**Crisis at Disney World
We detail the tragic news from Walt Disney World, where the latest death has been ruled a suicide, marking the third death on property in 10 days. The third person was identified as 28-year-old Matthew Cohn, who died from multiple traumatic injuries after jumping from a height at Disney's Contemporary Resort in Florida. This incident is the second reported suicide at the Contemporary in just over a week, following the death of a 31-year-old woman there on October 14.
Trump on 2028 and VP Theories
In political news, President Donald Trump is not ruling out a third run for president. Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One en route to Japan on Monday, Trump responded to questions about a potential 2028 bid by saying, "I would love to do it" and that he has his "best numbers ever". He also definitively shut down theories about running as vice president, calling the idea "too cute".
Government Shutdown Stalemate
The government shutdown is now entering day 27, making it the second-longest shutdown in U.S. history. Lawmakers, including Republicans and Democrats, remain at a stalemate on finding a funding solution. The president of the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE), the country's largest union representing over 800,000 federal workers, called on lawmakers to pass a short-term spending bill to end the shutdown immediately. During his remarks, President Trump blamed Democrats for the ongoing shutdown and the resulting air traffic controller shortages. The Senate is scheduled to reconvene on Monday afternoon (October 27).**

Shocking Footage Captures Teenagers Brutally Assaulting Man in Public Street
A shocking video captured a group of teenagers violently attacking a man in a busy Los Angeles intersection. The footage, shared on Instagram, shows a Lyft passenger and his former military driver jumping out of their vehicle to help the victim, despite the risk of becoming targets themselves. An Uber driver recorded the assault, though the reasons behind it remain unclear. The attackers vandalized the victim's car before fleeing on bicycles. Michael Lohan Arrested on Charges of Assaulting Kate Major
Michael Lohan has been arrested in Texas for allegedly assaulting a family member. Court documents reveal that he faces a felony charge of "continuous violence against the family." The incident came to light when a woman, identified as Major, reported to deputies during a medical exam that Lohan had physically assaulted her by flipping her out of a chair, resulting in pain and discomfort. A female deputy reportedly observed bruising on Major's body, leading to Lohan's arrest at his home without incident.
American Airlines Flight Routed to Rome Following False Bomb Threat Incident
An American Airlines flight from New York to India was diverted to Rome after a fake bomb threat was received via email, necessitating a Eurofighter jet escort. The flight, which took off from JFK Airport, safely landed in Rome where it was inspected by law enforcement. American Airlines expressed apologies for the inconvenience, stating that safety is their top priority. The bomb threat was deemed non-credible, but protocol required an inspection before continuing to New Delhi. The flight will remain in Rome overnight for crew rest and is scheduled to depart for India the next day.**

A welfare check was done at the home of German Diplomat Dr. Michael H. Pfeiffer on behalf of his daughter 18-year-old Ariana-Leilani King-Pfeiffer this past week leading to a very important question.
Is the DC Precinct 2 only asked Mr Pfeiffer and another woman in the house about his daughter but did not see Ariana-Leilani. They left the home and made no follow up to check on the girl. So the question is are they involved in human trafficking?
From the United Nations to international media outlets, many have covered the odd case of the young African American girl who no one seems strong enough to help. Ariana-Leilani’s story has been widely circulated and even after she turned 18, it seems like she still can't get the help she needs.
It’s utterly horrific that the DC Precinct 2 failed this young girl by not doing a proper welfare check, echoing a pattern the failure of law enforcement agencies to protect women of color.
The fact that Pfeiffer is a German Diplomat who knows the judicial system and has been using his (Friends) in high places seems only to have made justice elude this child and speaks to a greater reason why human trafficking seems to be getting worse and not better in 2022. If the DC police are unable, unwilling or complicit in cases involving suspected human trafficking, then how will we ever see a day when this is a thing of the past.

On January 19, 2022, the Severskiy City Court of the Tomsk Region in Russia convicted Aleksey Yershov to 3 years in prison, to begin immediately, for practicing his faith as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
On March 30, 2021, Yershov was formally charged based on video recordings made by a person who pretended to be interested in studying the Bible but used those recordings to hand over to the FSB (Russia’s secret police). Practicing their faith as one of Jehovah's’ Witnesses is illegal in Russia since the Bible Student group was officially banned in the country in 2017, following in the steps of Hitler and the Soviet Union.
On June 22, 2021, his criminal case was submitted to the Severskiy City Court of the Tomsk Region until the recent sentencing of 3 years in prison.
United Nations International Convention Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination of 1965 is a Treaty is enforceable by domestic and international law and mandates the following:
- To Regard racial discrimination as a crime
- And to prohibit and bring to an end all organizations that incite and promote racial discrimination.
Religious organizations including Catholic, Christian, Buddhist, Hindu, Muslim and Judaism operating in in jurisdictions under all UN member states are in clear violation of the convention as these religious organizations incite racial discrimination resulting in actors of terror, bigotry and poverty and the denial of legal rights to the minority.
Under Article 2, Each State Party shall prohibit and bring to an end, by all appropriate means, including legislation as required by circumstances, racial discrimination by any persons, group or organization.
Under Article 4, all UN party members who signed this Convention, shall declare illegal and prohibit organizations (including religious), how they organize and their propaganda activities.
I petition all UN member states and the UN to put all mainstream religious organizations on trial whose practices, and teach propaganda and policies that instigate and promote racism.
In addition, to hold all UN member states legally accountable for failure to prosecute religious organizations for their promotion of racism.
In addition, former UN member states including Taiwan who signed this convention are still legally bound to uphold it despite no longer being a UN member state and should be held accountable internationally in these regards.
Rule of Law to End Poverty
Some 150 million children under the ages of 5 are stunted, 100 million are underweight and some 5 million die annually. All of this is a result of children and families not having access to food resulting in malnutrition and death. Broadening the access of justice under the present rule of law is vital in the area of global poverty.
Today mainstream religious organizations globally have the wealth to eliminate poverty but instead horde that wealth.
Research shows the Vatican is sitting on trillions of hidden net worth. Hindu temples rake in 180 million annually. Buddhist temples and Jewish temples - the same thing and Muslim mosques are hording trillions of tax-free dollars.
All Mainstream Religious Organizations Must Be Eliminated Under 1965 UN Treaty
These mainstream religious organizations hoard wealth while the masses in their own community suffer and die, identifying the flaw in laws aimed at protecting these organizations while the masses suffer.
Mainstream religious organizations political involvement must be eliminated under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights" articles adopted by the U.N. member states in 1966. In that they are in violation of this treaty, all mainstream religious organizations have legally revoked their tax-free status.
My recommendations are as follows:
All members of the states of the United Nations give their power and support to the United Nations to globally enact a law to abolish the tax-free status of all mainstream religious organizations who have violated their tax-free status through their political involvement and use such wealth to eliminate poverty once and for all under established international law.
