I feel like there is some misinformation around the process and I try my best to help figure out (quite badly) the process. In a little surprise for my best friends, on this episode I sat down with George White and we talked everything that goes into being an engineer. He highlighted the steps that a person needs to take to become an engineer of any kind outside of the military, included an engineer's version of the BAR (which is the test that prospective lawyers have to take before they become full-fledged lawyers.) He also expanded on all the outside factors that affects his job and reflects about the lack of minority representation in the engineering industry and in STEM careers in general, and what is being done to change that. I had a bevy of emotions about this, from laughter to straight up anger. The fact that millions of dollars went into this scheme and all the while screw hundreds or thousands of rightful applicants out of being able to attend the college of their choice. It's about time I did this with my dawgs. I sat down with my squad the wolf-pack (Yeah I know... it's not the best name and I don't care.) We review 2018 in detail to the best of our ability, from the caravan situation, to all of the mass shooting this year, President Trump, Old Kanye versus New Kanye, just to name of few things. 2018 was a crazy, unpredictable year and to be honest I don't know if we could really talk about this year in one seating. We introduce the Pour One Out Awards and even talk about the Avengers: Endgame Trailer. (Parental Discretion is advised I guess?) He talks about his prestigious and historical fraternity ALPHA PHI ALPHA (All his words). We talk about his experiences in going to a Historically Black College or Univeristy (HBCU), Bethune-Cookman University and living the Greek Life, how that has shaped him into the man he is, and how he has still always be ready any challenge even today. He also lays down a challenge for all the other Fraternities out there, possibly laying down the groundwork for another episode in the future.

Talk about a wild time in Kansas City! For those in the know the Kareem Hunt situation has changed a lot of things in KC and has had a predictable effect here that would happen in any city. Luther asks why do fans defend their teams in these ways. He also sat down with an old friend, Scotty Cates to talk about the situation as well two fans of other teams to talk about this incident without any bias perspective (well maybe on my part, Scotty is a Chargers fan...). As fans of whoever we support there are certain questions we need to ask ourselves but are we ready to or do we even want to?
