We sat down with long-time pro archer Chance Beaubouef after his thrilling win in Open Pro at the 2026 Easton/Hoyt Pro/Am in Minden, La., to talk about how he manages to keep on winning after more than three decades as a pro archer. Chance talked about his mental game, his practice regimen, the different requirements of today's pro archers, as compared to when he started out and many other topics that only someone with his longevity and list of accomplishments could truly shed light on.
Lisell Jaatma is a women's compound professional archer from Estonia, who recently won her first-ever, individual World Cup title at the Hyundai Archery World Cup Stage 2 in Shanghai, China. She talks about what that win meant to her, especially after a difficult 2025. Lisell opens up about her struggles physically and mentally in 2025, how it affected her archery, how it affected her life and what she did to overcome the adversity. She admits she's still working on herself, but she has turned the corner and is feeling much better about herself and her archery game.
We sat down with Casey Kaufhold after the 2026 Vegas Shoot, where she earned back-to-back wins in Championship Women's Olympic Recurve. This year, Casey won the title outright, without having to go to a shootoff. She describes the difference between the two ways to win, and discusses the extra effort she put into her indoor game this year. Casey also talks about her 2026 shooting schedule, what the world rankings mean to her and about looking ahead already to the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.
Chloe Nelsen, at 16 years old, became the first female to win the Championship Compound Young Adult division at the Vegas Shoot in 2026, just two months after winning Youth Female Open at the Lancaster Archery Classic. Despite her young age, she has an incredible resume of wins and of top-tier scores. We talked to her about the Vegas Shoot, where she was initially declared the third-place finisher, about juggling high school and top-level, competitive archery and about how she approaches the sport at her age.
Ryan Jeffries is a professional archer who competes in the Senior Pro division on the ASA circuit. He won his first ASA pro class title at the Shibuya Pro/Am in March 2026. We talked to Ryan about that win, about competing as a pro and working full time as a civil engineer and about traveling to tournaments with his family.
Gracen Fletcher is a 19-year-old archer from Indiana who competes in women's pro compound events. After winning The Vegas Shoot in 2025, with the only 900 shot in the division, she won her first ASA in the Women's Known Pro division at the 2026 Shibuya Pro/Am in Russell County, Ala., in March. We talked to Gracen about that win, about her Vegas win, about the struggles she said she's having this year with her shot, and, of course, about training Arabian horses.

Coming into 2026, Kyle Douglas had won most tournaments in archery as an Open Pro, including NFAA Indoor Nationals and The Vegas Shoot. But he'd never won the Lancaster Archery Classic, despite several runs in the finals. At the 2026 Classic, Douglas finally got his first win there. We talked to him about how the finals went down, what it meant to him to get that win and what's left for him to fill his plate of accomplishments. He also talked about how the special $20,000 prize for a perfect 660 at the Classic affected his qualification round.
Bowhunting Supershow and the Rushmore Rumble, all coming to the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis Jan. 6-11, 2026. This will be the first ATA show that's open to consumers - something the general public has been asking for for years. We sat down with Levi Perigo and Matt Gross from QuivAR to talk about the QuivAR app and its application to the new X-Ray series of targets from BIGshot and Delta McKenzie. The guys talk about how they came up with the idea for this augmented reality technology to help bowhunters better learn how to shoot at game animals, while they are practicing with 3D targets. QuivAR allows the user to see anatomically correct placement of skeleton and vital organs for the animal the 3D target imitates.
Hoyt pro Katelyn Bordwell talks about winning her first-ever pro title in the Women's Known Pro class at the ASA's TRU Ball Pro/Am in London, KY, in June 2024. She talks about the nerves she had to fight through to take the title, about how the shootdown was different for her because it was the first time she went into one with a lead, and about how her brother, Glen Bordwell, helped her get through the finals. Bordwell also talks about how she got started in competitive archery and about training hunting dogs.
Jimmy Lutz won his first ever Western Classic Trail Shoot at Redding in May 2024. We sat down and talked with him about that victory, and about his many other successes so far this year. In the weeks following Redding, Lutz won individual silver and team gold medals at the Hyundai Archery World Cup Stage 2 in Korea, and then won the Known Pro division at the ASA TRU Ball Pro/Am in London, KY.
