In this 'in focus' episode, Rich, Phil and Will chat to the incredible Britt and Roger ('Stan') Staniforth who are embarking on a frankly ridiculous journey across the Atlantic. The father and daughter duo are rowing the Atlantic Ocean with friends Ed and Mico, as they aim to make team 'Atlantic Generation Gap' the fastest mixed rowing crew to cross the Atlantic. This episode was immensely fun to record, with many a tangent and some inspiring stories.
