Taös

Taos is a Belgian producer who started his journey into drum and bass and jungle back in 2005 when raves were seemingly an everyday experience. As a metal fan at heart, he fell in the love with the comparable intensity of drum and bass. The subgenre neurofunk, in particular, had just spawned and was progressing at an accelerating rate.

After exploring jungle, breakcore, dubstep and hardcore, alongside beside neurofunk and darkstep for years, his releases are today focused on the deeper side of drum and bass with a taste of emotional and aggressive elements within.

Neurofunk is still in Taos's scope with recent releases on 0101 Music and Black Inferno Records USA.

Active on the drum’n’bass scene since 2006, Taos shared the stage with great folks such as, but not limited to June Miller, Black Sun Empire, Pythius, Upbeats, Evol Intent, Phace, Neonlight, Audio, Drumsound & Bassline Smith, Tantrum Desire, Aphrodite, Counterstrike, Current Value, Kursiva, Spor, Pendulum, Sub Focus, Original Sin, Benny Page ... After more than 10 years of D'n'B, Jungle and Neurofunk, Taos continues to deliver quality DJsets (Vynil or digital) mainly centered on neurofunk but wich will always go to its boundaries and wich always include tracks from friendgenres like hard dance, half-time, jungle and wathever can connect with neuro in its sounding or its history.
