It’s no fun to go to sleep, not sleep, wake up tired, and repeat the cycle all over again. 

While you can use external things like pills or stimulants to make you fall asleep, I’ve found a much more elegant way that you can actually say goodbye to your day, release stress and perhaps get the deepest rest of your life. 

In this episode I describe this evening ritual. I discovered it quite by accident, because I was having this issue myself, and for years now I’ve used it almost every night to sleep deeply, have amazing dreams and wake up feeling energized.
