do not fit to any plan. On this speech, Steve Jobs says that those dots will connect by looking forward.

No power, no water, and light have gone playing christmas tree. So what do you do to move forward on the OFA challenge? Anyway, I'm trying to make it while living in this second most polluted city in the world (Shame)
I still find some energy to talk a bit about our project to put my autistic son (Lucas) on a pastry internship. On this episode, I'm also talking about a dream I have for my son: doing the Exceptional Minds program. Do check what those guys are doing with Autistic people. It's awesome. Have you ever tried to answer this question? I was once asked this question, and the answer that I gave was just non-sense :-) In my deepest dream, I was thinking about a Mercedes Benz GLA 220 (after checking, I'm more into a GLC 300 though).

Have you ever been into that feeling where you want to go on training all the time, without taking the time to finalize the one you're already in?
Personally, I have that issue. Whenever I get closer to the end of a challenge (or training), I have that same issue: I don't feel comfortable with what I've learned, so my mind keeps on searching for a "solution" to bridge the perceived gap that I think I still have. It's like wanting to have the perfect product, waiting for that perfect moment before launching.
I know, on the OFA challenge, our mentors always tell us to launch, even though it's not perfect, because it's the market who will give me the feedback, thereby allowing me to adjust my offer.

On this episode, I just want to share with you my feelings on a sunday evening. Frankly, I just don't want to follow-up on this One Funnel Away challenge.
I am on the third week of the OFA challenge, and I am two days late. Wifey and 18months daughter are sick, and we are all pretty tired. And monday 9-to-5 jobs is already trying to say hello.
Moreover, my clickfunnels trial account came to an end and I couldn't make it to a point where, during the 14 days trial, I'd have a tested and working funnel setup, generate some revenue so as to fund the $97 monthly subscription.
Anyway, I committed to doing this 30 days challenge, and doing this episode is my "excuse" for fooling myself that I am still working on it. Let's hope tomorrow will be charged with more energy

We've all been there. Although the path is clear, and the actions that need to be taken well structured, at some point, we always find some excuses not to move forward. We think we have some fears (not good enough, not enough time, no special skills, not worth it, ...)
And since we are also doing our best, we feel guilty that if we put more efforts into our online business, then we will kind of sacrifice quality time for taking care of our special need kids.

As I told you on one of my episodes, I spend at least two hours time during commute while working on my 9-to-5 job. On this episode I am sharing with you some ideas of activities I can do for making my online business move forward during that commute time.

Have you seen most sales funnels are made with the author, or the sales person shoot on video and trying to tell you his story-hook-offer? Well I'm at that stage of creating my first funnel for selling an affiliate program. Although I have worked on the offer, and had some kind of story to tell, well, I don't feel comfortable enough to get on camera and try to sell it :-) (that's also one of the reasons why I chose podcast over video)

Talking about failure, this is one. Clickfunnels, the program I'm promoting as an affiliate, has announced that they will decrease the affiliate commision percentage for those who don't make $100 sales by october 31st. Today is November 1st, and ... I didn't make it.
In fact, I only discovered Clickfunnels late september, and by the time I understood what this ecosystem was, few days went by. And I think I only discovered that there were that change on affiliate commissions planned by end of october. By the time I get my affiliate link prepared, understand how to create an offer through the One Funnel Away Challenge, it was already mid-october.
As most affiliates do, I posted my affiliate links on my social media hoping that someone would click and buy the course. As you can imagine, that didn;t happen.
So I setup an offer for malagasy diaspora, where I'll trade $100 worth of Madagascar-based products and cover the shipping anywhere in the world, but in exchange, they have to buy the course through my link. I was willing to pay the shipping costs, since I knew that if I made any sale, I'll recover the $100, so as long ad the shipping costs doesn't go up to $100, I lose nothing.
I thought that was a great plan. But I have a psychological issue when it comes to promoting on social media: I don't feel comfortable selling something from my personal social media accounts. I only had on person interested, but finally he didn't make the sale.
Anyway, that's one lesson learnt. Let's follow through on this journey

Quite frankly, I scarcely open myself to people about my feelings, especially when I don't know who's listening ont the other end. But, I guess this is what it takes to bring some positive change into my life. I hope as we look back, after episode 200 or 1000, I'll be that successful guy who achieved his goals, and who's setting bigger goals that will have more impact to other people's live.

As a parent of a special need kid (autist), why do I chose affiliate marketing for generating enough monthly recurring revenue?
In this episode, I'm talking about the constraints that I want to solve. As of this publication, I'm still working the 9-to-5 corporate job, leaving me with very little time to spend with my little household. So, first of all, I want more time flexibility. Affiliate Marketing allows me to do that since I can work on it anytime I want.
Second, I want stable monthly revenue so as to fund all my household needs, but also to finance the activities I want to setup for my special need kid.
