"Give me neither poverty nor riches— He prays that he may be kept from every condition of life that would be a temptation to him. Poverty is a great temptation. Poverty leads people to commit atrocities.
Everyone who aspires to be rich and enjoys rest should pray this prayer that God should take away from their flesh all corrupt principles, practices, and affections, from error and mistake, which are at the bottom of all sin, from the love of the world and the things of it, which are all vanity and a lie.
Before we begin to search for riches through any vocation it is expedient that we first sort God for wisdom. Before we go into labor for wealth we must first seek the favor of God.
Every other means of getting rich apart from God's way will land men in trouble. Trusting In the lord is key to having sustainable riches.
The fear of God is the beginning of living an honest and godly life. It is the beginning of honest business dealings it is the beginning of service with loyalty and honesty.
The first way by which you can walk in God's kind of love is to accept that God loves you regardless of how men treat you
The kind of love that will not allow someone to do anything to hurt others or a system by stealing from them is genuine love. Not selfish but kind. Not self-promoting but helping others to do well.
An act of stealing proceeds from the heart but when the heart is occupied with the right attitude to work the space for theft-related thought will not be available.
to be contented is a state of being happy with your present financial status and being hopeful that things shall surely get better.
Gratitude shifts your mindset from what you don't have to what you have and others don't have.
claiming an office item was lost for you to turn it to personal use and collect another one for official purpose is an act of theft.

Hiking the selling price of commodities or overcharging for services rendered is a form of stealing.
When someone begins to feel deprived financially. He will steal if the opportunity comes. When anyone begins to think that what they should own is what others have in their possession. When anyone begins to think it's their right to be in a state of affluence that others are, then they begin to open the door of their heart to the evil of theft.
Sometimes most people who assume they are making money the right way are stealing from others but because they are used to the style they assume that's a legitimate way of making money.
Vows are good but we need to be careful of how we apply them in prayer, especially in times of distress.
Many are struggling financially today because of their inability to redeem the vow that they have made to God or a man who had been of help to them in the season of their trials.
Many today pay tax, pay landlords, pay for electricity, pay food, pay toll, pay internet, and lots more but refuse to give God what He deserves.
Most of the fear we have is what eventually attracted greater evil to us. Losing money to a business or losing a job is not the end but the end will come when we begin to exercise fear of what tomorrow will bring because of the loss.
At every point in life, some things will cause fear but there is a peace that comes when we realize that our fear cannot and will not solve the problem.

The first thing anyone who desires to be rich should seek and pray for is wisdom. He should labor to have wisdom first because the quality of wisdom at his disposal will determine the longevity of riches in his hand.
Whatever we are privileged to have and whatever position God allows us to rise to in life we should always remember to be of help and not oppress those who are lower in opportunity and standard and look up to us in one area or the other. This will keep God's blessing and increase flow in our direction.
When you stand against an opportunity that will help other people's lives just because it's not favorable to you, you are oppressing the poor.

That a person is rich today does not equal being rich every day. There is no permanent worldly rich man. Riches do diminish. It can reduce in value due to certain things
Thoroughly understanding your business and also your assignment in that business or vocation is very important to your success in that business or vocation.
Starting a business to make money is not good enough. Knowing the ways of that business will do you a whole lot of favor in the long run.
Lack of a solid financial base can end a family that has a bright future. Financial glitches in marriage can lead to divorce. No one should think marriage is an escape route from poverty. It can eventually become a highway to perpetual lack.

Serving your superiors should not be an eye or lip service game. Though cruel bosses love those who do eye services, godly superiors, see through your act into your heart.
Those who cannot submit to a superior but long to be superior will not last. Serving your superior when it is convenient and not convenient is a seed that will produce fruit of honour.
The fig tree in the proverb represents all forms of vocation that we can be doing right now. it takes a fig tree between 3 to 5 years before it starts fruiting. The same goes for any vocation we are or might be thinking of starting.
Most of those who learn to be generous early in life especially when they have little will not have problems with contentment as their wealth increases.
The burden of a materialistic mentality will weigh down those who have it sooner or later. They will soon discover that there is a point of diminishing returns. At some point, the value of our possessions is not worth the price we pay to have them.
When you always deem it fit to appreciate God for the small things in life your sense of satisfaction will always be awakened.

For anyone to sincerely help someone else who he did not know or have a close relationship with, it has to be from a compassionate heart.
What can you deduce from this story? who among these three people who came across this man who is in need can you call his neighbor? Two were his religious counterparts, Two were his countrymen and one wasn't.
For us to justify who the proverb refers to as a neighbor I will like to tell us or remind us of one of Jesus' parables. Thus parable captured the meaning of neighbor.
Most time it seems natural for us to care for and look after the well-being of family members and those who are related to us or had contributed in our way or another to our life. Therefore, we invest more into family and those whose relationship has profit our life to neglect another set of people who are not related to us by any special connection and contribution.
No giving leaves the giver the same same. Especially those who do it with a sincere heart.
Counsel can go a long way to deliver a foolish spender and help heavy debtors from the way of poverty.
None should be allowed to pose a threat to your comfort in line with your help towards them. Anyone of your siblings or relatives who is not receiving what you give with heartfelt gratitude doesn't deserve more than you've already given to them.
Joseph understood this mystery of showing mercy to the undeserving siblings and his act of love and mercy gave him a peaceful reign. He enjoyed rest among the Egyptians and his people.
Be ready to help your siblings from what God is giving to you regardless of their level of contribution to your life while growing up. Never be judgmental at this point. Don't use what any of them had done to hurt you in the past to judge them now. let God be the judge. Let the mercy of God flows through you to them. Because it is by God's mercy you've also attained and not by your efforts only.
When you noticed you are beginning to have it different financially among your siblings, know that the glory of God's blessing in that family is coming alive first through you. You have become the forerunner in that family and you must prepare the way for your siblings to enter into their place too.
No one takes good care of parents and fizzle out financially even when they are faced with challenges at some point, the prayer of their parents will bring them out and set them up again. Jacob received the blessing from Isaac because he prepared the food his father loved to eat. He left home with nothing except the blessing but he returned with a great family and resources.
You are not to withhold good from your spouse and children. They must be the first to enjoy the benevolence of your riches. Don't ignore their need to attend to other people's needs. God has blessed you because of them and he will yet increase you if you take care of them from what is presently available.
We do not have to wait until we are rich in millions before we will start to give to people in need around us. At each level of our financial growth, there must be a commitment to be of help to people.
To gain people's trust in business or relationships. You need to listen and work with feedback from customers and people around you. Don't discard any comment that is directed at your personality. Don't nullify it regardless of the approach or the way and manner in which it had been communicated.
Once it is evidence that you are wrong or behave in a way that you regret. Then stand up to your error and offer true transparency. The story of the food company I shared in this episode will inspire you.
Learn to put reputation above monetary gain. Money cannot buy a good reputation but a good reputation can open the door to financial abundance.
Use your word carefully. Your word is who you are when you are absent. People may not see your face always but will always remember what you said at a particular point in time.
We must all understand that what a brand is to a company is what reputation is to us. Reputation is a combination of what we are within and how we look on the outside (that is what people know us to be). When the two conflicts then reputation is in question.
Those that understand the value of a good reputation will choose it over and over again because money cannot buy it. it is a track record that must be built carefully even till we take our last breath.
What brings honor to life is the reputation a person has been able to build over time. A good reputation is an uncommon currency that can be traded when money and power fail. where money and power fail good reputation can rescue the person that possessed it from shame and failure.
No one can stop a man/woman that is self-motivated. They don't take no for an answer. When they fail in one way they learn and go create a new way to get things done.
Ants need no external drives to do duty. They are always up and doing every tune there is a call of duty. A self-motivated attitude is a must-have for everyone that desires financial freedom.
Don't waste human resources around you. Involve them and see the result of team spirit. Family is beyond blood relationships it also can bring the best out of you and make your vision achievable.

Though nature requires that human being sleeps but when we sleep at the time we are supposed to be awake to engage the task designed to promote our financial status, then sleep becomes an enemy of progress.

When you give a gift to the poor they pronounce a blessing on you and God makes sure whatever they have said in prayer for you to come to pass.
The poor, the needy, the widow, and the fatherless are dear to God's heart. That's why He takes care of those who take care of them and keep what belongs to them.
Those who frown at being judged or evaluated on their performance have a great tendency to fail and lose everything.
Accountability also means being answerable for everything that pertains to the financial assets in your care.
The four pillars of quality decisions will be wasted efforts without a strategic plan in place on how to execute the quality decisions you've made.
A solid execution plan will help you to execute your plan, control the process and monitor the outcome of your decisions.

Whatever our parents can pass on to us is worth being grateful for. No son or daughter has the right to condemn parents who have been able to train him or her. It is not scriptural and can attract ungodly pronouncements on that person.
Serving our parents must not be a contract, a deal, or for the demand of something. It must be sincere and pure. This is the way to the reception of their material riches with blessing.
Caring for one's parents in their older age is a route to happiness and they will be eager to pass on to us even their hidden treasures that no one knows about.
Service to Parents is another instrumental key to the reception of material-based inheritance from parents.
There is one thing to receive material riches there is another thing to enjoy and prosper with it in the longevity of life.
Honour means treating our parents as priceless entity in our lives not treating them as ordinary people.

Every act of disobedience to parents is a signal to the kind of life an offspring will lead with his/her parent's riches after what.

Paycheck must not be your focus but effectiveness, efficiency and productivity if you will move from fruitfulness stage into replenishing stage.
Fruitfulness demand that you bury yourself first in whatever is committed to you. Pay through the process so that you can be paid for the result.
Patience must accompany your faith if you will enjoy all that God has promised. The delivery of your financial inheritance will come through faith and patience.
Meditation stage is the next stage in your quest of laying hold of your spiritual inheritance
God's financial plan for you in the scripture are written in form of blessing, covenant, promises and instructions.
What you don't open will remain closed. When you don't open the scripture you can't have access to the written blessing of God for you.

Channeling your thought and energy to a particular task at hand and having a to-do-list will help to overcome motion waste.
Time wasted is life wasted, time wasted is profit wasted. Unnecessary motion waste time and profit.
When emotional attachment overrides the quality of value derived from an item or device in your possession inventory waste is inevitable.
We held on to items that waste our resources because of emotional attachment and the cost of getting a new one.
Every item in our possession are either helping us to save time, space, energy and money or helping us to waste these four things.
