We are facing some really intense energy right now...
So buckle in, it's gonna be a rough ride!
You will want to focus on these things right now:
~ Sleep is gonna be an issue, so just ride it out. You might find that you're wide awake during the night, or just not tired. No point in fighting it...
~ Use your head right now. The energy is so chaotic that it might cause mixed signals with your intuition, which usually results in freezing up and getting you nowhere. You're just not sure what to do. Just relax, and handle things in a more logical thinking manner. You know what needs done or handled. (I know, weird I'm saying this right? LOL!)
~ Relationships are brewing. So steer clear of any major relationship issues, or hashing important things out. Table it for a bit because emotional energy surrounding relationships is really high right now, so you might think or act irrationally. Never good.
The Lion's Gate Portal is open...which means manifestation energy is on the higher side!
But there are definitely some other things you will want to be aware of...
You will want to focus on these three things this month:
~ Ridding yourself from the same old systems, habits, and patterns. No more readjustments, because it's time to scrap those and start fresh, brand new.
\~ Resistance and triggers. Paying attention to what's causing resistance, because resistance is going to hinder any type of proper energy flow and interfere with manifesting in a major way.
~ Renewing your manifestation goals. It's time to create and manifest from a different vibration, from a more current energy flow. Now is the perfect time to do that.

Energy Clearing is one of the most important things you will ever do for your spiritual body...
But why? Simply put...because it's necessary to maintain your spiritual health.
Your spiritual body is being exposed to low vibration frequencies and spiritual influences day in and day out each and every day. These influences are basically "toxic" to the spiritual body on an energetic level.
How are they toxic? They spread through your energetic system causing low vibration emotions, thoughts, and feelings. But these frequencies and influences will also attach themselves to you and spread through your energetic body. And that is no good for your spiritual immune system.
However, there's a very simple technique that can keep your spiritual house clean and clear. So you will want to make sure you are doing this routinely...
First let's talk about fear...for the last few weeks, fears from your past, (this lifetime and others), are being pulled to the surface. And you might find they are also affecting your dreams...
Because dreams are where you get a glimpse of your "energetic story".
Now is not the time to ignore these fears however, but to use this wonderful information and embrace the fear. It gives you the opportunity to learn how to rework your story so these fears are not "stuck" in your energetic system causing imbalance.
With this Full Moon it's time to figure out what you need to release (fears and negativity), and start the process of moving forward by restructuring. It's time to...
~ Release old habits and patterns of any kind (emotional or physical).
~ Let go of old systems, as many old systems don't work with this new frequency.
~ Simplify everything! And don't overthink things.
~ Develop new systems that better match the current frequency.
~ Revisit opportunities that you've put a hold on.
And it's time to step out of your comfort zone to try something new! But here's something important to be aware of, fear will most likely be the first thing that surfaces if you are "tuned in" to lunar energy.
But it's okay. If you are making adjustments and you are feeling nervous, most likely you are heading the right direction. Because if you are "tuned in" to this Full Moon energy fear is most likely propelling you (fear of missing out, fear of staying in the same place, etc), or at least trying to propel you to make a shift, a change, or take a chance on something new.
Do you feel like you are struggling? Do you also feel like you might be an Empath? It's super common for Empaths to feel confused, directionless, unhappy, and just sort of hopeless at times...and it leaves them with some very good questions.

"How is this helping me?"
"Why do I feel unhappy?"

So what's up with this crazy energy?
~ People are acting kind of crazy
~ The stock market is all over the place
~ Inflation worries
~ Anxiety all over the place
..what's next? And why is this happening?
It has a lot to do with dimensional shifting and how everything and everyone is adjusting to it. Some are adjusting well, others not so well. But one thing is for sure...it's definitely helpful to be aware of the 4 signs that come with it.

When you are a "sensitive" person, you have to take extra special care of your physical body as well as your spiritual self. And this can be easily overlooked.
If you are sensitive your physical body becomes "hypersensitive" to the energy which surrounds you. And this ability to be more energetically aware, comes with pros and cons. Some of the cons are how it can take a toll on your physical body. It's very important to maintain a strong physical and spiritual body because they work together. Which means you need to pay extra attention to your physical health.
So in order to stay properly balanced and "healthy" when you are sensitive your physical body will require some extra care:
~ More & Consistent Exercise - to ground the body and release excess energy.
~ More Earth Energy - to help balance spiritual and physical energies within the bodies.
~ More Nutrients - to help keep the physical body strong as it's required when dealing with energy surge and energy drain.

October has been quite the pressure cooker. Relationships, jobs, situations, you name it has felt very volatile and it's not been much fun. But there's good news...November is bringing in some much calmer waters (energetically speaking).
1) Shifts & changes to schedules - so it's important to be adaptable.
2) Out with the old and in with the new - things that you've been waiting on, will begin the process of wrapping up.
3) Opportunities will be surfacing - wrapping up the old will bring in new opportunities.
4) Unexpected returns - regarding finances such as money you didn't expect, gifts, or unexpected savings on things or bills.
Also, I just finished recording the last of my videos for the Spirit Communication class, I will be giving you an update. Plus, I talk more about sensitive children and the vitamin patches that I'm super excited about. :)

OCTOBER ENERGY REPORT: I wanted to do an energy report for October because there's a lot going on not just spiritually, but physically. Even though we are experiencing an intense frequency shift with our spiritual bodies, this shift is currently beginning to spill over into our physical environment and affect our physical bodies. So needless to say, there's a lot going on.
1) Karmic issues and revisiting old wounds.
2) Emotional issues such as frustration, fear, and worry.
3) Relationship issues causing us to adjust and shift relationship dynamics.
4) Physical issues that seem to be appearing out of nowhere.
Also, I've discovered something new that I wanted to share with you. Transdermal vitamin patches. I was going to save this information for another podcast but I felt as if this was a good time to discuss my experience with them. And lastly, there will be an update on my Spirit Communication class at the end. :)

FULL CORN MOON ENERGY UPDATE: Lot's of heavy energy going on right now for those who are sensitive.

Are you feeling burned out lately? Or emotionally spent? The energy waves right are not only causing emotional chaos, but everything is coming to a head as we move forward towards our higher frequency self. The thing is our higher frequency self feels like it's at the top of Mt. Everest!
We are experiencing an intense storm of transitional energy which might be causing you to feel "caught" between past and future. And your feelings tied to this might be emotionally on the higher side. Don't let your emotions from the past, dictate your decisions for the future because it will not be helpful.
Especially, if those emotions are of low vibration. Low vibration emotions are bubbling to the surface to be cleared for a powerful higher vibrational frequency to come through. This frequency will move in August/September. Think of it like spring cleaning of your old "emotional" baggage, to allow room for some new cool stuff that you wanted. (Out with the old junk to bring in the new).
Like a spiritual rummage sale LOL! Look for, grab, then release and let go of any "stuff" you've been holding onto from your past. A perspective, guilt, a plan, relationship issues, a grudge, anxieties...etc. They will no longer serve you moving forward.

The energy has been super intense this week, especially with the solar eclipse. However, it won't go away as quick as the eclipse, this energy will last about 2 more weeks.
Here are some things you might be noticing or experiencing:
1) Emotions are on the higher side...(You may feel more emotional than normal).
2) Anxiety is higher than normal...(You might feel more anxious than normal).
3) Deep emotions bubbling to the surface. (Emotions you think you've resolved, may pop up out of nowhere).
4) Finances are more of a focus than normal.

ENERGY REPORT: I haven't had time to do a report as I'm preparing for more classes, readings, etc. But I've had a lot of people asking about it. So here's some things that you might have been experiencing.
Starting last week:
-
Spirit energy was on the high side again. It's starting to slow down a bit now.
-
Pet's were really noticing the high spirit energy. They were also reacting to it. Barking, acting out (my puppy/dog ate everything it could in the house one night) :/.
-
ANXIETY in very sporadic waves. High anxiety, then calm, then high again, then calm.
-
Sleep is all over the place. Same pattern as anxiety, good, then no good, then good again.
The energy is starting to relax a little bit now. So spirit energy will start to calm down a bit. Emotional energy will relax a little.
These waves are also carrying heavier emotional energy with the vibe of frustration, anxiety, and irritation. Because people are feeling cooped up and they are ready to get back to more of a normal routine. We are social creatures and we need energetic movement and flow to keep proper balance with the energetic world around us. If that movement stops or becomes stagnant for long periods of time, it starts to feel uncomfortable.
So keep that energy moving and flowing. Be creative, exercise, be "responsibly" social. Help that energy move through your body instead of "sticking" there.

This is an energy report or update on what's happening right now...
There's a trifecta of energy that's currently going on and it's affecting those who are sensitive to energy and/or "tuned in" to their spiritual senses. People who are spiritually awakening, those who are developing their psychic senses, and of course Empaths.
However, you can be sensitive to these energies and not even know it. Just like you can be sensitive to foods and not know it either. You just know that your body is reacting to something. This is also what happens when you are sensitive to energies, your spiritual body will react. Although, you may not know what it's reacting to, and you may not even know it's your spiritual body. (You might even mistaken it for a "physical body" issue.)

I wanted to do something for you during this time of high anxiety because it can leave you feeling out of control (hence the food hoarding and toilet paper buying). This type of behavior is usually what happens when you feel this way. It gives you a false sense of security and like you have some kind of control over the situation.
Well truthfully you do...and it starts with three super important spiritual tools that you need to utilize now!
1) Mindset - It all begins with a mindset. There's a lot that goes into an event like this and it's not physical. There are a lot of Universal Laws that are in play. And when you understand how those things work, you can actually create a very different experience for yourself. Do you ever wonder why you don't sleep well? This is actually a very common Empath trait...Empaths typically don't sleep well. And they struggle with the why part, "Why am I not sleeping?!" You can't make sense of if or put your finger on what the problem is. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to what is happening. ARE YOU CLAIRAUDIENT? I had a good question the other day. They wanted to know how to connect with their guides audibly, with her outer ear, and more frequently. I get asked this a lot, and I think it's a good question, so I thought I'd do a podcast on it.
There are really four things you should know about being clairaudient.
1) Clairaudience is not something you can develop, it's an ability you are born with. You either have it or you don't. If you don't, you've most likely been born with some other cool tools you can use just as effectively.
2) It's not the communication tool of choice for spirits or spirit guides. But I will tell you what is.
3) In order to communicate with spirits you train yourself how to "tune in" to another dimension. The spiritual realm. Normally they don't come to your house, you need to go to theirs.
4) Training eventually becomes necessary. At some point most students "max out" their self taught capabilities. This is usually where people get "stuck".

LIONS GATE PORTAL (August 8th peak): There’s a lot going on with the Lions Gate portal. This event happens once a year. For those of us who are sensitive, it might feel like a crazy time because there is so much high frequency energy.

NEW BLACK SUPER MOON (JULY 31ST) - So here’s what’s happening with this new moon energy. The Black Moon means it’s second new moon in July…AND Mercury will be going direct the very same day…What does this mean for you? With this New Black Super Moon energy you might be feeling the urge to:
Clear energetic clutter.
Reorganize.
Or tie up loose ends.
Feeling the urge to make room for new projects, or things you wanted to accomplish in the up and coming months. This is also a time where some “unresolved” issues or feelings will need to be addressed, resolved, or forgiven. Especially when it comes to making peace with current or past relationships. Keeping in mind that making peace is not forcing an outcome that fits your timeline. It’s allowing opportunity to unfold in the next few months.
However, there’s a hiccup. With Mercury going direct, it is switching stations, and this means you will feel like you are stuck in “thick energetic mud”. As it prepares to shift directions, your energy flow will slow down, and if you are sensitive you are probably also feeling:
Lethargic
Tired
Even unproductive
And this is frustrating because it feels as if you have two energies, and two different urges working against each other. For instance, feeling the urge to clear energetic space for new energy moving through, but all you want to do is sit on the couch or take a nap. The vision is there, but the motivation is not.
But not to worry, as we move into August the planetary energy speeds up again, and there will be some force behind it. This force will push you through any energetic mud, and propel you towards any intentions that you have set.

Lately I’ve been getting a lot of questions about connecting with spirits and/or Mediumship. Such as: Is it possible to develop a mediumship ability with training?Do you have to be born a medium?If I see spirits does this mean I’m a medium? So here’s the quick answer:
Everyone is born with psychic senses, but not everyone is born with mediumship abilities. You can learn to how to talk with spirits in the spiritual realm with your psychic senses such as your spirit guides, angels, and even some of your own loved ones. For the sake of guidance.
However, mediumship is different. It is “the ability to talk to or feel spirits who have incarnated on earth at some point in time who are not attached to you.” In other words, they are spirits, ghosts, and loved ones in the spiritual realm who you’ve never met before or had contact with before. For the sake of translating messages. The difference here is that mediumship is normally for the benefit of other people, or the spirits themselves.

But here’s what’s happening with the lunar eclipse as a “kicker”. This is a bit different because it’s activating the heart chakra. Because the low vibration is heavy right now, then couple that with the planetary alignment, you might find you feel a mess.
This months full moon will continue on pace with forcing you to "acknowledge and face" some of your deepest fears. It's important, and necessary if you want to spiritually clean house. So you will find that:

You might be experiencing more "fearful" dreams than normal. These dreams will be symbolic of worry and fear you are holding onto in your energetic field. So super important to pay attention to.

You might wake up or find yourself stressing through out the day more than usual. Most likely as the day goes on you will find it was unnecessary.

You might be feeling exhausted, yet unable to sleep.
This is a good time to really truly ask yourself, "What am I most afraid of?" And say it out loud. Are you afraid of losing someone close, not having enough money, not being enough, not accomplishing something? Whatever it is, I'd like you to get it out into the Universe...it will help the process of diminishing this "fearful" energy as well as its power and grasp over you. And it's super important if you want to step into the new moon energy...opportunity.

So there's a cool shift happening with this months new moon. And this is something you are definitely going to want to take advantage of. With the energy of this new moon there will also be a wonderful opportunity to clear your "energetic slate". Many of us unknowingly create counter productive energy that we hold onto for months and many times years. They come in the form of fears, worries, and frustration.
At this time some very deep rooted fears are beginning to surface, but with this energetic event will also come an opportunity to pull them out by the root and create new energetic habits. ENERGY UPDATE: Many people have been and are still experiencing feeling unusually tired with this last energy shift.

Why? Because with any BIG shift in energy, your physical body wants to “hibernate”. When you are sleeping is when most all healing takes place, whether that be physical or energetic healing. Energetic healing is super important because that’s when your “spiritual body” takes time to do some much needed things. Such as:
- Align itself
* Adjust to new energies
* Recharge and store energy
* Cleanse the aura
* Connect with spiritual information
* Seek spiritual guidance
Best advice? Don’t fight it (won’t work), don’t question it (trust that it’s needed), just allow the process (even if you don’t understand it). Know that your “bodies” are working together and they are on point to helping you strive to new levels soon.

Translating your own dreams can be very frustrating and confusing. Especially if you don’t really know the reason that your dreaming in the first place. This is not how it works in the spiritual world. This is a trained perspective. Something you've been taught to believe. OCTOBER ENERGY FORECAST: So there's a super "thick" energy wave that's upon us. The tides have shifted going into October. So here's some things you might be experiencing or noticing over the last few days:

Feeling VERY lethargic or tired. Even if you get a ton of sleep.

Often times people see synchronistic numbers or number patterns such as 444, 123, 5656, etc, and they wonder:

We haven't had two blue moons in a year since 1999 and the next time it will be 2037. Even though the Blue Moon this month isn't until March 31st...Blue Moon Energy is already brewing...
What's that mean? It means if you are at all sensitive, this month might seem like a little bit of a roller coaster ride. Spiritually and emotionally speaking.

Can a spiritual awakening cause depression? Well, the short answer is...YES. And it can really throw you for a loop...It can cause:
Depression
Anxiety
And even have physical side effects.
I'm sure a lot of you are wondering, "What? Why should I do that then?" Because the depression part is only temporary, if you make good choices. And because a spiritual awakening is basically an opportunity for you to find a window to your soul, to who you really are. When you figure that out, and you make choices that align with your spiritual self...and that's when the cool part of your journey happens.

There's a NEW MOON SOLAR ECLIPSE on February 15th & 16th and this means HIGH SPIRITUAL & MANIFESTATION ENERGY!
And it's opening doorway to your Higher Consciousness. When this happens the veil thins, and the manifestation energy increases. Here are some things you might be experiencing.

Did you know we are having a SUPERMOON, BLUE MOON, AND LUNAR ECLIPSE all this month? Talk about some powerful energy. It's gearing up, flowing, and manifesting with intensity.

Starseeds are said to be individuals who believe they originated from another world, dimension, or planet. I don’t exactly like the premise “originated” because we all originated from the same place, and that place is not considered “Earth”, so technically we would all be considered Starseeds.
But that aside, the chances that you’ve spent all of your lifetimes here on earth is not very likely. Most spirits and souls have lived in/on other dimensions, worlds, or planets during at least some of their lifetimes.
Starseeds are really individuals who have a much stronger attachment to other worlds or dimensions they've lived in, or at, throughout many lifetimes. In other words, they are "spiritual travelers" on a much deeper soul level.
This can be quite confusing at times because you can experience some things you don't quite understand. For instance:
You can feel pulled to a "place" you can't quite put your finger on.
You might have a longing feeling that just won't go away.
Sometimes feel out of place, like you don't fit in.
They have a strong desire to do something for the greater good.

I think there's a lot of misconception about balancing your chakras. That if you balance this chakra or that chakra, you will then see a more balanced life, or a more balanced area of your life. When this is actually very backwards.
People should be aware of their chakras, and it's even good to know what they do. But they should also be aware of just how amazing they actually are! We don't give our energetic body the credit it deserves when it comes to adjusting, balancing, and healing itself. Your spiritual and physical bodies have the ability to do the most amazing things, without you even knowing about it!
As long as you don't interfere...That's why it's also important to be aware of how you can actually stop these amazing things from happening. Many people are unaware that there is a "spirit index". This spirit index can be "high or low" depending on a lot of different factors. When it's high, it means spirit activity is on the high side. When it's low, spirit activity is usually on the lower side. But there are a number of different things can determine the spirit index such as:
A thinner veil
Energy cycle or wave
Planetary alignment, etc.
So why does it matter? Because when it's on the higher side, you might find you are experiencing things such as:
*Electrical issues (phone, computer, etc).
*Feeling more drained than usual. (Tired, want to take a nap, less productive, etc).
*Your perspective is "skewed". (Normally a positive person might feel, less than positive, why even bother sort of attitude).
*More vivid dreams (crazy dreams, weird dreams).
*Insomnia or not sleeping well.
*More or unusual spirit activity.
*Feeling more "intense" energy, or your awareness is heightened.

There's a lot going on with energy these days...and most likely energy waves and energy shifts are affecting you more than you even realize.

Burnout…most everyone experiences it at least sometime in their life. Stress takes a toll and you collapse under the physical, or mental pressure, of overwhelm. It’s not fun.
The good thing about burnout is it usually leads people to make some sort of change in their life. Energy waves are dictated by many things. One of the most current waves we are experiencing is some very powerful energy from the eclipse, and let’s just say it’s intense… Most likely you are experiencing one of two things:

When it comes to the world of metaphysics, there is a lot of confusion, especially when it comes to finding someone you can trust. But there is one thing that I definitely think gets overlooked no matter how advanced you become, and that's defining your spiritual goals. Why are you wanting to know more, what do you hope to achieve? If you don't have a destination for your spiritual journey, many times it's like wandering around without a map, and more often than not you will find yourself going in circles...
So on today's show I'm going to help you learn how to Define Your Spiritual Goals, as well as tell you what your #1 goal should be!
The world is changing...everyone feels it, and it feels, well let's face it, uncomfortable for many people. I've been getting a ton of emails and questions of people wondering, how do I deal with change? People who are finding themselves feeling:

*Angry
*Worried
*Upset
And they don't know what to do about it. They can "feel" the vibration shifting, even those who don't know what a vibration is! It's uncomfortable, and no one likes feeling uncomfortable. They are trying to find their way, and feel better, and feel enlightened, but they get stuck and wonder, "What the heck? Why do I still feel the same?"
Usually I find it's because they are not making the adjustments in their own life that they need to be making. It's not uncommon for someone to think they can live the same life they've been living, buy some incense and crystals, add some meditation, and visualization, align some chakras, cut some energetic cords, throw in some higher purpose spiritual knowledge and think you're good to go...But when you still feel the same, it can be very confusing.

Grounding is VERY important when it comes to your psychic senses and psychic development. What is grounding? It's bringing your spiritual body and physical body back together, allowing them to work in harmony, resulting in you "feeling" more balanced. When you are working with your psychic senses a lot, you are working with your spiritual body as your primary body, but we live in a physical world. So when you are primarily working with your spiritual body, it can cause your physical body to feel: Out of body.Drained.Shakey.Out of balance.Nauseaus. So when grounding is necessary? I was asked this question in the Higher Purpose Learning group the other day. It was a good question so I wanted to address it:

Many people across the globe that are clients, colleagues, friends or family are wondering about why they are feeling so much undirected energy. Karen Leialoha Carroll unveils her deep knowledge of Hawaiian traditional massage and culture.Traditionally healing of the body was done through Lomilomi massage. Healing of the mind was done through Ho’oponopono, spiritually ‘erasing’ the negative occurrences of the past so that one could move on in his or her life, and through Hawaiian Values where you learn the skills needed to sustain yourself through times of stress and crisis. You must find a comfortable place, keep the kids quite and have some alone time creating your future. You sit in the room struggling to form a picture in your mind, get frustrated, try a few more times, mind starts wondering to the laundry and what you are making for dinner. Wow – that was a chore! Try it again later in the week. More laundry and grocery shopping, this is a waste of time, forget about it, and go back to real life. What you need to pay attention to is what are you thinking about while you are driving in the car, waiting for a doctor appointment, lying in bed trying to fall asleep. When you were a kid you would think about the new bike you wanted, where you would like to live when you grow up. Daydreaming about fun things, because you did not have any responsibilities that would side track your mind. Find the inner child in you – when you are driving to work or to pick up the kids, use this time more wisely. Do not spend this “zone out” time worrying about bills, or the car, or how bad you do not want to go to the grocery store. Then get frustrated when you get an unexpected bill because the car gets a flat tire, and the grocery clerk was rude! We are going to talk about this subject it a little more detail.
