The Gospel is not a fiction or fable, but a true life story about the Lord Jesus Christ. It is the story of God in the flesh, demonstrating His infinite wisdom, power, glory, mercy and love for mankind.
The Gospel is the love story of how God reconciled sinful and estranged men to Himself through the death of His Son, Jesus Christ. It is the story of how Christ abolished in His flesh the enmity between the holy God and sinful men (Eph. 2:11-20, Col. 1:19-23, 2 Cor. 5:18-21).
This awesome teaching (Part 3 in a series of 5) clearly explains why the Gospel is essentially the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Gospel of the Glory of Christ, and the Gospel of Peace.

Therefore, God does not need to be moved, compelled, cajoled, persuaded, manipulated, or motivated by your self-righteousness, performance, gifts, or good works in order to save, deliver, heal, favour, or bless you.
This profound teaching (Part 2 in a series of 5) aptly explains why the Gospel is the Gospel of God, the Gospel of the Grace of God, and the Gospel of the Kingdom of God.
