This podcast is designed to help you connect with God in the midst of your not so quiet days. If you want to read Scripture and consider how it applies it to your life, but cannot seem to find the time, you've come to the right place! Your host, Callie Clayton, will lead you through a devotional so you can spend quality time with the Lord even if you don't have a quiet minute. A Not So Quiet Time was born out of Callie's own recognition that our time with God doesn’t have to be quiet in order to be meaningful.
Maybe it’s time to stop wishing your current circumstance would change and start asking God what you’re meant to see while you’re in it.
In today's episode, we look at how God was faithful to provide the Israelites manna from Heaven when they were hungry, discouraged, and weary in the wildnernesss. Like the Israelites, maybe it’s time for us to look around and say, “I don’t really understand what you’re doing, God, but I do believe you’re doing something.” And start gathering the manna, piece by piece, one day at a time. Because even though we aren't sure what to call it, God is being faithful.
