Hey Friends,
Can we talk about Hard Conversations?
Hard conversations define our lives - the ones we have and the ones we avoid. After experiencing a complete personal collapse 15 years ago where I lost friends, support systems, and watched my child suffer, I learned the transformative power of speaking difficult truths. This raw, heartfelt episode explores why the conversations we fear most are precisely the ones we most need to have. When we stay silent about our hurt, boundaries, or needs, we become trapped in cycles of shame, self-doubt, and unfulfillment. Whether it's telling someone how their words made you feel small, setting necessary boundaries, or speaking up about your worth in business - these conversations liberate us from patterns that keep us stuck. The silence that feels safe is actually the cage that holds us back. I share practical guidance for approaching difficult conversations with grace - centering yourself in prayer first, clarifying your intentions, focusing on the desired outcome, and remembering that hard conversations aren't about exploding but about healing. Your business won't grow if you're afraid to speak up about pricing. Your relationships won't deepen if you can't express how you truly feel. Your healing journey stalls when you suppress your authentic voice. Your worth isn't determined by others' comfort with your truth. You deserve to be heard, to be seen, to have your boundaries respected. What hard conversation have you been avoiding? It might be exactly what sets you free. Join me in discovering how speaking your truth with grace can transform not just your relationships and business, but your relationship with yourself.

How Do I Set Boundaries With My Children? In this heartfelt episode, we explore the crucial topic of Creating Boundaries in parenting. Inspired by recently seeing numerous distressing stories of children abusing their parents, we continue the conversation from our last episode, Changing Perspectives. We delve into how shifting our perspectives can lead to healthier relationships and why setting boundaries now can pave the way for a happier life in the future.
We have to have boundaries in life, not only to get things done, but in parenting as well.
Here's a few tips for setting boundaries with your children
Understand the Importance of Boundaries * Provide Structure: Rules give children a sense of security and predictability. * Teach Responsibility: Clear rules help children understand their responsibilities and the consequences of their actions. * Promote Respect In Your Home: Rules foster respect for family values and authority.
Discuss Boundaries Often In Your Home * Encourage Participation: Ask your children what boundaries do they have for their lives? * Discuss Expectations: Talk about why boundaries are necessary and what you hope to achieve with them.

Transformative Mindset Shifts Inspired by The Color Purple
Fantasia plays a powerful role of Ms. Celie, a woman brusied, misused, disgarded, but not broken because she dared to keep getting back up again!
After watching the movie, you'll find yourself on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Here are three powerful mindset shifts that the narrative encourages you to embrace:
You Are Worthy: The movie beautifully underscores the importance of recognizing your inherent worth. Through the characters' experiences, you learn that self-worth is not contingent on external validation. You are deserving of love, success, and happiness simply because you exist. The film inspires you to break free from societal expectations and embrace the truth that you are inherently valuable.
Find Your Tribe A central theme in the movie revolves around the impact of community and genuine connections. It emphasizes the significance of finding your tribe – a group of people who support, uplift, and understand you. The narrative encourages you to seek out those who resonate with your values and aspirations. Building a tribe provides a sense of belonging and a support system that propels you forward on your journey.
Your Past Does Not Determine Your Future: One of the most powerful messages the movie conveys is the idea that your past does not define your destiny. Regardless of the challenges and traumas you've faced, the film inspires a shift in perspective. It encourages you to break free from the shackles of your history and recognize that you have the agency to shape your own future. Your past may shape you, but it does not have the power to dictate the trajectory of your life.
In summary, the movie prompts transformative shifts in thinking – acknowledging your worth, finding your tribe for support, and realizing that your past does not hold the key to your future. As you internalize these lessons, you embark on a journey towards personal growth, resilience, and the creation of a life aligned with your true self.

HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT MENTOR OR COACH Finding the right person to help you can be tricky. You want to leap into your journey with a trusted advisor. However, all mentors and coaches are not the same.
I recently met a business mentor at an event. She shared her topics of expertise as we talked about some recent changes in the business world. This felt like a mutually interesting, and rather pleasant conversation. Minutes later, she ushered her friend to come over to chime in, who was also a business coach. Immediately, the tone changed from warm and inviting to cold, over-powering and direct. The other coach immediately started to find fault and poke holes in our meaningful conversation.
This interaction led me to this realization; There is much to consider when choosing the right helpers in our lives. I would caution anyone to start with your personality type when seeking a coach or mentor.
In today's episode, I sit down and give you some practical tools for finding the right person to help you with the major decisions in your life. So, grab your coffee and listen to this eye-opening episode.

Grab The Accountability Planner This Month Here: https://artisanal-founder-9313.ck.page/products/accountability-planner In this episode, I sit down and go over goal setting and accountability. We talk about goals in the beginning of the year, but we can not skip past...Accountability!
I also talk about. What is accountability? How to improve personal accountability? How to really hold people accoutable? And how do we hold ourselve and our children accountable. What does accountability for kids look like? How to hold kids accountable? How to teach kids accountability? We need to first start with ourselves.
Grab The Accountability Planner this month, hold yourself to execution without overwhelm.
HOW TO SET GOALS AND BE ACCOUNTABLE Are you struggling to stay on top of your to-do list? Feeling like you're never really accomplishing anything? If so, you're not alone. A lot of us have trouble setting goals and then holding ourselves accountable to actually achieving them. But it doesn't have to be that way! With a little bit of effort, you can learn how to set goals and be accountable for reaching them. Here are some tips to get you started:
During the beginning of the year, or the start of a new project, we can be overly excited and then reality sets in and accountability dwindles. What does it take to keep going and finish what we've started? How can we take a position of accountability towards our goals and dreams?
First, figure out what you want to accomplish. This may seem obvious, but it's important to start with a clear goal in mind. What do you want to achieve? Once you know that, you can start working on a plan to make it happen.
Next, break down your goal into smaller steps. When we have a big goal that seems impossible, it can be helpful to break it down into smaller pieces. That way, we can focus on one thing at a time and feel like we're making progress instead of getting overwhelmed.
Finally, hold yourself accountable by setting regular reminders or deadlines. Make sure to check in with yourself periodically (weekly or monthly) to see how you're doing. And don't forget to celebrate your successes along the way!
Setting goals and being accountable for reaching them doesn't have to be difficult or tedious. By following these simple tips, you'll be on your way to becoming more productive and achieving the things you want in life!
How to improve personal accountability Personal accountability is about being responsible and owning what happens in your life. It doesn't mean that you never make mistakes, but it does mean that you learn from your mistakes and take responsibility for your life. To be more accountable, think before you act and be aware of your words and actions. Taking responsibility for what we say, do, and decide will help us improve our ability to control our own lives.
It is important to set goals to reach our ambitions and improve our lives. With each goal, we need to stay committed, take ownership of our plans and strive for smaller wins along the way. This is where accountability comes in - by being accountable we can stay on track and keep ourselves driven no matter how challenging our journey.
Some journeys are undoubtly harder than others. That's why it is imperative to create personal and social accountability. We must also understand that there is a difference between responsibility and accountability. Having one without the other will not help us grow.
This year let’s commit to being accountable and crushing our goals! Implementing specific processes for self-accountability is key if you really want your dreams to come true. So don't wait any longer; grab The Accountability Planner to hold yourself more accountable, execute with more intention, and finally reach your goals this year! That way you'll be light years ahead on achieving success!
What can catapult your life this year?
These 3 Things!
Make sure your resolutions are realistic, achievable and measurable so that you can track your progress throughout the year.
Take into account any obstacles or challenges you may face when creating your resolution, and develop strategies to help you stay on track and achieve your goals.
Set aside time each week to review your progress, celebrate your successes and course-correct when necessary.

After parenting for over 30 years, I gathered 10 tips this week for parents and back to school week.
Here are a few tips, listen to the show for more!
Get organized: Create a daily or weekly schedule for your child, including time for homework, extracurricular activities, and play. This will help your child know what to expect each day and help you avoid overscheduling.
Set an expectation strategy for your child : Talk to your child about what you expect in terms of schoolwork, behavior, and manners. Be clear and consistent in your expectations.
Help Your Child Understand Long Term Goals: Help your child understand that it is not just the grades that matter, but also the effort he or she puts into schoolwork.
Normalize a Space for Positive Thinking : Affirmations before school, Expectations and Hard work will be normal and welcomed. Help your child develop a positive attitude towards school by talking about the things he or she likes about school, such as friends, teachers, and activities.
Homework
Here are a few things you can do to help your child with homework:
Provide an uncluttered quiet place for them to do their work.
Offer assistance if needed, but don't do the homework for them.
If needed, hire a tutor to help them out.
What are some back to school tips?
Where do I find help for my child?
How do I find tutoring for my child?

How We Miss God Through Religion
Today, I sit down and talk to author Micheal Ward about
Religion vs Relationship with God.
We also talk about different religions, how to read the Bible in a year, and what are the fruits of the spirit?
Oftentimes, we can miss a wholesome relationship with God with religion. Religion can be rule based, where as, our relationship with God is heart-based.
In his book The Sixth Sola, Micheal explains a clear relationship with God, and how to grow deeper with God by reading the Bible each day. His framework will help you map out a plan to complete your goal to grow with God.
Michael Joseph Ward (born July 7, 1961) is the youngest of four of a split Roman Catholic/Presbyterian/Lutheran family.
Due to the complexity of the various messages heard, he developed a system of reading the New Testament, one chapter a day, in pursuit of the essential message amongst the many promoted by others.
It became clear that no one “Church” owned the message, but our common Scriptures suggest a core principle to walk in the Spirit. We are each called to a renewed mind, a transformation for every moment, as we have another day to produce more fruit of the Spirit for God’s creation.
His first book, "The Sixth Sola' is released in June 2020.

We have a deep discussion about conflict resolution and relationships
Conflict is inevitable, but it can be managed. When conflict arises in the workplace and you feel like reaching for a weapon or storming out of an office building because your co-workers are driving you crazy with all their constant fighting about who should do what task next; don't start thinking this way! Conflict isn’t necessarily bad—it just may lead to problems if left unchecked
We also talked about

How to deal with conflict at work Maintaining healthy relationships at work takes time (and sometimes patience) so that everyone's happy.
Emotions can run high due simply from not understanding each other.
So many times we end up blowing up at work instead of realizing our potential to operate on one accord.
How to deal with conflict in a team When team building, we must create ways that everyone feels supported and engaged. We also need to find ways to prevent or resolve conflict so that it doesn't become a roadblock to success.
How to deal with conflict in a relationship The best relationships are built on the principles of respect, responsibility and trusting each other. Healthy conflict can help us learn about our partner's strengths as well as any areas where they need improvement so we have a better chance at success together!

Effective Communication- How Do You Learn To Forgive And Let Go
Today, I sit down and chat with Kathleen Israel, author of Wisdom on the Camino: A Spiritual Journey Sharing Forgiveness and Possibilities to Inspire the Rest of Your Life
https://www.amazon.com/Wisdom-Camino-Spiritual-Forgiveness-Possibilities-ebook/dp/B09CR9MGD3
Wisdom on the Camino is a captivating chronicle of a 70-year young woman who walked, solo, the Camino Santiago de Compostela. This pilgrimage replaced the long-planned journeys that she and her late husband were to make together in their retirement. But life's road has many detours, as does the Camino.
Read about the wisdom of forgiveness and the possibilities that exist for us in our lives she shared with fellow pilgrims along the way; encounters of the heart, feet, and stomach; meals, and wine shared; hallowed places visited and an ancient night-time Easter pageant with masked drummers. She revels in the joy of experiencing the beauty of the natural environment in Northern Spain. She collects heart-shaped rocks to share, and stamps on her Pilgrim Passport to earn the Compostela official certificate.
How to forgive a father who molested you?
How to forgive a molestor?
How to have peace in your life?
Kathleen opens up about her journey to healing, joy and peace after the unthinkable happened in her life.
She gives us a real-world blueprint to survive childhood trauma, PTSD, and the worst parts of life that leave us empty.
It's healing time.
Grab your coffee for this heart to heart conversation.
And remember, you can always celebrate wins and get back up again around here.

Managing people requires empathy first, but, other essentials include:
Once in my business, my assistant had her license neatly tucked in her portfolio, only to get a fine when the state board came because proper procedures to display it wasn't in place. Imagine the way I felt being slapped with the fine as a business owner. Know your procedures as a business owner.
How to manage employees effectively? Walk with me, this is the scenario if you don't hire employees who fit your company:
A boss was in a hurry. He needed someone to help him with a project, and he needed someone fast. So, he did what he always did when he needed help: He hired the first person who came to mind, Bill, a new hire with little experience in the area of expertise.
Unfortunately, this time, he made a mistake.
The new employee was very talented and had a lot of potential. But, this untrained employee also cost the boss a lot of money. Bill made costly mistakes that ended up costing the boss more than if he had just hired the right person in the first place.
In the end, the boss learned his lesson and vowed never to make the same mistake again. He promised himself that next time, he would take his time and find the perfect employee for the job.
It's so important not to skip processes when hiring, you could actually be hurting your company.

BUSINESS IDEA ROADMAP https://www.subscribepage.com/business-idea-checklist-offer What's holding you back from being the person you want to be? Often times we hold ourselves back without even realizing it. We get in our own way by convincing ourselves that we can't do something or aren't good enough. We sabotage our own success by putting limitations on ourselves.
The truth is, we can do anything we set our minds to. We are capable of anything we want to be. We just have to believe in ourselves and go for it.
The key to success is within you. You must believe in your own ability and worthiness before anyone else will.
We all have moments where we feel like giving up--like nothing we do ever seems good enough, or even possible for that matter; but as long as one person believes in us then anything can happen because their belief creates momentum which drives toward greatness no matter what obstacles arise along the way
What's holding you back from being the person you've always dreamed of?
We all have days when we tell ourselves that it's not worth the effort. But, as hard and challenging as life may seem sometimes-you are only limiting your potential by accepting these limitations for granted! You can be someone else or do something new if you want too; there isn't any reason why every person should allow themselves impossible demands on who they are now (and what future success could bring).
Of course, this isn't always easy. We all have our doubts and insecurities. But if we want to achieve our goals, we have to push through them. We have to find the courage to believe in ourselves, even when we don't feel like it.
So don't let yourself hold you back, become all of who you were born to be
In this episode we'll take a look at how you might be sabotaging your success and what you can do to start being aware of those sneaky little habits that threaten our opprotunities.
Grab your coffee and learn how to start achieving your goals today!

How do you define self-care? Self care can be defined in so many different ways to so many different people. It means something different to everyone. From taking a mini-vacation, having boundaries, eating right, to getting that weekly massage.
Self-care is not selfish. It is an essential part of our well-being that allows us to operate at our best. When we neglect our self-care routines, we end up frustrated, empty and unable to give our best selves to the people in our lives. By taking some time for ourselves each day, we can fill up our tanks and better navigate the world around us. So this year, let's make self-care a priority and watch how much happier and more productive we can be!
What are some ways we can recognize when we aren't taking care of ourselves on the inside?
We are usually the last to know what is happening with our own bodies and minds. There are automatic responses that we deal with daily, that we don't pay attention to that breaks the body and mind down.
Today, I sit down with Katie Onitiri, psychotherapist, author, entrepreneur, mom, and she's on a mission to help you realize the importance of self-care, implement strategies, and goals to healing from the inside out.
Katie is a mother of two boys and a wife. She loves spending time with her family, especially traveling, relaxing and laughing. Katie has worked in criminal justice,
child welfare and state psychiatric hospitals for the last 15 years. Coining her passion, of teaching communities about mental health; breaking the cycles of recidivism, addiction and violence. Her background includes a BA (Purdue U.) in psychology, MA (Rutgers U.) in Criminal Justice and Ed.S (The College of New Jersey) in Marriage & Family Therapy with extensive mental health and trauma training. She is a licensed psychotherapist in New Jersey.
Katie is also an adjunct professor that teaches, Issues in the Criminal Justice System & Strategies in Addiction Counseling. Katie loves to host workshops on how to apply self-care and seminars on Mental Health, Stress and various topics that are catered to her client’s needs.
Katie owns a private practice, Life & Family Guidance, LLC where she does individual, couples and family therapy. She also owns Ade Self-Care an online store that sales self-care items, free resources and information on how to achieve daily self-care. How to Win in 2022| New Year’s Resolutions 2022
Can you believe we are in 2022? Wow! We're here. In today's episode, I give 5 foundational tips to get you started in the right direction this year. This tips are not the goals, but, what it takes to achieve your goals and grow exponentially from the inside out this year.
Do an assessment of your life.
Where are you now and where do you want to be? This can be in your personal life, business, relationships, or any area of your life.
Assessment involves a high level of honesty, integrity and humility. When we are getting honest with ourselves, sometimes, it’s not easy to look at. But, if we constantly deny where we are, we can’t get to where were going. So, being honest with our life assessments is an imperative step to growing exponentially in 2022.
Stop caring what people think
Decide once and for all- You could care less about what they think because they, don’t buy your food, put clothes on your back or shoes on your feet- and if they do, you still need to think for yourself boo. When we care what people think, it can literally paralyze us and cause us to overthink out gifts, abilities and talents, or even quit.
Example- We are born with creativity, ideas, abundance and the world come along and snatches that away.
Surround yourself with Positive People and Energy
People who actually want you to have it and run with it. I can give you so many examples of how I placed myself in environments of shame, blame and negativity, all because it was familiar. Some familiar environments aren’t conducive to your exponential growth.
And if you don’t have many friends, know this, you have God.
Organize your priorities
Sometimes life is just unorganized and unfruitful because of this one thing. Plan your life according to your priorities. If you’re in school, that takes priority over endless fun. If you’re a parent, that takes priority over everything. Any priority in your life is like a jewel under the earth. If you dig for it with focus and attention, you get the jewel, if not, you overlook the brilliant shine in your life.
Focus on Your Goals Myopically
When a horse is running a race, he had blinders on. He can’t look to the left or right because if he does, he’ll get distracted and try to run in the other lane, and move exactly like his opponent, and mess everything up.

Self-Love Journey
Are you wondering what’s the next step for your life as far as having an authentic self-love journey.
I’ve often found that we are pretending a lot in life, walking through familiar settings, not really loving ourselves as we should.
How do you develop self-love?
We develop self-love by making authentic choices, choosing ourselves over everyone else. Now, I know that sounds a bit selfish. However, you will never be able to be good for anyone else unless you love yourself.
Why is self-love so important?
Self-love is so important for so many reasons. First, you are the machine of your life. If you never stop to oil the machine, you won’t be able to move powerfully through this life. Self-love is the oil to our machines.
What is the key to self-love?
The key to self-love is constantly letting go of the things that no longer fuel your soul. From toxic relationships to environments and all in between. Letting go is like moving the needle towards the positive area in our lives.
What is the feeling of self-love?
When we finally arrive at self-love, the feeling is euphoric, causing us to finally breath in all of God’s goodness, and the life we deserve with clear hearts and minds.
Today, I sit down and talk with author, Nenia Corcoran, a survivor of domestic violence and advocate for self-love and self-care. Nenia is the author of two books, and helps young people understand the power of loving yourself enough to let go.
Purchase her book here: https://www.amazon.com/He-Loves-Not-Nenia-Corcoran/dp/0578893843/ref=sr_1_fkmr2_1?crid=2I4VS0R62QIFW&keywords=Nina+corcoran%2C+he+loves+me+not&qid=1636062874&qsid=140-4951281-9381117&sprefix=nina+corcoran%2C+he+loves+me+not%2Caps%2C82&sr=8-1-fkmr2&sres=B0716J6G8X%2CB095BRZYP2%2CB01IS6XXYW%2CB000G5Z3RO%2C0578893843%2CB08JJT6VKS%2CB086HWYNC8%2CB07WPYC3FS&srpt=ABIS_EBOOKS

What is low self-esteem?
Low self-esteem is when someone lacks confidence about who they are and what they can do. They often feel incompetent, unloved, or inadequate. People who struggle with low self-esteem are consistently afraid about making mistakes or letting other people down
How do we get to a point in life where we have low or no self-worthiness?
How does this type of thinking effect every area of our lives?
Believe it or not, it shows up in our relationships, parenting, connections and even our goals for the future. If we believe something about ourselves way down on the inside, chances are, those same thoughts, beliefs and ideas show up on the outside.
Today, I have the awesome opportunity to speak with a mindset/self- development coach and learn more about
“Self-worthiness”. How we arrive at it? How do we keep it?
Alexa Martin is a mindset coach helping overwhelmed and anxious high achievers learn how to feel calm, clear & confident. She coaches through 1:1, corporate workshops and leads a group program - LMTLSS. Joann Tierney-Daniels is a bestselling author, motivational speaker, entrepreneur, and autism advocate. Joann is also the founder of Visual Schedules, a company that creates personalized visual schedule magnets for families impacted by autism spectrum disorders.
After Joann's son was diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder, professionals in the autism community recommended a visual schedule to help minimize his anxiety. Addictive Behaviors Something to Sip On
Have you ever wondered, what is an addictive behavior? Where do addictions come from? Why can’t I get over my addiction? How to change an addictive behavior?
Our series on addiction has been life changing
We covered Sex, Relationship, Energy, Healing, Children and next week we will cover food but now I wanted you to have something to sip on
I talk with my friends, children and sister about the weakest link, the weakest link has the ability to make all of life unstable.
I remember a time when we were little and all the neighborhood kids would be playing tug of war, it’s a simple but fun game where each team is split into equal parts and the goal is to pull the rope with the other team forward, so they can fall over, if you’ve done this optimal accomplishment, then you’ve won!
But, the thing about the weakest person on the team, you can’t put them towards the back because the most power needs to be at your foundation.
And just like this game of tug of war, in life we don’t need the weakest link at our foundations. If we have the weakest link pretending to be the strongest link, when we go to rely on this link, everything will just fall apart.
Sometimes, our weakest links look like a phone call with the wrong person, a gossiping conversation, a dinner out with a coworker that might lead to much more than your favorite steak dinner, a smile too long, your favorite dessert laying on the counter, in indulgence that we just can’t handle.
Whatever your weakest link is, it’s your obligation to your soul, to locate it, be honest with yourself…We must find out our weak links to strengthen them so they become obsolete or our strongest building blocks for authentic change.
How to work on the weakest link?

How does a home full of clutter relate to your mental health? How can you begin to start your clutter-free journey with tools from an expert? What in the world do we do with all that paper?
In today's episode, I talk with professional organizer and business owner, Teddreiya Marriott.
She gives us tools tips and strategies on organization, paper control, teaching our children to become neat, clean and organized and so much more.
Step inside this show for some amazing gems!
Advice from guest/Tee's New Beginning Cleaning Service :
My name is Teddreiya Marriott. I’m a first born child, a mother, a business owner and a real good listener. I love making memories with family and friends. I own Tee New Beginning Cleaning Services LLC. I make magic happen with my detail cleaning eyes. What clutter means to me? I feel that when personal spaces are cluttered, the mind can’t think properly. I also feel that when we hold on to things that have no meaning, there's an issue with letting go of things. Clutter is something that I can’t live with ,it annoys me when I can’t find things I need due to a lack of cleanliness or when my kids place things anywhere they want. When things are in place and cleaned, my mind can think and my stress levels are down. I’m at peace when everything is in order. I become my best self when I’m clutter free."
This conversation is filled with so much food for your soul and fuel for your life. Not only does Daniel Levin help us to untangle hard conversations, our paths, and our businesses, but he give so many gems. How do we know which path God has for us? How can we ever walk into our life's purpose and have the courage to leave our jobs? How do we finally find joy and inner peace? Daniel Bruce Levin walked away from an opportunity to run a business that was a household name in order to hitchhike around the world to find happiness and inner peace. The people he met along his journey remind him a lot of the characters in The Mosaic.
For most of his life, Levin felt different. He saw things others did not see and thought in ways that were unlike the ways of his peers. It made him feel alone and isolated, and though he knew how to play the game and interact with others well, he never felt he was the same as them. This all changed when he started to work with leaders seeking innovation. Suddenly, it was his ability to see differently that made him a sought-after commodity.
Levin, a connectivity expert and business leader, works with governmental organizations, corporations and businesses to improve how people treat themselves and each other. Sharing a message of unification, he is a popular speaker for groups whose focus is on problem- solving, innovation and conflict resolution.
He is married to the woman of his dreams, and is the lucky father of a beautiful special needs daughter who teaches him unconditional love, a fun-loving step son, a brilliant step daughter and a very needy Golden Retriever. They live together three blocks from the ocean feeling very blessed to be alive. Purchase The Mosiac: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D64H9H6/ref=dbs_a_def_rwt_bibl_vppi_i0

After years in corporate America with unfair treatment and being overlooked, she stood up for herself and now inspires the world to take the initiative to stop being overlooked in her latest book, Chocolate Drop in Corporate America.
She is a professional who now knows what her purpose in life is. It is not to sit down, muzzle her mouth, and continually let people get over on her.
She knows her worth! Genesis believed that it was time to speak up, activate her faith, and walk into her destiny that God has on her life.
She encourages you to take a leap of faith and get out of your comfort zone.
If you are wondering what you should do next well take a step back and write down all the things you are good at. Out of those things which bring you joy, fulfillment, and you can ultimately see yourself making a change not just in your life but in your community and beyond.
Then formulate a plan on how you can do those things and still bring in revenue because times are changing and one thing is for sure these jobs can come and go, but your empire and the legacy you build will ALWAYS be in existence as long as you have the right foundation and continue to cultivate it.
You too can be all the things you ever imagined so stop limiting yourself by the things people say you cannot do or the limitations that have been placed on you

The Fear of Failure
Why do we fear failure?
1. We tried it and it didn’t work
2. We think it’s just too hard
3. We’ve been operating in fear for a long time
4. We interpret this feeling, this way of thinking, to be who we are
5. In other words, we bring all of our failures in the current moment.
I’ve tried so many things that just didn’t work out
Step inside this week's episode to gain some insight on "What can we do now". I sit down and speak with two educators from the Miami Dade county school system. They give us some insight on things we can do to quite our minds, help our children, and get back to family during this pandemic.
It's going to be a real treat.

I have been successful, bold, triumphant, and have definitely experienced mountain top moments . I’ve also been broken, scared, confused, homeless, and at the end of my rope and have experienced valley lows.
Over the years, women have come to me with all sorts of pain, trauma, and brokenness.
I have watched women gain it all and lose it all. I’ve watched as mothers have been traumatized by painful divorces, incarcerated children, spouses walking out, losing great careers, causing some to lose everything and start over from scratch, and even the loss of a child.
I’ve also been blessed to see the great comebacks!
I’ve seen hope in action.
My goal is to give you some of the same tools these resilient women used, to overcome obstacles and win again!
