The Firmgrown Podcast: Recent Episodes

Olivia

Hi, I am Olivia Kiratu and I host the Firmgrown Podcast. I created it to help Africa-based lawyers & business development professionals like you to grow their practices.

How?

By growing three very important things - profitability, visibility and productivity.

I cover topics like branding, business development and digital media with honesty, my perspectives drawn from coaching lawyers & firms across Africa and some good ol’ laughter.

Lawyers should have fun too, right?

According to statistics by DataReportal, LinkedIn has 303 million active users per month, 40% of which visit it daily.  In addition to these numbers, LinkedIn has evolved as a social media tool and no doubt about it, if used correctly it can help you increase your online visibility and grow your private practice. To use it efficiently, you should use technology to automate some of your LinkedIn-related tasks to make time for your other obligations like attending to client work, research, admin and your continuous learning. In this podcast episode,  I share some of the apps I frequently recommend to lawyers who want to level up on LinkedIn. The best part is most of the tools I recommend are free. Honestly, I wanted to make a list of 10 tools but finished my list at 11 and decided it would not hurt to share that much more:).
