Rooting Humanity is a podcast that dives deeper into the roots of human civilization. We aim to use history to understand the present and provide a glance into the future. In our first four-part series, we discuss the Abrahamic traditions, Judaism, Islam and Christianity, which have each had such a great impact on modern society. We use these three traditions to understand the systems, speech and social structures that impact our everyday Western lives.
In our fourth episode of the four-part series on the Abrahamic Traditions we will finally dive into the religion of Islam. We will discuss how the roots and scriptures it shares with Judaism and Christianity has impacted its teachings, the early development of Islam, and we will aim to tie up all the loose ends of the inquisitive and introspective journey taken throughout this series.
