We begin by discussing what podcasting is all about. It is not just a trend, it is communication between humans. Podcasts can be general or very niche where people get to learn a lot from them. With the right strategy, podcasts can work for any type of business including B2B and B2C.
Daxy shares with us that podcasting is more of a journey of discovery. What you like talking about, your audience and what they like, these things you’ll discover on your own, nobody can teach you.
We talk about consistency and differentiating your podcast from the rest in the market. What is it that you promise your audience. What is the value that you give to them? You achieve this by building a good foundation and using your podcast to amplify your offering.
We discuss about having a valuable message for your audience and giving them solutions to solve their problems. This is the way to grow your podcast audience. By serving them and helping them get results.

Listen in as we talk about building financial fitness, being organized, and managing your finances. Financial fitness and physical fitness are very important aspects of our life and they go hand in hand.
Lyann takes us through how to be financially organized during this time. Capital and cash preservation is critical. We also need to make lists of the most important things and taking care of the basics such as food and medicine. We don’t know how long this crisis will last. Therefore we need to be smart about what we spend money on.
We talk about how to be productive during this time when there isn’t much going on. Now you have all the time you need. Make use of this time to do something productive like taking control of your financial situation by having an in-depth look at your credit situation, calling your bank, and negotiating payment periods.
Even though we are in a crisis, we should remain proactive and study all options open to us. This will help us not ruin our credit because the pandemic will eventually pass. We need to preserve our credit.

The mayor of Miami, Francis Suarez takes us through his experience with contracting the Coronavirus and how he came to know if it. He held a council meeting and in the meeting, an infected person was present. He was in close contact with him and even shook hands. Once this fact was brought to his attention by the medical staff, he immediately self-quarantined, later took a test and it turned our positive.
He explains why it is important to self-quarantine once you have come in to contact with an infected person because he didn’t exhibit any symptoms even when taking the test. This way, he kept his family, his close staff and other people from contracting the virus.
The mayor goes ahead and advises people that the only way to beat this virus is to reduce social contact and staying at home. Even though it is a big ask for people to stay at home, we have to do it or avoid overwhelming our hospitals. Francis explains to us that they are opening up a testing site in the market park.
He further explains to us how they are helping people cope with the economic realities of this pandemic. Miami has suspended evictions and together with other mayors, he has requested the Governor to implement a statewide suspension of evictions for anybody unable to pay rent and suspension of mortgage payments. The mayor has received assurances that electricity and the internet are not going to be cut off during this time.

Queen energy is all about how to position your sexual self with value. It is about protecting your energy by making it less accessible and more desirable. In this episode, we discuss issues revolving around choices when it comes to love and having sex.
How can you like me if you don't know what kind of female I am? And I think that people just pretend, like this is super superficial.
That's why you have a bunch of brokenness, and a bunch of women and a bunch of men that are having sex with people, and they still have so much brokenness inside of them. In this episode, we discuss issues revolving around choices when it comes to love and having sex.
Why would I give myself to somebody that does not care about me? To please them?
You need to put yourself in a position of value. And the way that you do that is by becoming something that is to be desired and valued.
And what are things that are desired and valued things that everybody can have? You cannot be very accessible in a sense.
Women, nowadays, are very empowered. But at the end of the day, you have to know that the fabric of who you are is not a man, and that you do operate a little bit differently, and that your goals and some of your desires might not be the same as every other guy. So you want to line up your goals and desires with somebody that values a woman in the way that you would want to be valued.
How can you be sleeping with somebody you don't even know? And then you expect him to value you the way that you want to be valued. When you don't even know who this person is. You don't even know what his morals values are, his moral compass, the way he thinks of women, where his family is like, what is the way his father treats his mother, or the way that he's seen women being treated. How does he treat women? How would you know these things without knowing someone right?
Stay tuned as I come up with food for thought that’s relevant to both guys and gals.

In this episode, I talk all about my personal journey with anxiety - how I overcame it by accepting it and looking back into the root. I also talk about how I went about understanding anxiety and the fact it couldn't kill me.
While I struggled with anxiety, there was a point when I found myself very vulnerable. I didn't want people to see me the way I was when there was a panic attack. And at the same time, being able to emotionally regulate your life is really important because people are not always going to come through for you.
People do not always have the right things to say, and they don't really have a lot of the answers. So that's what I encountered.
I went home from an experience, feeling shaken, feeling scared, and then I had the fear of fears, which, you know, once you have one of these experiences that are, you know, traumatic because you just don't even understand what happened to you.
You don't even have the right information and you're just trying to figure things out, but you start to develop a fear of fears, not knowing whether it will happen again and when it can happen again.
And then, gathering information from different quarters, I realized that people had harrowing experiences like the one I had, on a regular basis. I dived into information, I started listening to different psychiatrists, different psychologists, Christian doctors, people that were brain specialists, people that worshipped the brain. And I really started to understand that a lot of it had to do with this emotional part of your brain, which collects data from your body.
Get the help that is right for you and I'm telling you like you don't have to be trapped. Stay tuned to know more.

In this episode, we have a conversation on healthy habits. Healthy habits are about taking control of your day starting from the moment you wake up. Simple disciplines that you choose will become your habits. Healthy habits will form your life. We are what we repeatedly do.
I think that the healthiest habit you can start to form is creating a daily routine for yourself.
Create a schedule that would be for your dream life and start seeing how you can actually form that. So mine might look like the first hour of the day is for prayer, meditation, writing, and reading. Then the next hour of my day is for breakfast. I'll jump into social media, answer my emails, and the following hour from that would be something like training and so on and so forth.
So, what I'm doing is I'm creating a time for myself that's realistic because when you don't write things down and you don't put them on pen and paper or even in your phone and your notepad and you don't see it physically, it's very hard.
The way you start developing a beautiful relationship with yourself is by keeping little promises. So maybe you create this healthy habit list and you create this new daily routine. When you start sticking to it, you're going to start respecting yourself.
And when you start respecting yourself, it really creates a beautiful loving relationship with yourself and you care less about what's happening around you because you're zoned in. Focus on what's important to you and what your priorities are like. Don't let this world confuse you or distract you.

In this episode, we talk about training your intuition. We're all born with our intuition. It is not something that you have to train for or that you have to go out and buy. It's not like getting a six-pack, a pack of abs. This is something that is inside of us, but yet, some of us have very strong intuitions and others are lost and we need to ask a million people a million questions.
Training your intuition is about rediscovering the natural gift that you might have ignored, taken for granted, or stopped believing in. In a world filled with suggestions, opinions, and options, how do you choose what is right for you? How do some of us know what is right for ourselves and others just don't?
Have you ever met someone and give them the benefit of the doubt, only to realize that your first impression of them, your gut instinct that was talking to you and you chose to ignore it? Ignoring your natural intelligence, the instincts that have kept you alive or kept us alive for centuries?
Why are you losing your intuition? How are we losing our intuition? And more importantly, how do we get it back?

In this episode, we talk all about potential. You don't even know my potential. Maybe neither do I. And that's what we talk about.
I truly believe that our potential is for a purpose. You want to be in your purpose, living your purpose, living your best dream life ever. The pain of falling short is nothing compared to the pain of stopping short.
There's shame in stopping short - that's giving up, but there is no shame in falling short, in giving it your best, even when it comes to relationships or friendships, not just business.
I don't want you to miss out on your potential by living in someone else's purpose or trying to, because in reality, you can never live in someone else's purpose. It reminds me of the story of the fish that tries to climb the tree…
It's whenever you're ready to take that step into your potential, like your purpose is there and there's just me, there's going to be a lot of people that have the same ideas, that have the same callings on their lives, but it's who answers. It's who's willing…
You can choose to be afraid and use “being afraid” as an excuse and maybe someone will validate it for you and someone will say: “Oh my gosh, yeah, you're right. That is really scary.” But then, there's other people that have gone ahead and done it.
So the only difference is their self-belief that they can do it. And your disbelief that you can't.
Stay tuned as we delve into how you can start living up to your potential.

In this episode, we are joined by singer and comedian Liane V. I've seen her direct. I've seen her teach people how to film. She’s a woman that wears many hats.
But way before all of that, she had to leave everything she loved to make it in Los Angeles, the place where she wanted to pursue her dreams and one day be able to take care of herself and her family. She had many struggles coming to management.
What started her career on social media was her tryst with Vine, a short-form video hosting service.
So she was selling cars Monday through Friday, then I was a backup singer on the weekends for an artist. So she would travel in and out of town and then vine in between.
She comes up with tips for those who are trying to get on social media.
She also talks about stepping out of the box. “Being uncomfortable is a level of growth,” as she affirms.
As for her formula to success, she thinks it is very important to make sure that your mind is right because the first issue always starts in your mind, be it an insecurity, be it an issue that you have with somebody or a business issue or anything.
“What I think is so important for success is knowing who you are and being consistent with the truth, which is the reality of things of what you want to manifest,” she says.

And he’s impacting lives at so many levels - He’s educating people, literally saving people and also raising money to save more.
There are so many of us who may be restricted or we see an injustice and we just say: “Okay.”
Jimmy talks about just doing it and taking action to change the narrative. His take: “People ask me all the time, ‘Well, what can I do to help?’ I say, I don't know your skill set. I don't know who you are. I don't know. Like I knew what I could do to help... And so I did those things, right? And so I always tell anybody if you're listening, like what's your skill level? And it can be little things. It can be big things like, and then just taking action, right? Like just do it like, so yeah, you don't need permission to do good on this.”

This episode is about having the heart of a dreamer - I believe our purpose is hidden in our dreams. This one essentially deals with how dreaming big can give you a head-start.
Children dream big. They have not yet had all these limitations and boundaries placed on them, sometimes by people that absolutely love them or that are looking out for them.
I also talk about how it is with someone who doesn't dream.
Someone that doesn't dream is somebody that doesn't have hope, that they're stuck, that they're a slave. A slave mentality is what doesn't allow you to dream.
Maybe it's a career that you chose, that you actually invested into it and you chose this and you thought about it. And maybe because it was a good idea. Maybe because people told you you would make money, your family pushed you into this, or it just advised you into this because they love and care about you, but maybe it is not your actual heart dream.
And that's why you're at a place where you feel like you don't have hope or you don't have a vision for it. Or maybe you're trying to live out somebody else's dream that was never yours to begin with. Right?
So when we're children, we're free. Where it's the opposite of a slave.
You have the tools. You just need to hope, to dream, to work.
Free people dream. Children dream. That's our goal.
God's actual will is for you to walk in the freedom that He's given us.
We all have dreams. We all have things we want to do, but there's a small percentage of us that actually does them.
Realize where you're at. Realize that your dream is real, that you have a purpose, that you are important, and that you can make an impact. Stay tuned for more.
