A good leg workout is designed to keep the legs strong for a lifetime. The shoulders carry and support the neck and head. So this workout is aimed at strengthen these vital body parts that support and carry the temple of the living God.

No one deserves to go to heaven. There is none righteous; no, not one. God does for us that what we are unable to do for ourselves. He makes us worthy by imputing his own righteousness to us making us eternally fit for heaven.
