Matthew 14:28-33And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt? And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased. Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God.

But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive. Genesis 50:20
Exodus 14:13-14And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever. The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.
For the land, whither thou goest in to possess it, is not as the land of Egypt, from whence ye came out, where thou sowedst thy seed, and wateredst it with thy foot, as a garden of herbs: 11 But the land, whither ye go to possess it, is a land of hills and valleys, and drinketh water of the rain of heaven: 12 A land which the LORD thy God careth for: the eyes of the LORD thy God are always upon it, from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year.13 And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken diligently unto my commandments which I command you this day, to love the LORD your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul, 14 That I will give you the rain of your land in his due season, the first rain and the latter rain, that thou mayest gather in thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil. 15 And I will send grass in thy fields for thy cattle, that thou mayest eat and be full. 16 Take heed to yourselves, that your heart be not deceived, and ye turn aside, and serve other gods, and worship them; 17 And then the LORD's wrath be kindled against you, and he shut up the heaven, that there be no rain, and that the land yield not her fruit; and lest ye perish quickly from off the good land which the LORD giveth you.18 Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. 19 And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. 20 And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates: 21 That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth.22 For if ye shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you, to do them, to love the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, and to cleave unto him; 23 Then will the LORD drive out all these nations from before you, and ye shall possess greater nations and mightier than yourselves. 24 Every place whereon the soles of your feet shall tread shall be yours: from the wilderness and Lebanon, from the river, the river Euphrates, even unto the uttermost sea shall your coast be. Deuteronomy 11:10-24
Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost. 19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily. 20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. 21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. 22 Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, 23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. 24 Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife: 25 And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS. Matthew 1:18-25
Ezekiel 37:1-11The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones, And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry. And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest. Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD. Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live: And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the LORD. So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone. And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them. Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army. Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts.

Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb.
Job 1:20-21 20 Then Job arose, tore his robe, and shaved his head; and he fell to the ground and worshipped. 21 And he said: “Naked I came from my mother’s womb, And naked shall I return there. The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; Blessed (or Praise) be the name of the Lord.” 22 In all this Job did not sin nor charge God with wrong.
Luke 19:1-11
And Jesus entered and passed through Jericho.
2 And, behold, there was a man named Zacchaeus, which was the chief among the publicans, and he was rich.
3 And he sought to see Jesus who he was; and could not for the press, because he was little of stature.
4 And he ran before, and climbed up into a sycomore tree to see him: for he was to pass that way.
5 And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house.
6 And he made haste, and came down, and received him joyfully.
7 And when they saw it, they all murmured, saying, That he was gone to be guest with a man that is a sinner.
8 And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord: Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold.
9 And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.
10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.
11 And as they heard these things, he added and spake a parable, because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately appear.
Our text says that God will bless us as we give. Surely a part of what that means is that as we give, he blesses us so that we can grow in our ability to believe that we can give yet more. This is a valid principle for Christians. God starts with us where we are. If we will begin to give of our income on a percentage basis, we can raise the percentage monthly or quarterly or annually until we are giving what we believe we ought to give.
John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
We live In a world that is vehemently opposed to the God we represent, in this world we go through trials and even persecutions as we serve Christ. If the Christian life is all a bed of roses, it is only because of the many thorns in the rose bush.
You cant have one without the other.
John 1:1-12
John In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
There is no Christianity, no relationship with God through Jesus Christ in whom man can know, unless there is a resurrection from the dead.

Psalms 100:4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
Divine acceleration is the supernatural ability of God applied to your life, your ministry, your time, and your circumstances, to bring His plans to pass at a much faster rate than is humanly possible.
2 Samuel 7:1-14 For some time David had been settled in his palace and the LORD had given peace to the nation, rest from all the enemies that surrounded Israel. But David was not satisfied, for he had a burning desire to build a temple for the LORD.
EVEN AFTER OUR SIN AND GUILT have been removed, troubles, cares, and concerns can keep us from having a "clear channel" to really fellowship with our heavenly Father. The brazen laver is God's solution to this problem.
Jesus paid the ultimate price for us: He paid the price of His blood. And the blood of Jesus makes you a free man in God's sight, a citizen in the Kingdom of God—and there are no second-class citizens in God's Kingdom.
And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost. Luke 23:46

Paul said in 2 Timothy 4:6 - 8
For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

Without question, the greatest day of our lives is the day we are born again. Throughout each and every day, we ought to pause to praise the Lord for saving us and for setting us free from the bondage of sin. And we should never allow the pressures, challenges, and temptations of life to rob us of the joy of our salvation. No matter how bad things may get, we know we are secure in our Lord Jesus Christ.
When my son Kevyn was little he had one of those weeble wobble balloons I believe they call them Bop Bags, anyways when he wasnt around playing with it I would take my frustrations out on this thing. I would hit the thing every which way I could, but nothing I did kept that thing from popping back up. I even kicked it and still got the same result. It kept popping right back up. Eventually I figured out that if I wanted keep this thing from coming back up was to destroy it. I left that up to Kevyn. Anyways the reason it would come back up is because at its base, there was a weight, and that weight forced whatever external pressure you put up on it to bring it back up.
Abram's faith needed to be aroused once again. Abram needed God to arouse—stir, quicken, awaken—his faith to look beyond Ishmael.
When Paul wrote to the saints at Rome, he said, "Be fervent in spirit" or "Be on fire with the Spirit" (Rom. 12:11). And he told the Church at Ephesus to be filled with the Spirit (Eph. 5:18). Then Paul told them in Ephesians 5:19 how to be filled with the Spirit; he told them how to maintain the glow.

Our storms could very well be catapulting us into our next level of us being used by God to do a great work.

In his book, The Making of a Man, NFL Pro and Sports Analyst Tim Brown says that “God challenges men to live to a higher standard”. He teaches that a real man honors God and lives with integrity.
When Jesus gave us the legal right to use His name, He placed His up-most trust in our control. In legal terms, He gave us the Power of Attorney to use His name. In our judicial system a Power of Attorney is a legal document which gives a person the right and privilege to use another's name. When the person who has been so entrusted, signs a contract on behalf of the person and attaches a copy of the Power of Attorney to that contract, it has the same legally binding effect as if the person had signed the contract in person.
Like many of us today, Jeremiah during his time faced a world of unrest and convulsion not unlike our own. Jeremiah 8:22; John 3:17
When Jesus first mentioned the church, He also revealed the three things which were to characterize it above all its other functions. It would be built by Jesus. It was to be a victorious overcoming army which would prevail against the gates of hell. It would have the power to bind and loose.
No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me,” says the Lord. Isaiah 54:17
As Jesus bore our sins to the depths of the earth, He fulfilled the function pictured by the scapegoat which bore away the sins of the people. Leviticus 16:10,21,22
Jesus came as the Last Adam to fulfill all that God had created the first Adam to be. Fulfilling God's plan for the first Adam, Jesus walked in absolute authority and dominion on this earth.
Man's relationship to God and his authority was to be restored by the substitutionary sacrifice Jesus would make as He died on the cross.
Genesis 1:26 Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”
As Christians, we must be aware of the fact we are involved in warfare. One of Satan's main strategies has been to blind our eyes to the conflict we are in, and thus make us defenseless against his attacks. But God has given us every weapon we need to be victorious over our enemy!
"Truth before time seems like a lie." Truth operates in eternity it is not bound by time. When something is spoken or Prophesied it seems like its not going to come to pass. As a matter of fact it seems like its taking years. But what happens is over a period of time. Time catches up with Truth!

Zacchaeus’ response to the divine, sovereign call of Jesus is a very attractive story.
Oftentimes we don’t see God operating, but yet He is there; behind us, in front of us and on our left hand and right. God’s unseen hand guides and controls, tears down and builds up.

Whether you see it or not right now God’s loving kindness is at work even in the darkest moments of our lives. And though we may have lost much, though we may feel that we’re returning, and running, on empty, we need to have the clarity to see, and to know, that we have not been forsaken by God. May we have the eyes to see what Naomi didn’t see.
When David successfully returned the Ark of the covenant to it's proper place in Israel, he was so happy the he began to dance up and down the main street. He didn't stop there, the scripture says he stripped off his clothes down to his under wear and unashamedly started leaping, jumping and dancing as the entire city watched. His wife was embarrassed, but he did not care he celebrated his joy.

Sometimes we get so busy “chopping” away at life we don’t think we have time to stop and pray and study the word and meditate upon the greatness of God, when in reality, it is those things that helps us keep our “spiritual edge.”
